Fantastic experience: Great little local gym! Plenty of equipment for everyday fitness fans. Not a gym-rat place, and not a cappuccino cave. Real workouts for real people!

Fantastic experience: I have been a member since they opened and have made AMI Health and Fitness Center a regular part of my life. Open 24 hours, full array of great, up-to-date equipment, centrally located, various membership options, clean and friendly.....What more could you ask for?

Fantastic experience: Great experience at this gym to keep up with my fitness while on vacation. Many options to accommodate long term or short-term needs. Enough equipment to cover various disciplines of fitness as well as 24hr access availability.
