Fantastic experience: If you are like me, I struggled getting back into working out. I would go for a week or two, then I’d be to sore or thought life was to busy for this right now, so I’d stop going. With 605 Grit and Grit 44, I’ve had an amazing experience in the 1st 6 weeks of working out. The classes that are offered are great for any level of experience and are catered to where you are at, along with what you want to get out of the class. The other members have been very welcoming, answer questions when needed, and encouraging. The trainers and coaches have kept me motivated, and wanting to come back. They also have done a great job on holding me accountable…which I needed! Thank you 605 Grit for helping me change my life and habits!! I would recommend this gym to anyone looking at taking the next step on your workout journey.

Fantastic experience: UPDATE: over a year ago I reviewed the gym. This is an update. The fact that I am still going here regularly is a first for me. When I started I picked a trainer from a list and showed up. Samuel is beyond expectations. Once per week for 30 minutes and it is fun! I am way more active in general now also lost 35 pounds. I have never felt uncomfortable or out of place which I mention because I am 71yo totally sedentary when I began and honestly believe this added years to my healthy life. Give it a try. Oh and it is affordable worth it.

Fantastic experience: Stopped by for a day pass while traveling through. Great clean facility with a good variety of equipment and a 15m turf area. People were friendly and I wouldn’t hesitate to return if I am in the area again

Fantastic experience: I just got a membership a week ago. (A great deal!) The gym is close to my home and work. They've got a great selection of machines and free weights. I really appreciate the space to be able to do functional movements and dance/stretch in the private workout area. Super easy sign up process. Friendly folks.

Fantastic experience: I've only gone here once since I signed up two days ago and this is by far the best gym I've been to in Rapid. Amazing equipment, great lighting and a solid gym community. For the price and 24/7 access this place cannot be beat!!

The gym feels like a nice old school gym, so you can jump in, get your workout done, and go. The setup is efficient, and the staff are friendly without being intrusive, which is ideal if you're there to focus. It’s a straightforward, no-nonsense gym with everything you need!

If you’re new to the gym, or a seasoned vet, this place has it all. Coaches/owner are extremely nice, and very knowledgeable. They care about your fitness journey. I would highly recommend the classes they offer, as each one differs based on your personal goals. Glad I found 605 Grit.

Fantastic experience: I appreciate the trainer involvement and the two room set up. As a female lifter that recently got back into the gym about a year ago, I appreciate the friendly environment. Having the trainers and owner around also provides a sense of safety I was lacking at other gyms I attended.

Fantastic experience: This is an outstanding gym for any level of fitness training. I used to travel a lot and trained on the road at every kind of gym imaginable. Never found exactly the right one where I had all my needs met, except now. 605 Grit does it all, and they do it exceptionally well. If they grow like they should, I just hope they can maintain the strong culture of support they currently have. A few new investments in equipment will be needed at some point, but for now it’s all there.

The gym does not judge you on the way you look or the condition that you are in. You will find everyone there will help and support you in any way they can. I am now doing Strongman Comp. He has created a welcoming environment for people of all fitness levels. I have gotten great advice working out, and I've also received specific help with diet. I've had mediocre experiences at big-chain gyms in the past. I've an a great experience at this gym. If you are looking for someplace where the owner and trainers want to help you succeed then this is the place for you.
