CrossFit^® BNI

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a member for about a month and I’ve got to say I’m impressed. All of the coaches are great. The provide constant feedback and tips for your form. The group is welcoming - if you are shy or introverted it is still a comfortable environment. The owner, mike and the coaches make a point to not only remember your name, but your preferred name (I go by a nickname) and it’s really nice. I didn’t show up for a couple of weeks and I walked in and coach mike and coach kirsi both greeted me by preferred name and it made me feel so welcomed. Such a small thing but so important. I’m looking forward to improving on my journey with this box.

Fantastic experience: CrossFit BNI is a great workout in a great atmosphere. I definitely started slow but felt so supported and encouraged. Staff is awesome here! Give it a chance, you won’t regret it!

Fantastic experience: My experience at CrossFit BNI have been nothing short of amazing ! All the coaches are super helpful regardless of where you are in your fitness journey .They ensure you adapt and overcome and encourage you along the way! They also ensure you develop proper form with all movements! They are amazing!! I love all the coaches but Mike /Kirsi/Art are phenomenal ! I’m glad I decided to give it a try.Oh, and you will not be alone! All the members are super welcoming.Great exercises meanwhile meeting your goals and forming great friendships! It’s definitely more than a BOX! ~Family ????
