Fantastic experience: I love this gym and the guidance and inclusion of everyone that they instill in these young girls is incredible! I love the time they give individually to each girl along with the goals my Granddaughters have met and continue to meet. Great staff! Great program! Great for anyone looking for a well rounded gym for their children or grandchildren!

Fantastic experience: I wrote a 1 star originally because I was told 8a.m was the start time, now that I know the real time I understand why no one was in the plaza. Sorry for any confusion I may have brought.

Fantastic experience: East Coast Flames is the premiere Allstars cheerleading gym in South Florida! We thoroughly enjoyed the cheer showcase this evening as the teams prepare for the start of competition season. The owners and coaches are top notch, and instill great values in the participants. If you're looking for an Allstars program, this is where you want to be!

Fantastic experience: This gym is amazing! My girls went from not being able to do a cartwheel to on their All Star Teams! This gym treats everyone like family while always growing the kids skills.
