Fantastic experience: Been going here for 3 years now. Aside from them shutting down (for covid reasons which is obviously out of their control). I have absolutely loved my time there, gym is clean, staff is friendly and the facilities there are great! They clearly make an effort to keep their patrons happy!

Fantastic experience: This gym is fantastic and I’m very pleased with it so far. They’re ridiculously clean and everyone is respectful of the equipment and of other peoples space. The trainers have helped me when I asked for instruction. Big locker room and big sauna.

Fantastic experience: I've been a member at a lot of gyms over the years. New Balance is the best! The facility is SPOTLESS! Literally cleaner than my home. The staff is extremely friendly. The manager Scott is a great guy. He's become an actual friend over the years. If you're looking for a really nice gym, New Balance is the place.

Fantastic experience: This is without a doubt the nicest and cleanest gym I've ever been a member of. Lots of equipment and plenty of space, 2 awesome studios for exercise and spin classes, and spacious locker rooms with a sauna and towels. They also have free parking in the garage when you validate your ticket. The staff is always friendly and welcoming and the overall atmosphere in the gym is great! It feels like you're a member of the family at NB Fitness Club!

Positive experience: Good equipment and overall everyone seems to have good gym etiquette. There’s plenty of parking as well. It does get busy at times but its not crazy. I do find it odd how they have 3 guys at the counter while 1 guy is going around cleaning. Specially right now… everyone should be making an effort to keep the gym cleaned and sanitized. Including signs to remind everyone to wipe down their equipment after each use.
