Fitness Premier Pontiac

Positive experience: Started at the gym month ago, an hired Gavin as trainor. Very much enjoyed his knowledge n his helpfulness with my gym experience. My chiropractor is impressed on how much my back has improved n i love bein able to workout without all the pain. Gavin knows his stuff!!!!

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love Fitness Premier. I was so nervous about going my first time since this was all new to me. Joining and having Andrea as my personal trainer is the best decision I have ever made for my health and wellness. Andrea is so knowledgeable and she is in my corner cheering me on! Gavin is great as well. He genuinely cares about how you are doing. He always greats you with a smile and so easy to talk to. If you are on the fence about joining, I highly recommend it. It has become my new passion. Thank you.

Negative experience: How do you guys advertise staffed hours if there is never actually any staff there? I can see that no one is worried about furthering the business at this location. We tried to go 3 different times during the staffed hours to check the gym out and there was no one at the desk and even when we waited at the door, because it was locked during staffed hours, no one came to greet us. I called, no one answered. I left a message and no one has returned my call. I've never had such a poor experience as this with a gym. Im happy there is another gym close by that seems to be 100% better. Definitely won't be trying with this one again.

Fantastic experience: Clean gym, new equipment

Negative experience: Never any staff and when there is they’re always rude, one staff member followed me into the bathroom one night to make sure I scanned in which felt like an invasion of privacy. Never see it actually cleaned either which is weird since there’s a yearly “cleaning” charge.

Negative experience: How are you a full service gym when the women's "locker room" doesn't even have hot water lol waste of money

Negative experience: If you ever have to update your payment information, you will need to call customer service. Which their customer service will flat out lie to you. I gave them my payment information the customer service rep that goes by "May" told me they would immediately process the payment and i would be able to access the club. However after waiting over an hour,i had to call back and check on the status and they told me that it would not be updated until after the weekend. Which this was friday afternoon.

Negative experience: I try calling this gym for rates and no answer, I come in once on a Friday and again the following Monday and there is no staff in sight and no activity at all in the gym. At least answer the phone.

Fantastic experience: I have had nothing but good encounters with the owners, employees, and members of the gym. I don't feel pressured to purchase anything. Rather, I feel supported in my decision for a healthier life.

Negative experience: The staff refuses to wear masks and risks the public. Terrible

Fantastic experience: I joined Fitness Premier about 2 months ago and I don’t know why I didn’t join sooner. The staff is super friendly and helpful. They have a wide variety of equipment to use. The gym is very clean. The best part (in my opinion) is the team training classes! The coaches are fantastic!! The times of the classes are great too - I think they fit most people’s schedules. I always feel so welcome at Fitness Premier!

Fantastic experience: Fitness Premier Pontiac is my home away from home. The gym is stocked with all of the equipment, machines, barebells, weights, and dumbells you might need. The staff if very friendly and welcoming and always there to answer you questions. I would highly recommend Fitness Premier in Pontiac, IL to anyone looking for a gym.
