Fantastic experience: Best CrossFit block around!

Fantastic experience: I traveled to Florida with a friend and we dropped in for a class the day we arrived. Everyone was so nice and the coaches were great! We returned everyday for the remainder of our trip The community here is amazing! Everyone was so friendly and made us feel like part of their family. Definitely going here next time I go to the Delray area.

Fantastic experience: I truly miss this place. I wish I could still attend but I moved out of the area, its been years since I last attended. Its really a cool environment. Out of all the gyms I've been to, this one is for sure my favorite and missed.

Negative experience: A bunch of overly self adoring self promoting arrogant people who seemed to think they as a group could take on the rest of the world in a battle and win plus there music sucked and was way too loud

Fantastic experience: This is a really great community of people run by a caring and dedicated couple. This is no typical big gym experience, much more personable with a lot of attention to safety and proper technique. Crossfit is hard work and you will be pushed to new limits, but that is exactly what I needed. If you are new to Crossfit, I highly recommend checking out their beginners program. It's a really great value for what you get compared to a normal gym and is a great starting point to build a foundation in lifting and general exercise.
