Fantastic experience: Awesome gym with all the equipment you can need for cardio Bunnies up to power lifters, and anyone looking to get in shape. It’s Clean and organized. The staff hasn’t great attitude as well.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been coming to the OneLife Douglasville location since it opened. Great spot to lift and plenty of cardio machines. The staff is great and amenities such as the dry sauna and jacuzzi are the cherry on top. Membership fees are a value for services offered.

Fantastic experience: I have really enjoyed this gym, it has many machines, and many other great classes to take! Soon after this new location opened I got a personal trainer (rick!) that I used for half a year, and will forever use the knowledge that he gave to me !! If you are new to the gym/weight lifting, I highly recommend doing atleast 1 class with a trainer so you can understand how things SHOULD be done to PROTECT you and your body !

My trainer, Saniya Griffin, is absolutely AMAZING!! She is knowledgeable, motivating, and reasonable. She is totally invested in my success and that's exactly the kind of support all of us need. Fantastic experience: My experience with this gym has been great! The location is always clean, which I really appreciate. The staff are friendly and always willing to help, which makes for a welcoming environment. They also have a wide variety of equipment, so I never have to wait long for a machine and I can switch up my routine. The gym also offers a kids club, which is a great service. While the hours didn't align with my schedule, and I ultimately couldn't keep the service, it's wonderful that they provide this option for parents. Overall, I really enjoy working out here.

Fantastic experience: Love the atmosphere and vibes here. Plus the daycare is a huge A++ . The protein smoothies are sooo yummy and creamy as well. I love this gym. So happy to have found me a new gym home (just relocated from Michigan).

Negative experience: Lots of great amenities if working or available. Main reason I joined is sauna, yoga and indoor pool. Oh can't use the pool 3 days a week during prime time due to a swim team. REALLY! No one pre-informed of this and we pay a yearly $40 and monthly rate extra for towels etc and can't get to the pool! I did like the yoga classes on Wed and Sat. M. Hall was just great. Club Should really do something about the use of cameras in the women's locker room. It is ridiculous the amount of posing and snapping that happens in front of the mirrors. Yall aint got mirrors at the house? So disrespectful with others dressing in the background. Consider keeping your video calls outside of locker room and sauna. Just rude, selfish people. Please shower PEOPLE b4 getting into Pool or jaccuzi, this is filthy bubbles, not bubble bath. The jacuzzi is also not the place to dip your unwashed hair. Club should also do a better job with monitoring and checking for filters etc to keep clean. DRAIN THIS Jacuzzi and scrub tiles and get grit from bottom, please.
Negative experience: I’ went to Gold gym before it changed to onelife and there was never a problem and onelife has been good until the last 3 or 4 weeks the exercise room doesn’t have air conditioning. The last time I went to Zumba I got so hot I almost passed out if the problem is corrected I will have to cancel my membership, I’m paying and can’t use the gym.

Negative experience: Just finished our one year membership. The most overstimulating gym ever. It’s too big and lots of equipment but if you go during peak times you still have to wait your turn. I love that they have a sauna. Their marketing practices for personal training is very aggressive which was very annoying. My acct was under my wife’s and I have no desire to talk to Onelife. Thanks but no thanks

Fantastic experience: Im so thankful for the kids club, i can work out while they watch my LOs and i feel safe with them there! They are absolutely amazing and they have a great crew of vets in there. The director audrey does an excellent job with the room and staff, and she deserves so much praise for everything she does! I recommend this gym to anyone that needs somewhere for your babies to go while you have some ME TIME!!

Fantastic experience: I will give 5 stars EVERY time because I have no reason not to. The front desk staff is always welcoming when I walk in with my kiddos. I have never had a bad experience with any of the front desk staff. We chit chat at times, the smoothies are great, just all around a great environment!! I've been here since this location opened. The ONLY thing I feel needs improvement, are the tanning beds. The bulbs are horrible and even after a month, very minimal results. . And I cannot say enough great things about the kids club staff also. My kiddos get a little rowdy at times (as kids do) and the staff is always excellent communicating when there is an issue. They immediately call me if something comes up that I need to be aware of, and always well informed about their behavior, what they did in kids club, they bring home crafts they made, pictures they've colored, etc. We ADORE the kids club here. Very comforting to know that after a super demanding and stressful day at work, I can drop them off the at the kids club and not have to worry about them while I'm taking care of my physical and mental health. 10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Fantastic experience: My LO loves the kids club. The staff is interactive and attentive. They have a strong rotation of old employees so my LO does not have to get used to new people. I just wish they stayed open until 9pm.

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love OneLife Fitness! Since joining, my life has truly changed for the better. Not only is the facility top-notch, but the environment is always welcoming and motivating. Positive experience: Great staff. Huge selection of equipment. Sauna is big enough to have space between you and others and gets up to like 200°. Could do a little better keeping the paper towels and wipes stocked up in the main gym area. But, overall, Best Bang 4 Your Buck when it comes to gyms in the area.

Fantastic experience: Love that gym. They have everything, water aerobics, hot yoga, treadmill, and weightlift. There are plenty of dumbbells. You can choose to exercise by yourself or in a group with a trainer. The place is non threatening everyone starts out somewhere, and you don't really see a whole bunch of muscle dudes to make you feel uncomfortable.

Negative experience: I wouldn’t recommend this place. The women’s restroom constantly smells terrible. Napkins are hardly stalked to wipe down machines. Half the machines are inoperable. And don’t get me started on the kids daycare center. Any time I’ve asked to speak to a manger in the kids play area. She’s never to be found. I was told she’s hardly there. (Audrey) For the most part the girls in the play area are great. Please put a manager on duty that’s willing to make an effect to come to work!

Fantastic experience: I joined this gym because I heard good things about it when I moved from Virginia to Georgia. After starting here, I was matched with James to be my PT. He’s excellent, friendly and very knowledgeable about physical fitness. I definitely recommend coming here. (Come in the morning, less people)
