CrossFit^® Okami

Fantastic experience: This has been the best so far. I have been to different gyms till date but it gets boring after 2 weeks but this cross fit is never boring. Everyday I am super excited to go to this place. They have some really good coaches and work outs are not repetitive much which makes it more and more interesting. Highly recommended

Fantastic experience: This was my first CrossFit gym and I was pretty nervous about joining or being judged like you often feel in some big box gyms but the community here is great and they made me feel very welcomed. The workouts are challenging, fun and scalable so anyone of all ages or abilities can do them. Joel and his team are very knowledgeable and care about your longterm health and fitness goals. You’ll love the atmosphere here! Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I have never a been gym going person. If I ever went the energy just never felt right and it was hard to push and motivate myself. So, I wasnt sure what to feel when coming to a crossfit class especially when I never thought I'd come to one but after one day I loved it. The workouts are always challenging and fun and the community is very positive and motivating and the coaches are great. Also after just 3 months of being here I got my first muscle up!!

Fantastic experience: The thought of joining a gym has always been intimidating for me, but I have never regretted coming to Crossfit Okami. I came knowing nothing about crossfit and yet all the coaches have been extremely helpful, patient, knowledgable and encouraging the entire time. Fantastic experience: I am a complete gym newbie but have been working on my overall health so I figured I’d start adding some fitness into my routine. That is when I found The Armory. It has been such an amazing experience so far!! I knew next to nothing when I walked in, but felt like I’ve learned so much already. I’ve already done a few of the classes and everyone has been so welcoming and helpful. I’m definitely happy I decided on this gym!

Fantastic experience: I've had the best experience here over the last year. It had been a while since I'd been a regular member at a gym, and everyone at this place was incredibly welcoming and encouraging. Fun mix of athletes and really accessible to all people, while keeping the workouts really challenging. The owner is fantastic and all the coaches have been great to work with. Coming here is often the best part of the day -- it feels like a real community. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: The gym is clean and its a great atmosphere. What I enjoy most about Crossfit Okami is the community of people, the professional programming and super positive coaching. NO EGO's it's all about being better - feeling better and doing the best you can do. I love training here.
