Crunch Fitness - Lakewood Ranch

Negative experience: I've been trying to cancel my membership for a year and a half, and it's impossible. They're charging my credit card without authorization. The bank has changed four credit cards, and they keep charging me without authorization. The membership was supposedly for $10, and it turns out they're charging $29. I only used it for a month and decided to cancel my membership, and it's impossible.

Fantastic experience: Good Gym with an excellent staff.

Negative experience: WARNING do not sign up with this gym. I canceled me and my wife's personal training months ago and they continued to drain the card they had on file, then after finally acknowledging we had canceled, have strung us along for two weeks regarding our refund and refuse to give us any clear timeline on when will get our money back.

Fantastic experience: I joined Crunch fitness last year and recently I started personal training program with Michael O’Leary. Since then I have lost 10 pounds. I am in better shape and health and I am persevering to reach my fitness goals. Thank you Michael for the training nd encouragement.

Fantastic experience: I never see any reviews on childcare so to all the moms,here it is. i usually go to the crunch fitness on 14th in bradenton my son is 7 months old the staff and trainers are amazing but eveytime I enter the daycare my child is scared to be left there he is in regular daycare while i work and has been baby sat by many others before because I am a single mom and never yet have I had a problem where he is scared to be left and screams to the point I get called in my workout half way through. There is always one staff on duty there and to many kids for 1 staff to safely take care and pay attention to all the children in there they are out of control especially ounce you hit 10 kids with 1 staff. So I decided to try other crunch fitnesses to find better daycare for my 7 month old baby and here at the lakewood ranch crunch daycare my baby loves it I never have a problem leaving him he is no longer upset or scared. There is several staff in there with the children as more get dropped off and the children are under control so great it seemed like a school class when I walked in everyone behaving and calm and not out of control one bit didn't here any complaints about my baby either. Definitely recommend this crunch daycare at lakewood ranch crunch over 14th bradenton any day.

Fantastic experience: I visited Crunch Fitness in Lakewood and honestly, I was really impressed. I've seen other gyms in the area, but this one truly stood out to me. The space is large, clean, airy, and fully air-conditioned, with a positive, welcoming vibe — it actually makes you want to work out! I was helped by Jon, who was incredibly kind, patient, and informative. He walked me through the whole facility and explained the current promotion, which is honestly too good to pass up. I liked everything so much! The equipment is all modern, well-maintained, and nicely spaced out. They’ve got everything — weights, cardio, functional training, machines — all in excellent condition and with room to move around comfortably. I also loved the extra features: A group fitness room with Zumba, HIIT, spinning, and more A HydroMassage room, perfect for relaxing post-workout Very clean bathrooms and locker rooms, with working showers Plenty of parking and super easy access Flexible hours that fit even a busy schedule The atmosphere is light, organized, and genuinely inviting. It’s not just about working out — it’s about feeling good while doing it. The staff really makes you feel welcome and supported, which I really appreciated. If you’re looking for a gym that’s modern, well-equipped, clean, and staffed by great people, I definitely recommend stopping by Crunch Lakewood. I came in just to take a look — and I left ready to join. Great promo, great space, and even better service!

Fantastic experience: I just hit my one year anniversary as a member at Crunch Fitness LWR and I am very pleased with everything this gym has to offer. From the beginning, I took advantage of the personal training services -- Kory & Jordan have been integral to my success and looking forward to continuing into the future.

Negative experience: ***Do not use these guys for personal training it is impossible to to get out of their contract. I completed my 90 day training and told them 60 days in advance multiple times that I would not be doing month to month after that, because I was moving out of state. I confirmed with management and my trainer they had it handled, and I didn't need to do anything else. They ended up charging me an extra $624 for sessions I'll never use. Read the fine print, management is extremely difficult to work with and play dumb when you want to cancel. Stay away at all cost, my experience there was a total nightmare, and I'm still dealing with getting out of my contract to this day. I also had to change my banking because of this experience. I had my horrible experience with Kory their manager, and Matthew their personal trainer, do not recommend Crunch or these two.

Negative experience: Theifs the bunch of them. DO NOT go for their "Free Session" they ask for all your info and start drafting from your account and when you call to speak to someone they are all in " meetings" and will get back to you. I've been like this for 3 months.

Negative experience: This gym never has available parking. This gym is always at full capacity. This gym is over selling memberships, & having vendor meetings literally in the middle of the entrance, during busy hours. This gym is trying to make as much money as possible, with ZERO consideration of the existing members.

Positive experience: Nice gym, really hot. Needs more fans.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a member of Crunch Fitness since September 2024, and overall, it’s been a great experience. The facility is clean, well-maintained, and has a wide variety of equipment. The front desk staff is always ready to help & greet you with a smile. Nancy, Hannah & Jon are three of my favorite front desk staff members. The personal training has been the highlight of my experience, I’ve been working with Jordan, since September. His guidance and coaching has made a big difference. He’s professional, supportive and customizes each session based upon my progress and goals. I’ve seen noticeable improvements in strength, mobility and confidence, thanks to his coaching. Even though I work with Jordan many of the other trainers greet me and check in on how I’m doing when they see me. Overall, Crunch Fitness is a great place to stay motivated, reach your fitness goals, and feel supported every step of the way!

Negative experience: Just dropping by to remind everyone to not get a membership at this gym. If anyone decides to get a membership here, you will most likely have to open an entirely new banking account. These frauds don’t cancel memberships even when you go in person… Modern day robbery I guess… I tried to cancel my membership 3 times in the past year physically, and every single time I kept getting charged. I have blocked them through Truist all 3 times as well, but the charges have changed prices from $20.00 to $28.99 and now $26.99. So I just gave up and went ahead and opened a new account. The charges were initially dubbed “Club Crunch Fees” but have yet changed to “8231 CRUNCH LAKEWOOD RNBRADENT” and “CLUB CRUNCH FEES FIT.” I would gladly take this to court but it’s not worth the money, they’ve already taken enough from me, figured I would go ahead and post this because the review a little further down with the F rating from the BBB needs to be reiterated… This gym performs Transaction Rerouting, and Merchant Descriptor Laundering if you try blocking them and do not cancel your membership, even when you physically go in…

Positive experience: Good gym, always very crowded and active.

Negative experience: I should’ve known from the first time they ““Accidentally” charged my account:( I often had issues where money was being taken out of my account typically Smaller amounts like $60 or so. On a couple of occasions, my trainer would Process payment for my training services as he should have, but then someone else would also process a second payment “not Knowing” Kory had already collected. The money did go back into my account, but it would take seven days before it would return often causing me overdraft fees That I would have to handle. Eventually, I accepted a travel assignment for my work so I Gave Kory A two month notice that I was going to have to cancel, but that I planned on returning when my assignment was up. Now back home and ready to get back to the gym I give my debit card once again, and I was charged for my membership $28.As it should have been BUT THEN THE FOLLOWING DAY THEY TOOK OUT AN ADDITIONAL $736!! I contacted Kory and he contacted his supervisor Chris immediately, I have asked Kory to have Chris give me a call Regarding this, and I’ve even called the gym even 8 times a day to try to reach him or any manager to tell me what’s going on, But still no call back and “nobody’s available” when I call. Due to them taking out money that was not owed to them, nor was it even authorized it has caused my Car insurance to laps And overdraft fees Because Crunch took funds that I had in my account to cover my bills. Whatever you do do not give them your account number or debit card number!! UPDATE Unfortunately it was well over 30 to 45 days and I had still not received my money back and everyone just kept giving me the runaround, so I was then forced to file a lawsuit against crunch just to get the money back that they even admitted they wrongfully took. Crunch did not even attempt to correct it with me, they filed a motion to have the case dismissed!!!! STILL NOT RETURNED MY MONEY! I had to write a letter to the judge and sent proof that the matter WAS NOT RESOLVED AND REQUESTED FOR IT TO NOT BE DISMISSED, PLUS in addition to the money they took THEY ALSO SENT ME TO COLLECTIONS STATING I OWED MORE MONEY!!!! COURT HEARING DID NOT GET DISMISSED BUT CRUNCH FITNESS NEVER EVEN SHOWED UP TO COURT!!! FINALLY!!! AFTER 3 MONTHS, they FINALLY gave me back my $736!! and removed the delinquent bill From my credit. NEVER ONCE DID I GET ANY ATTEMPT FROM THEM TO CORRECT WHAT THEY DID!! I lost over $400, in fees to take it to court (which they still haven’t showed up for court for lost damages they’ve caused), plus time off of work in order for me to go to court, AND OVER $330 in insufficient funds fees due to my bills being returned. DO YOU THINK THESE PEOPLE WOULD EVEN ATTEMPT TO CALL AND EVEN APOLOGIZE OR EVEN TRY TO FIX THEIR WRONG DOING??!! NOPE!!!

Negative experience: Just scammy and dishonest when it comes to their billing. “Month to month” and “no commitment” is simply just false. Edit: To respond to what they said prior, the owner knows exactly what I mean when I say the "no commitment" to the membership is false. They require a commitment of at least 3 months if you sign up for their gym membership.

Fantastic experience: lots of space, came in at 4p on a monday and didn’t need to wait for anything. machines felt new and people were nice. parking situation is tricky though.

Negative experience: Way too crowded in the mornings and after work, its way to packed always no matter early morning, never any parking, parking is horrible! very inconvenient that you have to come in just to get information on your account, cant see billing online or what you're being charged for, managing account and payment is not efficient at all nor is cancelling, dislike the fact that you make someone pay for 3 months of gym membership and wont let them cancel even after they've complained about all this and only used the gym twice and didn't like it. all the way round horrible gym experience. I only join crunch because anytime fitness on SR 64 closed down and crunch is the only gym on this side of town near my home. Finally was able to cancel my membership after wasting $160 over the last 3 months. It only took me 2-3 visits to hate crunch lol i went at 5am then at 630 after work and maybe again at like 8pm just to see if at different times it was better to go, hated it every time. I'm so glad the anytime fitness by my house was brought and opening back up 5/1

Negative experience: I am extremely frustrated with Crunch Gym’s membership cancellation policy and overall customer service. First off, they have an incredibly inconvenient and outdated system where you cannot cancel online or over the phone, and instead, you must do it in person. I made the mistake of thinking I could simply cancel my membership, but instead, they informed me that I would need to be physically present to do so. To make matters worse, I had to submit a cancellation request by mail to a P.O. Box if I wasn’t able to come in person—this is not only inconvenient but also feels like an unnecessary barrier. I cancelled my membership on March 27, 2025, but due to their policy, they insist on keeping me hostage until May 13, 2025, despite the fact that my billing cycle has always been on the 13th of each month. This means I’m stuck paying for an additional month and a half of services I won’t be using. It’s incredibly frustrating and feels like they’re taking advantage of their customers. On top of that, the staff is incredibly rude and unwelcoming. Every interaction I’ve had with them has been unpleasant, and it’s clear they don’t value their customers. I am extremely disappointed in both their cancellation policy and their customer service. I would not recommend Crunch Gym to anyone, as they seem to prioritize making it difficult to cancel rather than providing a positive, customer-friendly experience.

Negative experience: If I could give no stars I could. The staff is terrible and completely utterly rude. The crunch rules state that you need closed toed shoes. Well let me tell you this rude scary lady denied me access to the gym for having crocs on in sport mode. WHEN THEY ARE CLEARLY CLOSED TOE SHOES. Lifting weights in these shoes is the safest and most effective thing for many people. Lifting in tennis shoes or running shoes is honestly more dangerous for me and I will never come to this gym again. There employees need to learn human respect and manners. The Parrish crunch is way better than this dog house.

Fantastic experience: My “home gym” that really does feel like home. Front desk has always been very responsive, helpful, and friendly, and that’s even more the case when Jayden and Isabelle are there. I feel like they’re really where they’re meant to be, because they handle their job with the perfect mix of professionalism and sense of fun. You can tell they’re happy to be there, and that in turn makes you happy to see them when you get to the gym (and happy to stay there ).

Negative experience: Dislike this location. Parrish is way better. Staff here is very annoying about upselling. I’m already the highest membership…

Fantastic experience: This gym is the greatest, I have never felt so welcome, the trainers at top notch and the people at the front desk are very helpful, especially Jon, Drake, and Isabelle.

Fantastic experience: Crunch is the best gym around. Especially at their price. They have everything for everybody. The expansion is great and so is all of the new equipment. I have trained at all the other gyms in the area but have been with Crunch since day 1. I even have a corporate membership and working with Amanda has been extremely easy and helpful in getting more exposure for my growing practice.

Fantastic experience: The whole place was clean for a busy Saturday morning, the staff greeted me at the front and on the way out. First time at this location and Kody helped answer any questions I had. Will be coming back in the future!

Fantastic experience: I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience at Crunch Fitness in Lakewood Ranch, Florida! The sign-up process was quick and easy. The gym is massive with a great variety of equipment, very clean and the equipment is brand new. The manager,, Summer, was very friendly, welcoming and professional! I’m looking forward to my next workout!

Negative experience: Horrible gym. They oversell memberships and high makes going to the gym between 5-9 almost unusable. They run classes in both rooms during rush hour so you can’t even use those rooms to warm up or stretch. It’s crazy to say but it’s better just going to LA Fitness at this point. At least until a better gym chain opens around here.

Negative experience: For one, this place is too crowded and virtually nobody wipes down their equipment after use. Additionally, it seems broken equipment goes for a long time without being fixed. What’s perhaps more of an inconvenience is the fact that they think it’s acceptable to close the locker rooms from 2-3pm daily for cleaning; this is something that needs to be done outside of business hours as not allowing access to a locker room before/during/after a workout is a major sanitization hazard. I expected a higher standard from a major brand globo-gym.

Negative experience: This is worse gym ever! I went there to workout after my workout I ask “can I get the hydro machine please?” Next thing I know Dom with eye glasses is in my face telling me I needed to scan my membership. Even tho I scan it it was good enough. He told me to get out of his gym! He basically Escalade the situation. He never said hi now hello just came straight up in my face. After that he cancelled my membership forge my signature and stated on documents that I moved! I’ve being calling crunch they all just gave me the run around. I was charged for yearly membership. I was told I would get all my money refunded this happened December 18, 2024. Until this moment I have not gotten a refund. Each time I call they just put u on hold or some bull shit. I’m still waiting to get my refund and I ask to file a complaint on Dom no one at crunch don’t seem to know a contact info for a regional or district manager. When u go there they don’t say he or when u interact with them there’s no hi hello! Just like do this do that type of approach.

Negative experience: Not wiling to help when not able to pay monthly membership. I have told the manager I couldn’t afford to the membership dues yet they keep withdrawing from my ex wife’s account as we both have memberships overdrawing the bank account. They don’t seem to care about this. Don’t sign any contract with them because they will keep trying to withdraw money even if you don’t have it.

Negative experience: Thai place is a scam. I signed up 3 years ago, never used the gym. Canceled a year later. After two years I found out they were still running my card after they called me and stated I owed them 86.00..canceled again with the Asst. Mgr Ryan. Said he would take care of the charge. Now they put it to my credit, when in to speak with the Gen. Mgr Dominic. Who refused let me cancel until I paid the 86.00. I left and it is still reported to my credit bureau and still have not cxl the membership. This place is a joke and a scam they currently have a bad history and rated as an “F” with the Better Business Bureau. Do yourself a favor, find a better gym that doesn’t scam people

Fantastic experience: BEST gym ever! One small complaint, management should stop letting people park their cars/suvs in the motorcycle marked parking spot. You're going to the gym, but you can't walk 20 ft? Two motorcycles can fit in that tiny spot, but not when a car/suv is illegally parked in it.

Negative experience: They requested federal identification for me to get a guest pass. I showed them pictures of my passport and ID but they wanted to hold onto a physical copy of my ID instead of writing down the information and issuing a guest pass. The gym looked alright though. Front desk was friendly though; would probably have gotten a 3 or 4 star review if the owner didn’t want to hold my ID hostage while I worked out.

Fantastic experience: Hannah at the front counter is always so nice and friendly when I come in. Love to see her always smiling!! This gym is the nicest crunch I have ever been to, jealous everytime I come to visit LWR

Negative experience: I thought I loved this place but they were so rude to me special the manager, always I said hi or bye no body answer, they lied for 0 registration, I cancelled the membership but keep take money so I will be giving it a one star. I’d like to go to a different gym now.

Fantastic experience: Just joined this gym in May, and Hannah Jordan was so informative and helpful with getting us signed up. We are even benefiting from personal trainers, Corey Shannon and Kyle are amazing!!

Fantastic experience: Hunter went above and beyond today to help me find a lost hearing aid that fell inside of the internal part of an elliptical machine. Thank you very much!! Crunch is one of my favorite places to go to each week and the staff (Haley and Barbara for classes) is always accommodating and exceptional.

Fantastic experience: I started my personal training session with Kyle S. He is a great trainer that keeps me motivated and on target. If you are looking for a trainer to help you get real results ask for him.

Negative experience: Awful experience after cancelling my membership. I moved and was told I had to come in but would make exception and have me send an email. I sent it on September 5th and got no response. I called twice explaining I did what I was told to do and have since been charged twice! I called again and by this time I have talked to a few employees who have no record of my emails or phone calls. Manager was going to call me but never did. This gym is UNETHICAL and doesn’t care about you. Don’t believe for a second that these people won’t do it to you. I hope everyone sees this and cancels and then stops payments on all charges - Go somewhere else. You will thank me later, I promise.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Crunch for about 4 months. I train with Vanessa Aviles and she is the best trainer I have ever had. I joined the gym because I needed to lose some weight after delivering a baby. Vanessa is knowledgeable, caring and supportive. She listens to you and is very patient. I would highly recommend her to anyone who is willing to make a life change and wants to improve their lifestyle.

Fantastic experience: Hunter at the front desk is ALWAYS personable. He can be busy doing something and never misses a hello, have a great workout or a goodbye. I’ve never seen him not happy and he’s always willing to help answer any questions.

Fantastic experience: Hunter has been such a blessing to this Crunch! Everyone working there is polite. Prior to Hunter, no one acknowledged you when you walked in. And, it's clean! I hope his boss is appreciative of him because he truly cares about people❤️

Positive experience: This gym is absolutely amazing. It has all the equipment you can want and need. It also has the sauna, two water beds and two tanning machines. For those with kids, it also has a daycare while you work out. My only and biggest complaint is that the hours are absolutely horrific. How are you going to have such an amazing gym, close at 9/10 on Friday (depending on season); and then open and close at 7am and 7pm Saturday/sunday. For those of us that work a minimum of 10 hours a day?! That doesn’t leave us anytime to get to the gym. Crunch as a company needs to open earlier and stay open later. Especially when I pay you $35 a month.

Positive experience: One of the best Crunch locations I've been to in terms of space and nice equipment. Lots of natural light all throughout the building so it doesn't feel like youre exercising in a box. 4 stars because the front desk is usually quite awkward with little to no welcome greetings as well as the occasional interruption from other staff trying to drum up business from personal training offers. Peak time (5-6pm) can get very crowded here, especially in the weight lifting areas

Negative experience: The gym itself is beautiful and clean! But the reason for the 2 stars is the childcare. I have been with crunch for years and we usually go to the one in Gainesville but we were in town visiting family we went to the one on st rd 64….the childcare is TERRIBLE!! The teachers are RUDE! I was in utter shock. The second we walked in instead of saying hi to me or the kids or anything. One of the teachers in a snarky voice says “you do know we close at 12 right?? We need a break too you know.” Mind you I knew that and I only needed 20 minutes to do a quick work out and we came in at 11:20. I told her I understood and still NO ONE greeted the kids. I left thinking maybe they just had a bad day and I really needed the break…I come back 20 minutes later and there is a mom who is frantic with her crying kid. No one is helping her. The teachers are just sitting on their butts doing nothing. I help the mom and than NO ONE greets us AGAIN and my kids come running to me (mind you in the Gainesville one they LOVE childcare and the teachers are so nice) and immediately my kids are telling me how mean and rude the teachers were and how they pointed fingers at them and put them in time out. Again none of the teachers acknowledge anything and are rolling their eyes. I ask my son to explain and then a teacher walks up says “your son was hitting the car hard into another toy. We told him to stop and he didn’t. So we took it away and he tried reaching for it but we told him no and if he didn’t listen he will be in time out.” 1. They are kids and 2. If you have a problem the whole point is parents leave their numbers so you can reach them if they aren’t listening. How dare you point your finger at my kid threatened time out telling him he was bad and then ignoring him. I have never had an issue with my kids at the other location but here? Never coming again. Everyone be warned. They are not meant to watch kids.

Fantastic experience: Love working out at Crunch; always warmly welcomed by Hunter. Vanessa is a fabulous trainer always pushing me to do just a bit more; so grateful to her for her functional approach to our sessions. I’ve also had great interactions with Brendan, Corey and Paul. I feel like I can always approach Anna with any concerns I’ve had; it’s been very minimal.

Fantastic experience: We have just joined. Very impressed with the gym's staff, especially Matthew and Jordan. Good prices, loads of equipment and they make you feel welcome.

Negative experience: I have a weird relationship with this Crunch, the gym itself is fine, it’s clean and there are a ton of benches and machines, staff can be a little awkward but that’s fine. However, it’s crowded to high heaven, this place is always packed to the brim. It’s uncomfortable to work out, it’s too crowded. It’s the only gym in the area unfortunately, so if you feel the same then we are both out of luck.

Fantastic experience: This is the single best gym I have ever belonged to in my 45 years of working out. Great staff. Great equipment. Great layout. The right mix of hardcore bodybuilders, regular folks and aging gym rats like myself.

Negative experience: I thought I loved this place but they were so rude to me so I will be giving it a one star. I’d like to go to a different gym now.

Negative experience: Gyms that have no other options besides an in person cancelation is such a scam. Why do you need paperwork signed that cant be done remotely? You are just trying to make it harder for people to cancel to keep your active vs inactive ratio up.

Fantastic experience: Best Crunch in the Tampa Bay/Sarasota area! Renovation greatly improved the gym overall. Huge selection of machines and lots of free weights.

Negative experience: I have gone to this gym since it opened. It’s much better after the expansion. The only reason I am giving 1 star is because of the creepy trainer that came up to me while working out and said “don’t do that” do you want to get bigger abs? Don’t do that” I sat there completely humiliated and shocked that a 50+ year old man doesn’t know better than to do that to a young girl while she’s working out! And a trainer at that! In my opinion he is jealous because I declined his advances to go out with him and coach with him over the years. I have always been nice, kind and respectful to him. Saying hello, you look great and so on… WHY ME? Why out of the 500 people in the gym did you need to say something to me and try to make me feel belittled? I will NEVER be back!! I feel like you are watching me. I wish I knew his name so I could put that out there!

Fantastic experience: This is a great gym. It was crowded for a couple of months, but now that they pretty much doubled the space, it is great. The price is also unbeatable. Highly recommended.

Negative experience: Canceling membership is inconvenient. I put in a cancellation request through the website (so I thought). I clicked on cancel from the Crunch Fitness website and included all my information; name, email, phone number, barcode from keychain and gym name/location. I thought my gym membership was canceled, now 3 1/2 months later I noticed charges on my credit card from crunch fitness. I only noticed this because my credit card company messaged me about the price going up. I then called the store that I signed up at and was told that I can only cancel in person. During this phone call I was asked if I still live in the area and when I replied “yes” I was told that crunch is unable to cancel memberships over the phone. I was then told that if crunch tries to cancel my membership over the phone then it would be denied. Not sure if this “walk in to cancel” is part of some FL law like my mom suggested.

Fantastic experience: Ivan was my trainer and he taught me so much!! He is very knowledgeable and he pushed me to be the strongest I’ve ever felt. I had a great experience and it helped me feel more comfortable/confident using the equipment here at crunch. I would definitely recommend Ivan for the personal training program!!! Thank you Crunch!!

Negative experience: This business did not honor my medically necessary freeze on my account and they charged my double the price I signed up for and refused to refund my money even though I had a doctor's note and proof of the frozen account. I recommend any other location than the lakewood ranch location the are BIG scammers.

Very knowledgeable and professional. He’s super involved in what he does, cares about your results, and has individual approach to each client.

Fantastic experience: The new Crunch is amazing! Great equipment, well planned expansion. I have been training with Ivan as my personal trainer for the last 18 months. He is a stickler for technique, so I am working the correct muscles. I am seeing incredible results! It is fun to go to the gym!!! Ivan is THE BEST!!!

Fantastic experience: Love this gym! From the moment we joined, my wife and I felt right at home. Once we met Ivan, our personal trainer, it was next level. He has transformed my wife and me with the best combination of lifting, mobility and HIIT. Best trainer you could find and he’s right here in Lakewood Ranch. Get to Crunch on 64 and ask for Ivan. You will thank me later.

Fantastic experience: I just can say that I recommend this place so much! It really fits perfectly good with my mom life ( I can go with my kids and they love the daycare while I’m training). My personal trainer has so much knowledge and patience, please take some sessions with Vanessa Aviles you won’t regret any penny!

Negative experience: I came in to cancel my membership after 1 year The front desk lady made me pay over $80 to do so!!! Apparently the yearly fee was due (although I won’t be there for this year) and so I actually had to pay to be able to leave the gym! She asked me to sign the little electronic signature box twice. The one time it didn’t go thru so SHE took the pen and scribbler my initials Completely illegal So I liked this club , your rules are just not ok

Fantastic experience: The best gym around the staff is amazing. The Mgr Kevin goes out of his way to make everyone feel like family. Our Personal Trainer K is amazing. We just moved to lakewood Ranch from NY. I'm so glad we joined Crunch. Super clean gym. Highly recommend Crunch for all age groups. It’s now our 2nd home!
