Fantastic experience: My kids have LOVED this place pre- and post-COVID... basketball, the pool, and especially the rock wall! Love the classes -- Aliem's kickboxing, Anna's barre(!!!), as well as Andy, Toni, & Lisa's HIIT classes! They have added almost daily yoga classes, which is great! I wish we could have the kids join in the stretch-type classes, but glad we can do what we can do. (Admin issues were slight hassles to fix, but was also pandemic. All issues were eventually resolved. No lowered star rating.) Although, the awful music choices do create an environment of everyone on headphones which makes it feel clique-y. ⚠️Would love to see more incline bench press and squat racks with mirrors, as well as deadlift areas. Such a large gym with many machines, but so hard to find time to grab those high-usage workouts (only 2 regular bench press: 1 in each room) unless rely on Smith machines.⚠️

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to this gym for 11 years… it’s definitely had its ups and downs with turnover. They’ve really gotten it together this last year, even with the pandemic. They truly are an all-inclusive gym. One can pretty much find any type of group workout class & individual training here. I love the indoor swimming lessons for children and childcare !
