Negative experience: I called them many times way before pandemic happened and no one is answering the phone. So I finally left a voicemail to let them know I’d like to cancel my membership. Still no one called back. Then pandemic happened. And they’re closed. Which is fine. No charges made on my account. And today, I see one! I called the number on the website and it says it’s disconnected. So disappointing that you can’t reach anyone.

Negative experience: Terrible customer service. Antioch location closed and was told my membership would be canceled. I never step foot in a fit republic after that but turns out I’ve been charged monthly since then. Asked for it to be canceled Which was done. and if I could get my money back they simply kept saying no and that it couldn’t be done. Couldn’t talk to anyone about it! Cool.

Negative experience: Customer Service is not the best but the most craziest thing is that they steal your money without any concern. Do not sign up at Fit Republic. Fit Republic if you read me, please improve the way you train your staff, the way you treat your customer, and be clearer on your contract. Scamer.

Negative experience: Horrible company. Have been stealing money from me. I was told it would cancel automatically when Antioch closed. It didn't plus they hiked fee. One star bcuz I feel sorry for them They won't even publish their phone numbers. Take your contract which they won't give you copy of to attorney. I am not the only one from Antioch they stole from. They will be out of business soon. You can't lie and steal forever. Plus filthy.

Negative experience: Very disappointed with the quality of support I got at this gym. The account was canceled months ago, yet we were still charged for November and December. We got in contact with the on site manager, Jacob Schneider, and he was unable to come up with solution for refund. Horrible costumer service, you’re better off with Planet Fitness.

Negative experience: The manager here is horrible. Not a good fit for a health club setting. Can't recommend anyone to come here unless you're a 20 something year old with no desire to achieve too much.

Fantastic experience: Good gym, not crowded

Negative experience: The gym is way too crowded at certain times. I understand most people will go in the afternoons, but this is a small gym and they only have one of each machine. The owners really have to limit the amount of memberships the give out, or do something instead of handing out memberships to every single person that applies. Although they are affordable, I will be cancelling my membership. Anyone looking to get a membership here, don't go during prime hours( 4-9 pm) because you will NOT be able to get a workout in especially in the free weight section. Your best bet is cardio, because they have plenty of cardio machines.

Negative experience: I open 2 account different days they never told me that they will bill you an annual fee of$60 for each account, when I came to resolve this they told me sorry our employee tent to forget but we can't do nothing about it

Positive experience: This location is closed to my house than the one in Antioch. They changed their name from Fitness Evolution to Fitness Republic! It looks a lot brighter now than before. It used to look dark in there but now they’ve repainted the inside to make it look light and bright! But. They could improve a bit more on the cleanliness of their restrooms. Trash cans are always filled as if they never get emptied! But there are a lot of treadmills, elliptical, and free weights. Unfortunately there are no saunas, steamroll or pool. There is an electronic massage bed.

Positive experience: An OK gym, has quite a bit of room and equipment, but it would be nice to see some plyo boxes or small boxes for doing weighted step ups. Other than that and early closing hours on the weekends, this gym has what you need for a low price.

Fantastic experience: Chill place to lift

Fantastic experience: Great gym has what you need to work out. No it's not a posh latte serving aerobic class yoga pants hippy hang out. I'm a beginner and don't feel intimidated working out here. I tried 24 and it was overwhelming.

Negative experience: I needed a gym for low impact cardio equipment. I visited a few. When I checked them out I asked specifically if there was WiFi for members. I was told yes. Show up to join, what they want to charge you in club is $20 more than on line. So I signed up on line. I hope the girl there did not lose out on a sign up credit since there was no way I would willingly pay $20 more. Then I ask for the WiFi password. Nope no WiFi for members, per another employee, it makes the computers run slow. Also the club is dirty. I doubt how often they vacuum the place. It's really only $10 a month. So I don't except the moon and stars. I would laugh at anyone who pays more for this place. It's not worth it. 2 stars because it's cheap and has what I need. I will be canceling once I recover from my injury.

Fantastic experience: Ashley Camm is the best trainer I have ever seen, She is very intentive to her client's needs and does her best to meet her client's needs.

Negative experience: I come in early in the morning and weight are scattered everywhere, it's very unorganized. On top of that you have to keep track of your account, they take random amount of money. I will be canceling

Negative experience: It's disappointing to go to the gym only to find it closed. Some mornings the opener just slept in, but this morning (4/28/2017) it still had not opened at 6:00 a.m. Saturday mornings the employee that opens rolls in at 7:00 or later, one morning he left his car parked in front of the doors on the walkway because he was late. They need to post a number that can be called when the gym isn't open on time. Calling the Antioch location doesn't help because they don't have any of the Brentwood employee numbers or who is suppose to open. Their app has some nice features, but forces you to rate your previous visits sometimes, but low ratings don't seem to change anything.

Negative experience: disappointed. Definitely not investing in my funds anymore.
