Fantastic experience: This is a hidden gem in Delray Beach. Great energy, awesome workouts and real people. The EMS suit is amazing, but the coaching is the best part, I can't recommend it enough! EDIT: I am so sad this gym closed :-(((

Fantastic experience: Since I have been working with Michelle, I have definitely gotten stronger, more flexible and in general alot better shape. She keeps it fun and kicks your butt all in one. Highly recommend her and VB fitness.
