Staffed hours are: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday 9am-6pm Bremen Health Club is a solid local gym that has a little something for everyone. The facility is clean, well-maintained, and never feels overcrowded, which makes it easy to stay focused during a workout. They offer a good variety of equipment—everything from free weights and machines to cardio options—so whether you’re just starting your fitness journey or you’ve been lifting for years, you’ll find what you need. The staff is friendly and approachable, always ready to answer questions or help out if something isn’t working right. The atmosphere is encouraging but not intimidating, which makes it a great spot for all fitness levels. Their group classes are a nice bonus if you’re looking for motivation or a little extra push. Overall, Bremen Health Club is a reliable and welcoming place to work out. It may not be the flashiest gym out there, but it delivers where it matters: a clean space, good equipment, and a positive environment.

Positive experience: Great fun while getting healthy, could really use more exercise bikes though. Only 3 so it's tough if that's upper choice of machines. Very clean, very comfortable and supplies for wipe downs was great.

Positive experience: Stairmaster 2 bicycles 3 treads several ski treks..large workout room with weights and machines with bar weights ..yoga room and much more ..great friendly knowledgeable staff great place to work out with friends..meet new people..

Fantastic experience: Good old time gym. Very close to our house. Friendly people. We used to go to a planet fitness but there is not one close to our new house. Not the quantity of machines we were used to but we love the small town feel of the gym. Totally serves our purposes.

Fantastic experience: The staff is second to none & the environment is VERY clean. Robin, the owner, is such an awesome person & you can tell she absolutely loves what she does. There are several Silver Sneakers classes throughout the week & I believe there are other classes. The customer base ranges from local high school athletes to retired school teachers. You have your bicycles, ellipticals, stair climber, treadmills, Smith Machines, adjustable weight machines, and free weights upfront, with a more "cross fit" room in the back with sledgehammers/tractor tires, pull-up bars, battle ropes, and punching bag. There is space in the side parking lot to flip the 3 provided tractor tires.
