Fantastic experience: I am usually not a gym person, but F45 it’s a completely different game. I’ve never work out like this before. Now I’m totally into functional training. Everyday I look forward to go training. All the coaches and staff members are excellent.

Fantastic experience: F45 Delray provides a fantastic opportunity to work out in a like minded and driven fitness community. Every session pushes you to your limits, challenges your resilience, with support from enthusiastic coaches on correct movements, and all to a vibey soundtrack. Whether first thing in the morning (I’m a 5am regular), over lunch, or to cap off your day, consistent F45 sessions will pay dividends to any workout goals. For me functional training also lowers injury risks (vs. long runs, free weight gym sessions, etc.). So why not give it a try!

Fantastic experience: By far, the best gym I’ve ever been to. Signing up for classes helps with staying consistent. The workouts can be challenging but you’ll definitely see results. The best thing about this gym is the community. Everyone is very welcoming and up beat. I didn’t know anyone when I first joined the gym and now I consider many of the members my close friends. If you’re in the area, you’ve got to come check out a class.

Fantastic experience: Awesome training for those serious about getting fit. Nothing fluffy in this place. Monitors throughout showing each stage of the workout are great since they guide newbies into the proper technique.

Positive experience: Great workouts and community. I had one bad experience where some studios, particularly for my travels do not accept passport. It appears that corporate does not have a unified policy for passports across all gyms.

Fantastic experience: Honestly, I have nothing but postive things to say. The coaches are just amazing and same with the assistants. Very friendly, very supportive and they are there to help you push for bigger and better goals. The people are also super friendly and nice. Just a super friendly environment and I enjoy working out here. So if you are debating on joining or not, I say HECK YES!!! You'll love it. You'll definitely sweat and feel the burn, but that's the goal

Fantastic experience: If you want a gym that becomes a second home/family. Come here. Not only do they make you feel welcomed but they also always have other things going on besides working out. From beach cleanups to sound baths. Mindy and Anthony are awesome. Make sure to check out their classes. I haven’t had the pleasure yet of working out with the other instructors. But I’m sure they’re great as well.

Fantastic experience: I used to run 3 to 5 miles few times a week until I met F45. Truly a learning experience at F45, with the new movements, cardio with weight, and my favorite, the playoffs. More energetic, faster, confident in lifting heavier weight, and better cardio are all life changing to expect.

Members at f45 socialize within the classes as well as out side of classes by having events and hanging out together. The classes are challenging but the trainers help push you to be your best! Whenever I am working out and not challenging myself, a trainer will come over and give me heavier weights/ words of encouragement. I love f45!

Fantastic experience: F45 is the best! I've been to a few locations and this one is quickly becoming my favorite. The coaches and trainers really make an effort to get to know you, your fitness level, and with that information they help you push yourself. Whether it's adding more weight, perfecting your form, or trying a new exercise they are there to support you! It's such a fun environment and each workout is different. All the staff are great, but special shout out to Juan, who is a great trainer and always pushes you and AP who really takes the time to help you get to the next level with your fitness goals. F45 is awesome, try it out! You won't regret it.

Fantastic experience: Really like coming to F45. First and foremost, all of the trainers are great. The trainers are always friendly, energetic and have great attitudes. Also, the trainers are always watching everybody to make sure the form is correct or offering pointers to fix their form. Workouts are also great. Fast paced. I especially like cardio days as it keeps me moving and heart rate up non-stop for 45 minutes (or 1 hour on Saturdays). Highly recommend

Fantastic experience: Sounds cliché - but F45 changed my life. I walked in over a year ago, about to turn 39, with the goal of “getting in shape.” I was originally only interested in attending classes, but was quickly pulled in by the incredible team and innovative programs. Before I knew it - I was participating in challenges, measuring results and setting new and exiting goals. Today I am in the best shape of my life. I truly understand the Functional aspect of “Functional 45.” Sure, I look better - but more importantly I feel better and I am able to keep up with my wife and three kids. F45-4-Life!

Fantastic experience: Love the new F45 Delray Beach!! The trainers are super friendly, motivating, and really knowledgeable. I love that this studio is using the regular F45 templates (not COVID modified). The workouts are much more exciting and a lot tougher in the regular format!! Everything is brand new and clean. There are wipes and sanitizer readily available. They also have their own parking lot and the location couldn’t be better, in the heart of all the Delray Beach action!
