Fantastic experience: great gym, with lots of class and trainer offerings. clean and always well-maintained

Negative experience: Ok place which did have the tables, but a very dirty place which lacks in customer service. They also only market to 65&up. New guests are not helped to learn equipment & regular guests are not assisted . The massage therapist, works for next door & opens doors when a customer arrives or when she needs to "stink " the nonventitlated restroom. She has a nice personality , but little true knowledge of the service that is expected from this type of business. It was owned by the chiropractor next door. I wouldn't suggest either one. It is closed now. Hmmmm
