Ultimate Goals Fitness-Rapid Valley

Negative experience: Do not go here. Can get better value elsewhere and the employees are just plain rude. I moved out of town and I called the day of getting charged for the month and the customer service was just rude and said they don’t do refunds no matter what. Never going back to this place.

Fantastic experience: Love the gym. Great price. Never overcrowded. Has everything I need. I looked at just about every gym in Rapid before deciding on UGF. Very happy with my choice

Fantastic experience: Awesome experience, was in town this week for Christmas from out of town. Got a week membership online, used the app on my phone to get in and had a great time! I love gyms like this.

Fantastic experience: Haven’t been in since Covid first started due to relocation. Back in town visiting got the app and got my day pass at 1 in the morning. Super easy and simple gym hasn’t changed ONE bit still love the atmosphere and just simply the quality of the gym!

Fantastic experience: This is an awesome gym for someone traveling through! Was extremely easy to get a day pass without having to visit during normal business hours. All on their app. The gym also had a great selection of free weights and machines. I was able to get a couple great workouts in while I was in town. I'll definitely be using Ultimate Goals Fitness when I'm in Rapid City next time!!

Fantastic experience: Great gym in Rapid City! Has everything you need, especially when visiting town for a few days. They have great rates and equipment is new and works well. Staff is helpful and you can tell by the signs around the gym, the owner has a great sense of humor.

Fantastic experience: This gym is nice and quiet compared to bigger, high volume gyms were people come in and goof around instead of exercising. I've never had to wait for equipment and the things they have are well taken care of. I go in the middle of the night usually, but the few interactions I've had with staff have been pleasant. I've been lifting for over 10 years, but I've seen people here in every part of their fitness journey from high school/college athletes to even a senior citizen with an oxygen tank. I can't say enough good things about this gym.

Fantastic experience: 2 other gyms in town weren't open/weren't answering the phone during their published normal business hours, but this gym was happy to welcome me as a guest. Clean, affordable, towels & personal showers available for no extra fee. I plan to be back.

Fantastic experience: Had a great workout this am at the Rapid Valley location. Easy-going members, clean facility, every piece of equipment I needed, responsive owners/staff, safe, and 24-7 access for members. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: Ultimate goals in Black Hawk has a very nice, small town type of vibe with friendly atmosphere. Clean facility. They also have a very nice play area for kids which is so helpful if you need to bring your kiddo!

Fantastic experience: The owner is an amazing person, the gym is welcoming and very clean!!!! Anyone who says differently has not actually been in this gym..... I love this place.

Negative experience: Derrick is by far the least welcoming person, ever. The equipment is old and multiple training sessions were cancelled without telling me. Someone should really tell the owner to hire better staff.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic Gym. It's never too busy, at least in the evenings when I go. The equipment is top notch. And it's 24/7. What else could you ask for?!

Fantastic experience: Smaller, less crowded gym but with all of the amenities you'd expect. They've got some cardio machines my wife loves but can't find anywhere else. Very friendly staff as well.

Fantastic experience: NOT A TYPICAL GYM. The WHOLE place is super clean. The staff is really friendly and helpful. They allow me to bring my kids which helps because I cant always use a babysitter. Numerous T.V.'s with cable. They are quick to get equipment back to working order.
