Fantastic experience: Well I have been at this sorry place for almost 5 and a half years. And although the weather is terrible and the people aren’t so friendly, I am glad it’s my CrossFit home. That being said, you couldn’t find a better group of people or better community to support you on or off the mat.

Fantastic experience: Love this place. Love the people that work out at EBCF. Heather is an amazing coach that pays attention to you and helps you make the workouts work for you, even if you cannot do what everyone else is doing. The workouts are super intense, but they go by very fast and they will work you from head to toe.

Fantastic experience: Great Crossfit gym, I started with Heather Perry 5 years ago . I became a CFL1 instructor over 2 years ago. I love our positive and encouraging atmosphere. Just remember you do not have to be in shape to begin Crossfit, trust the process and we can help you achieve your goals. Come see me at 5AM for the best class of the day!!
