Fantastic experience: Nate is a fantastic trainer. He has really addressed issues at my level. Yes, sometimes he stretches me, but he keeps a close eye on how I'm doing, making sure I am safe in all the training.

Fantastic experience: I went to my first class yesterday with Adaeze and was completely blown away! In addition to the gym being incredible, from the good vibes and friendly environment (everyone came up to introduce themselves and welcome me to the gym) the gym itself is just stunning, its a very large space with beautiful artwork all over the walls it was like stepping into an art museum that doubles as a gym. I also had the pleasure of meeting and speaking with Brandon, the owner for quite some time, his passion for what he does and the space he's building is unreal and I'm so happy to be a part of such an incredible space. Now onto the class, what can I say, by far the best class I've ever been to! It felt like personal training in a class setting. Adaeze was just unreal from her stellar vibes and high energy to her knowledge and ability to lead a class with many at varying levels and make everyone feel included, seen and involved is a true skill. I am definitely on the newer side of my gym knowledge/strength and Adaeze made me feel so comfortable, she modified a few exercises for me to match my level but was so encouraging and uplifting and made me feel like I really killed it! Additionally I spent a lot of the class laughing and really felt like we were all in it together. I could not recommend this gym or any class taught by Adaeze more, you will not regret joining either one. I immediately bought an unlimited class pass after my first class and can't wait to go back!

Fantastic experience: working out at blinnergy has changed my life for the better! I have been coming here for personal training since February 2024 and worked with a couple different trainers, all wonderful! most recently I have been coming to the group fitness classes which are awesome!!! the classes are a great balance of challenging and fun, all the coaches are so engaging, welcoming, and willing to modify movements to work for each individual. the community and energy at Blinnergy keeps me coming back several times a week which has always been a struggle for me at other gyms where I never felt fully comfortable. this is the best gym in Washington!!

Fantastic experience: Let me tell you about the best gym around. I started at this gym a few years ago after a bad breakup—Dakotah was my esthetician and after an appointment she said, “let me just introduce you to Brandon in the back and show you the gym” I was in a dark place and needed community and movement so badly. Seeing a trainer named Danielle consistently there for about a year changed my life. My mental health and mobility improved greatly, along with my confidence. I fell off movement for a while and back into some struggles but now I do group classes for a 6 week challenge in the new space. I love training with Adaeze, Sam, and Nate. They make me feel safe, confident, and strong. The community at this gym is unmatched. I depend on these classes to improve my entire week. I feel accepted even if I have a slump or am not as strong in certain movements. Not only do they have good people, Blinnergy keeps them around. They are inclusive and can support you regardless of skill level, it’s not competitive here it’s about building each other up. I rave about this gym to everyone. Don’t miss out!!!

Fantastic experience: I’ve recently started going to group classes at Blinnergy and they are unmatched. I’ve been to numerous different workouts and group classes around the Seattle area, and these are the most fun, energetic and challenging by far. Fantastic experience: I stepped into Blinnergy at the darkest hour in my life, and it was the best decision. Walking into this place is the coolest. The mural artwork, flags, lights, and music, set an uplifting and playful atmosphere. I love being in the gym when the owners are around, as they bring their amazing energy and passion into this place. These are people of vision, commitment, service, excellence and community. I’m a bit of an oddball and could be considered too much, too expressive, or inappropriate in other places, but in this space being myself is the most natural thing. As a woman, I feel not only respected, but safe. The owners are meticulous to curate a thriving environment for its members. It being a 24 hour gym has been fantastic. I have been here at the most random times to get my workout in. I’m grateful this place exists, it has been my haven.

Fantastic experience: I love this gym. I was a travel nurse for 4 years and I’ve been to every type of gym and this by far is my favorite. Which I’m super happy about because now that Washington is my home base I’m glad to have found a gym where I feel comfortable and people are very friendly. I usually have gym anxiety but not at this gym. The murals are beautiful and so detailed I’m always staring at them on my rest breaks. As a night shifter it’s amazing that it’s open 24hrs. I can’t wait for the expansion, I’m sure they’re going to knock it out of the park.

Fantastic experience: This gym was super special! I only got to visit for a single day as I was visiting family nearby. But the owner was so friendly! The energy in the gym felt Like everyone knew each other, and although I was an outsider and only intended to be there for a day, I was greeted warmly and still felt very welcome. I don’t think this happens often enough. They were different ages, different sizes, different shapes and different knowledge levels from what I could tell. But all seemed welcome and all were crushing their workouts. It had amazing wall art as well , you can tell someone in there is definitely an artist. I think the wall art actually made my workout better? Lol. And they even had a beautiful dog roaming around giving people kisses. If you need a great lift or just to crush some functional cardio, I would definitely recommend visiting this gym. It also looked like they had training sessions going on, which was great to see! Overall, this gym is a 10 out of 10. Whether you live in the neighborhood or you are just visiting for a day, I would strongly recommend visiting!

Fantastic experience: Absolutely love Blinnergy (Blinn fitness formerly) and the people that run the facility. Brandon and Dakota are genuine down to earth people who radiate compassion and have infectiously great energy. I have been going here when I can for the last 4 years and have grown to consider Brandon one of my great friends. If you are in the area, I would definitely recommend stopping in to check it out. All of the staff and trainers are super friendly and supportive.Especially Kenzie who has been training My 15yrs old daughter and myself. She's always willing to provide guidance and support. She’s knowledgeable and passionate at what she does. Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to Blinn Fitness for personal strength training since August 2023, starting with one day per week and now up to three days per week, working with two of their trainers to get the benefit of both of their experiences and styles (Maidie Knight and Elijah Jordan). I’ve never been a “gym” person because of the way some commercial gyms can lend themselves to cookie cutter operations and a superficial interest in your health. Not to mention a very bland aesthetic and stereotypical equipment. Based on what I observed from Brandon Blinn’s instagram account, Blinn Fitness was investing in their clients and ensuring the gym has diverse equipment and trainers and the aesthetic is anything but bland! They have created a community of health professionals that is so safe, supportive, fun, and STRONG!

Fantastic experience: Second to none, Blinn Fitness is truly the best gym around. The space is always clean, the equipment is ever evolving and well maintained, the team of personal trainers is well educated and versed in many different aspects of physical fitness, Brandon is endlessly looking for ways to support his clients and members, there truly is a community of people that rally around this gym, and most importantly it's always comfortable to walk into and never intimidating. Fantastic experience: Sorry this is really long but I really need everyone to know how great Blinn fitness is. When you tear your ACL and have to get reconstruction surgery, the surgeon warns you about the long physical recovery but they don’t mention the mental/emotional recovery, which was so hard for me personally. I was filled with anxiety about injuring myself again, being judged at the gym, being weak, failing.. it was starting to bleed into my every day life. I became a “no” person, someone who didn’t take risk and I knew something had to change. I discovered Blinn fitness on instagram and had been following them for awhile. I loved the murals in the gym, it was my vibe. I finally reached out to owner, Brandon, who is truly the most kind and genuine person in the world. I remember when I signed up for a membership, he said if I ever needed help or had questions - even if he was training someone - he would help me. It brought tears to my eyes to feel so supported. Based on my goals and struggles, he hooked me up with trainer Maidie, who is AMAZING and so knowledgeable. I have endometriosis and Maidie keeps that’s in mind when we are training/where I am in my cycle. I have already seen such a difference in my body comp but especially my confidence. Maidie really cheers me on, builds me up, and supports me in all my goals (not just fitness, but personal and mental health goals as well). I love her so much and she has already had such an impact on my life in such a short time. I am doing things I thought I wouldn’t ever be able to do because of my injury. And I go to the gym by myself now which I was unable to do previously. Last thing, the community is also so fantastic. The other trainers are always willing to help and answer any questions even if you aren’t training with them. They have a way of making you feel welcome and comfortable. No gatekeeping here, everyone wants you to succeed at this gym. Someone said Blinn fitness is where you come to heal in all ways, and I can’t think of a better way to describe it. It will become your safe place, it def became mine.

Fantastic experience: I have never been to a place where without fail, someone has wished me a good day until I went to Blinn. This gym is the best of both words, fun chill community and really nice equipment. My day is always instantly better walking in and being greeted by all the lovely people who work here. On top of that the gym has some amazing art on the walls, what other gym has full murals? You won’t find many places in the world like Blinn, where everyone is welcomed, and all working towards a specific goal. On top of that, Brandon the owner is one of the most genuine and down to earth people I know, and he’s allways bringing some awsome positive energy, along with everyone else that works here. It’s a super positive and fun environment. 20/10 would recommend at least checking out.

There seems to be something for everyone, I have yet to try out the skincare services and body tempering but I’ve heard positive remarks. Fantastic experience: I began training with Brandon back in 2018 and continued to train with him through 2021. The incredible knowledge and inclusive energy that he brings to every session is hands down a major factor in why I began training with him again in 2023. Brandon helped me gain 10 pounds of muscle, reduce body fat %, compete in my first powerlifting meet, and instill foundational technique that will serve me for a lifetime. His commitment to continued education shines through every session and I am amazed at how he can clearly articulate movement patterns and fix bad habits from day 1. Brandon values clients that listen to him, stay consistent, work hard, pay on time, and communicate when something doesn't feel right. He is worth every penny. Brandon has not only built an incredible and welcoming gym, but has done so with his life and business partner Dakotah, who operates a medical spa in the same space. They have brought on exceptional trainers, skilled estheticians, barbers, massage therapists, and physical therapists (I am probably forgetting some) as part of their community and I trust that I am in good hands no matter who I am working with. Fantastic experience: You will not find a better gym environment! I moved too far away to consistently go there and I will catch myself at my new gym wishing I was at BlinnFitness. All the trainers are friendly even if you aren’t working with them, and they have a barber and Esthetician on site.

Fantastic experience: COME AS YOU ARE! This gym...there aren't enough good things to say about it. Each and every trainer, and member's sole purpose is to support each other, and share knowledge. The trainers are super knowledgeable, and never make it feel like a silly question. Personal training is just that, they personalize it to your goals, and work with your body where it's at. The bootcamps are a** kicking and always changing. Plus, the gym mascot is a dog, who will sit on your lap and help you stretch. Fantastic experience: Brandon Blinn is amazing! I have been training with him for almost 5 years. I started out with one on one training where he helped me with nutrition, workouts, and weekly tracking. I lost over 35 lbs. and gained so much muscle within the first year of training with him. I have been able to stay consistent and keep my body composition the same since losing the weight. I've gotten so much stronger and have been able to compete in USPA powerlifting competitions and win 2nd place. He is extremely knowledgeable of anything fitness and health, but also understanding of normal day to day struggles. He cares so much about each and every client and will help in every possible way to get you to your goals. This gym is the ONLY gym in today’s world that is open to anyone and everyone no matter the gym-bility level, race, religion, gender etc. Brandon is not only a nice dude on social media, he actually cares about making you feel welcomed. After covid hit in 2020 I hadn’t had a real workout til I joined in sept 2021. After talking to Brandon for nearly a year, I felt ready to step into the gym. On day 1 it felt like family. Everyone was nice and welcoming. Now let’s take about my amazing trainer Josh. He is compassionate, real, funny and motivating. In just shy of a month I have lost 5 lbs and 2 inches on my waist. He always encourages me to do better than the day before. Like Josh has taught me, every time I step into the gym I eliminate doubt. I believe in myself even when I may be sluggish because Josh is there cheering me on. It doesn’t end there! Brandon and Josh have helped create a nutrition plan to help me eat more balanced. I have type 2 diabetes and they are mindful of all diets and lifestyles. I am so grateful for this place and Brandon and his entire team.

Fantastic experience: I'm a longtime gym goer, but this is the first weightlifting style gym I've ever attended. I was super intimidated to sign up for personal training in an environment that was unfamiliar to me, but FOR NO REASON because everyone here is so cool and welcoming AF. Brandon is so passionate about fitness and weightlifting and growing the gym to be the best. I've been training twice a week with Elijah for going on 9 months and he is incredibly knowledgable and makes me feel really comfortable to push myself. I've made incredible gains both physically and mentally. Shoutout to Danielle too who offers amazing nutrition guidance as well as training. Also, Tank the dog is the real MVP. Blinn Fitness is moving and upgrading to a bigger location in Woodinville next month and I'm happy to drive the extra distance from my house to continue to be a part of this knowledgable and passionate community. Fantastic experience: I woke up every day, looked at the jacked dude in the mirror that definitely wasn't gay, and went about my business. Then while on a business trip I stepped into Blinn Fitness and everything changed. I love the guys at this gym. Not only is Brandon knowledgeable and vested in the clients he trains, he's cultivated an atmosphere unlike any other place I've been. Fantastic experience: I've been working a program with Brandon (owner) for 2 months now, he pushes me (safely) to lift heavier as I get stronger and my strength has blown up in the short amount of time I've been here compared to my previous experience lifting at a different gym. My 8 rep maxes in some lifts have gone up 40-60lbs with better form and mind muscle connection. I highly suggest this gym if you want to get serious about strength training. There also is a very welcoming, no ego atmosphere here that welcomes ALL levels of fitness and goals.

Fantastic experience: I was referred here by a friend and I was very apprehensive. I don’t mind working out, but that usually consists of cardio only. I don’t like weights, mainly because I have no idea what I’m doing. My friend recommended I checkout her trainer, Ricky. She said I would really like him and I do! Ricky made me feel really comfortable right away. He pushes me outside of my comfort zone, which is exactly what I need. He’s encouraging, friendly, knowledgeable And makes me do squats even when I tell him I hate them ;-) . I was worried I would feel out of place in a fitness studio like this, but everyone I have met, including other trainers, have been really awesome. I highly recommend this studio!

Fantastic experience: Brandon Blinn is not only an excellent trainer but we have also become good friends with him. He is positive, motivating and friendly. He gets to know his clients and genuinely cares about their health and wellbeing. We met him and started training last April while getting shredded for our wedding. Since then, we have far surpassed our original goals and are working toward new goals we never thought we could reach. We come from a collegiate athlete background and we are both much stronger because of Brandon's programs than we were in college. His knowledge base is up to date and he has great rationale for common misconceptions in today's workout world. He surprises us every week with new creative lifts which is engaging and fun. Fantastic experience: The entire crew is knowledgeable and ready to help anyone that walks in the door. Even an old fat powerlifter like myself. The equipment is amazing and everything there is always so clean. They’re dog friendly and are always out hiking or do something fun up here in the PNW. Anyone who’s ever actually stepped foot in the gym knows that it is one of the most welcoming gyms out there- all of the trainers know everyone (not just their own clients) by name and greet them with friendly conversation, good music, and motivation the second that they walk in. All of the trainers are also extremely knowledgeable- knowing exactly how to address client concerns and help them reach their goals. Specifically working with Brandon has made a huge change in my fitness game. Being with him for only 8 months- I was able to increase my deadlift by 100 lbs, he’s been able to address and fix imbalances and pain in my hips, and he consistently chooses new exercises that make me excited to start a new block of training.
