Fantastic experience: I was in town for the weekend for my son’s baseball tournament. Got in pretty late on Friday evening and reached out to these guys about possibly using their facilities for the weekend. Despite the late hour they responded and were able to get me in. Can’t rate this place highly enough, the facility itself is top notch, and the customer service is even better.

With food options I’ll actually eat. And has only gotten better over the years. He is also very comfortable to work with for women. He’s done it all, seen it all, and has heard all the things. His workouts are always tailored to your needs, and makes sure everyone is always progressing with proper form and technique. I appreciate the unwavering support and willingness to answer any and every question in great detail. No matter how small or big the question, he always takes the time to explain thoroughly and make sure I understand. (And doesn’t act annoyed or treat you like your stupid). The results speak for themselves, if you're looking for someone who truly cares about your success, provides expert guidance, and creates a supportive, motivating environment, look no further. Highly recommend! Also, his gym is SO clean and always has the best equipment and accessories you could ask for.

BHBB-is a gym that is selective and private with the best quality equipment to offer true like minded hardcore dedicated individuals. Fantastic experience: Let me first say, this isn't a gym for the social butterfly type. The type that needs a whole posse with them every time they come to the gym and where they spend more time chatting than lifting. This is a gym to work, to grow. The people who come here will be happy to cheer and support you, but they will do so with tough love and intensity. They will push you to levels outside of your comfort zone, because they know that's how you grow. So, if you're looking for a gym to group up with others like teenagers at a middle school dance....this isn't the gym for you. But, if you're looking for a gym with hard working individuals that you can grunt and grind next to as you push to new levels....then you would fit right in! And with two trainers, Trevor and Adam, frequently in the house, you know you'll be looked after and have a wide base of knowledge available to you!

Fantastic experience: I've been to a lot of gyms. And I mean A LOT. This one is fan-freakin-tastic. Everything is smooth, great condition, and all high quality Rather small space, but perfectly utilized space. Not a ton in the way of cardio equipment, if that's what you're looking for. But they have an echo bike and an assault treadmill, so it covers my bases perfectly. In my personal opinion, it's a great gym for an intermediate or advanced lifter, with enough to satisfy most of everyone that's mainly lifting. I'm not here during a time with staff or programs, so I cannot speak on behalf of that, or how a beginner lifter would feel in here. The only real knock I have, is the dumbbells only go up to 100s, but that's a small gripe. 10/10 love this little gym. Wish I lived closer, I'd be here every day.
