Fantastic experience: This is an amazing place to work out. No matter if you’re a cross-fitter or weights and cardio training, beginner or novice, they’ve got it all. The staff is amazing. Josh, Craig and Rylie all truly care about their clients and do their best to help you achieve your maximum potential.

Fantastic experience: I have been a member of Flex Fitness for over 10 years, and many times this was my second home. The owners and coaches truly care about their members and are just like family, and they have a wealth of knowledge. They provide several services, offer supplements, several equipment options, and 24 hours is great for all schedules. The environment is supportive and fun - you can’t go wrong here!!

Fantastic experience: I have been stuck in depression, the belief that I could never do this at the age of 50+. Josh and Craig never gave up on me and now I am in the mindset that I CAN do anything. Everyone was correct the hardest part was walking in the door and once I walked in that door I was accepted with wide open arms. The support you have here is absolutely second to none! Walk in that door because you can do it

I love that it has 24 hour access and the members are so incredibly supportive of each other. If you’re thinking about joining or visiting, just do it! You won’t regret it.
