Fantastic experience: The Bradley wellness center offers a lot of things. Dance classes, cardiac rehab class children’s daycare, swimming pool straight of the arm workout equipment in building track outside track steam room spa acupuncture. It’s an all inclusive membership.

Fantastic experience: The classes are very easy to follow. The staff is great Clean and very well equipped

Fantastic experience: 5 stars This gym has truly become one of my favorite places. The staff is always friendly, helpful, and super accommodating. The facility is spotless every time I go, and the machines are always working properly which I really appreciate. I absolutely love the sauna and pool, and the extra touches like free coffee, ice, and water are such a nice bonus. The trainers here are knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely supportive. I’ve gotten to know many of them on a first name basis, and it makes the whole experience feel more personal and motivating. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a clean, well run gym with a great atmosphere.

Positive experience: I really like the gym, equipment, the community around it. Best gym in town for sure! It will be even grater if they would close at 11PM or 10PM!

Negative experience: Why you don't amswer the phone? I need to know if you have the steam room able because it's not working, dis you already fix it please???

Fantastic experience: When it rains I love coming to this gym. I would say it has it all. Glad to have this in my community. Love to get a chance to work out, swim, then hit the steam room or Sauna after.

Negative experience: Everytime Tammy works the front desk; I know I am going to have a bad experience. It is so bad that I DREAD seeing her when I come to get my workout in. She ALWAYS has a problem when I come in. The rest of the staff is so kind but Tammy literally TARGETS minorities. A person like this should NOT work at an establishment.

Positive experience: For the most part it is a good gym. Sauna, pool and plenty of equipment. I tore my meniscus about 2 years ago and would love a weighted sled to help keep my knees in good shape. Unfortunately they don't have one. If I could make one change I would add that to the stable of machines and workout equipment. Doing reverse sled pulls really help with knee problems. I only have one other complaint and that is not everyone cleans the benches and workout machines after they use them. Even the trainers that work there do not wipe down equipment after they use it. I would bump the rating up one Star if they would get a weighted sled to help with knee recovery and towels were included in the base membership. Mostly the sled though. I wouldn't think it would be expensive to purchase and there seems to be plenty of room for it.

Negative experience: I love this gym but there is one particular staff member her name is Tammy that is the rudest check in lady. She continues to harass my little sister(Minor) for just sitting and doing her homework at the tables of the entrance. Everyone else is a wonderful staff member but Tammy has got to go because I know she treats the other Latino population the same way which is unacceptable and racist.

Negative experience: No vivo en Georgia, soy de Texas, y vine q visitar a mi hermana y tiene membresia en este gym, tuve una pésima experiencia como invitada, cobraron $10 dólar por un día demasiado caro, y la recepcionista de la mañana fui hoy a las 11 am y no nos dejaba entrar por que a mi mamá le falto su identificación cuando ayer habíamos venido como invitados de mi hermana y como fuimos solas esta vez nos cobraron $10 cada una y querían nuestras ID cuando el día de ayer ya las habíamos mostrado y llenado unas hojas, yo no hablo bien el inglés, lo hablo poco y me defiendo pero la recepcionista le caímos mal por que las de ayer muy amables y no perdimos tiempo en entrar y en cambio la de hoy nos hizo llenar 3 hojas y nos tardamos 1 hora y media en entrar nos regresamos por la identificación de mi mamá y Ahun así ella estaba tardando mucho para dejarnos entrar pésima experiencia.

Fantastic experience: The child care is wonderful! My son loves the snacks and attention he gets. The workout classes are great and the teachers are SUPER patient and understanding if you're new. The employees are so nice and I don't feel like I'm being judged when I go in there. I love it!!

Fantastic experience: Great place to work out. Also, physical therapy personnel are very friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: Very nice accomodations for all , very nice people at front desk , all kinds of athletic stuff to do and also types of therapies. Clean as well.

Positive experience: It is a little expensive, but it is the only place in town with an indoor pool which is great in the winter.

Negative experience: So my best friend wanted to come workout with me and I gave him a guest pass but even with a adult signature they still would not let us in and now we are having to sit outside in short shorts on a cold metal bench

Fantastic experience: Love this place! My Mom and I joined a week ago and we've been there just about every day for a good walk around the track and some exercises in the pool. Everyone is super friendly and it's a great atmosphere. There is a lot of people of all different ages and fitness levels and it's got a very good positive vibe.

Fantastic experience: I am currently trying their one week free trial, and have enjoyed my first workout there. My main draw was the pool and indoor track. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Fantastic experience: Love this place! It has everything to offer for physical wellness. I love the spin classes, yoga and the outside track for running or walking (especially in the fall). The facility has many amenities and all of them are beneficial for any age group. ❤️ Unfortunately, I live in NC now and I am not able to go to BWC. I miss it so much!!!

Fantastic experience: This is hands down the best gym in Dalton. The staff is super friendly and attentive to your needs. The trainers are incredible and really know their stuff. The equipment is amazing. It’s all around just a really great gym and I would highly recommend it to anyone.

Negative experience: If you sign up for the yearly contract and keep your membership for 1 year and 1 day you will be AUTOMATICALLY signed into another year contract. Because of this I have to pay an early termination fee of $125.... that is my "reward" for honoring my 1 year commitment. That is no way to treat your membership holders. Do you HAVE TO TRICK people into staying longer? AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!

Fantastic experience: Literally the only place I would think about going to. Whatever you want, they have it. Machines, weights, yoga, cycling, track: indoor, outdoor, Olympic swimming pool, basketball court. I recommend to everyone I know.

Fantastic experience: This place truely is a wellness center! I love this place! It doesn’t matter what shape your in or how old you are. Everyone just wants to see you better yourself, both staff and people! I feel comfortable going and working out. I feel encouraged but not pushed! Classes are amazing! The pool is fantastic! They are all fun and a good workout! They have classes all day long so there is always something available for you no matter when you are able to work out. 5 stars!

Fantastic experience: My membership @ BWC for two years has been a great investment in my health and happiness! It is a great place to workout, walk, take classes and see coworkers and friends. My health has been important to me for a long time and I am very Thankful for the BWC! My BWC membership has improved my fitness level and is one of my favorite things my Hubby and I do together. I made it to the crown @ the Statue of Liberty over the summer thanks to my stepper training here!

Fantastic experience: Absolutely enjoy coming to bradley wellness. They have amazing staff, awesome programs! They have a heated pool, sauna, and steam room. I couldn't ask for a better establishment to work out at and relax. The atmosphere there is just so good. Such great people! My kids love the daycare and the kids corner. They always have activities going on that really keeps you involved! I don't see me going anywhere else after being here!

Fantastic experience: I love the zumba classes and the water classes are awesome they make it so easy to get back in the swing of things. When your joints are hurting the water makes it easier to exercise. So very thankful for the staff they help keep us motivated

The facility is always clean and the amount of services they offer is unlike any other. Also, their personal training staff is top notch. The membership is worth every penny.

Really fun and I enjoy going to tabata! Definitely the best gym in town. Almost forgot to mention the indoor pool. Great for teaching your kids how to swim or just to relax after a workout.
