Fantastic experience: This place is great. Our kid loves it and he wants to come as much as possible so it a very good value. Also the staff are top notch, so nice, and so good with the kids. We have also used the “date night” for parents where the kids do ninja training and then watch a movie on Friday night. Thank you MyGym!

Fantastic experience: This place is great! The teachers are caring and knowledgeable and amazing with the kids. We have had 2 birthday parties here that have been so fun and have run so smoothly. And best of all, they have incredible customer service. Any time I have called with any request they have always accommodated it. I appreciate how they’re willing to be flexible and helpful!! Our kids have loved this place for the last 3 years and we will continue going for as long as they can!

Positive experience: I had an issue with a membership charge that occurred during a previously communicated absence and I wanted to share that the director, Lyssa, followed up with me right away. She was very apologetic and eager to resolve the issue. In my opinion, Lyssa went above and beyond to make things right and I truly appreciate the way she handled the situation.Thank you again, Lyssa, we’re looking forward to returning soon!

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love the staff at the Boston location, they are always so caring and attentive to my baby, and it makes me feel great knowing he’s in such good hands. I’d like to give a big shoutout to the Boston team for their amazing work! However, I’ve had a very different experience at the Newton location. I’ve been there twice, including once for a birthday party, and both times the staff’s attitude was terrible. The teachers seemed unprofessional, rude, and uninterested in my child. It was really disappointing compared to the wonderful service we always get in My Gym Boston.

Fantastic experience: My child and our family love this gym! It is like a second home to us. She is always excited to play at my gym, and enjoys the encouraging and vivacious atmosphere of the gym. She has enhanced her balancing, climbing, core strength and flipping techniques, and we cannot wait to join my gym every weekend. Occasionally, we will come during the week after school and it is an amazing way to have our child enjoy practicing and playing. The teachers are so friendly and encouraging, and we have connected with nice families as well to extend our community.

Fantastic experience: After having a wonderful experience with my oldest child, I was counting down the days until my youngest was ready to join My Gym. It’s the highlight of our week. The teachers are kind, friendly and energetic. The space is clean, bright and fun. Activities are developmentally appropriate and engaging. The location is easy to find with ample parking (a huge plus). I cannot recommend My Gym highly enough for Boston area parents.

Fantastic experience: This is our second winter here, and our son loves My Gym! The space is wonderful for kids, and is set up in a way that promotes movement and observation of their own bodies. The teachers are enthusiastic, friendly, very approachable.

Fantastic experience: My three year old and I love this MyGym! We’ve been coming for the last 6 months about 2 times per week. The staff is excellent - they’re kind, encouraging, & engaging. My kid is on the more shy and reserved end and the staff has been super respectful and meet her where she’s at. The gym is filled with fun equipment and the environment has really helped my kid develop her gross motor skills. Membership is a fixed monthly rate but you can sign up for unlimited classes, so the value depends on how often you’re planning to go. A small area for improvement - I’ve noticed some classes listed as “full” on the website but are not full in person due to no shows. I wish MyGym discouraged this practice more somehow (maybe charging people who don’t cancel ahead of time?) as that would add more value to our membership.

Fantastic experience: MyGym is like a second family for the kiddos! The environment that the teachers created has given the kiddos the space to explore their confidence, navigate social situations, and excel in their gross motor skills! We will be long term MyGym kiddos thanks to the staff!

Fantastic experience: My daughter LOVES MyGym Boston! (And so do we!) We started at 10 months and she is now over 2 years old and still benefits from the weekly challenges and socialization opportunities. The classes change weekly and they grow with the kids, so nothing gets old or boring (!). The programming is excellent — they know just how to engage the kids in the best of ways to support gross motor development and social emotional learning. And most importantly - the instructors are truly what make the place so special. Their passion for working in this field is palpable and the love they show my daughter (and all of the kids who walk in the door) is incredibly comforting. They always greet us with smiles on their faces and show great care and genuine adoration when interacting with the kids. Could not recommend MyGym Boston enough! We always look forward to going every weekend and are so grateful for the wonderful community we’ve found at MyGym Boston.

Fantastic experience: Great space and great schedule for all age kids . Especially great for 2-3 year olds as they learn valuable skills early and correctly so they can practice safely at the playground and outside. Interactive with other kids so they learn the valuable skills early of sharing and playing together. Great value! Sign up your kids with confidence!

Fantastic experience: My Gym staff do a great job keeping the kids engaged. The Terrific Tot class was perfect for the colder months when the park is not an option. Gymnastics is my daughter's first organized weekend activity, and she truly looks forward to going. Great experience overall.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic teachers, great community, flexible classes, and most importantly... free parking! We've been coming to MyGym since our second kiddo was born and we needed a way for the toddler to get some energy out during the winter. Now they're both bigger and moving into more advanced classes and still love it. (So much that the older one had a birthday party here... also a great offering!) Probably the thing I love the most though is that you can go to whichever classes work for your week rather than being stuck on one schedule and losing the class if you have different plans. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: My Gym is the best! We’ve been taking our daughter for 5 months and going has become a highlight of every week. The teachers are fantastic- they’re all extremely caring, fun, and have a deep understanding of age appropriate practices. The faculty is beautifully maintained and clean. We’ve seen our daughter grow so much over these months and it’s a joy to see her try new activities and get excited to see her friends. I’ve also made some wonderful adult friends too. Fantastic experience: My Gym is an absolute godsend. The instructors are all kind and upbeat and patient, and the classes are such a good mix of individual and interactive play. It's my son's favorite place to be! We've been coming here for about two years and it really is worth every penny.

He loves going and every time is a different experience. They have the best and most curated programs and are always tailored to the kid’s interests and aim to improve their skills and abilities. Fantastic experience: I rarely write reviews, but MyGym and its staff have been so wonderful for my 1 year old daughter, I'd like to spread the word! The staff Alexa, Donegan, Abby, Gretchen, Coach Tee, Caroline, Lila, and Brian are full of warmth and enthusiasm, and make every effort to play with each child and get to know their caregiver. The space has a ton of things for kids to explore: trampolines, slides, obstacle courses, climbing wall, ramps, etc. It encourages kids to be active and play independently, as well as play and share with other children--our daughter's ability to crawl/climb/walk/socialize increased dramatically once we started bringing her to class. The staff bring out new activities every 10 minutes, sing songs, play games, set up skill stations, put on puppet shows, and change the setup of the space daily, so there is always something new and fun to engage with. I imagine a lot of planning and coordination must happen for them to so smoothly carry out each class, but the staff make it look so easy! Until we signed up for MyGym, we found it difficult to find indoor activities for an infant on a 2 nap schedule. Library singalongs, music/dance classes etc almost always happened during her naps. But there are so many classes available at MyGym, that we are often there at least 5 times a week, and each visit is always a joy! I also appreciate how easy it is to schedule classes (you can call, text, or email with any questions, and I'm always stunned at how quickly someone will respond). I've never had reason to do this, but they also make it really easy to pause or cancel membership. Parking is free and right by the building, which is a dream for a city location. L absolutely adores the staff and cheers whenever we tell her we're taking her to class. We are so grateful to have this space to take her. Thanks y'all!

It is such a gift to watch our son grow and learn there. It's a super clean environment and we always feel safe. Our son has developed lots of skills with the great coaching from staff. Thank you Gretchen, Ms. Donegan, Coach T, Abby, Caroline, & Lila, hope we're not forgetting anyone! You can see how much all the teachers care! We also love how they switch up the curriculum but still manage to include our favorite activities. So thankful for this MyGym, highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: We've brought our 4yo here since we moved here, and our 2yo since she was born. They have great classes for all ages. We used our summer party to bring a bunch of classmates out, and they all loved it! The teachers are amazing, patient and loving.

Fantastic experience: This is a fun place to take my son! I love all of the materials and equipment they provide so that he can challenge his body. The instructors are very well-versed in developmentally appropriate activities for all of the different ages present in the classes. Donegan lead a wonderful circle time to start the class and has a beautiful singing voice! We will return! It's especially great for cold or rainy days to get some movement in.

Fantastic experience: Our kids, 4 & 1.5, love it here. Hourlong classes, lots of age-appropriate activities, good motor skill stuff. Most importantly, very friendly & engaged staff—they do a great job with all age levels. Not cheap, but going a few times a week makes it more than worth the cost.

Fantastic experience: We Love MyGym!!! My 15-month old has been coming for 6 or so months. We love every teacher, every activity in class, and all of the skills she is learning. She has gained confidence in herself, being around new people, and independent play. Whether it's a full class or an hour alone at the gym, every day is great!

The instructors are all super engaging, friendly, supportive and make every class such a fun experience. I’ve enjoyed seeing Faith grow in confidence as well as skills, and we look forward to going every week. The activities are age appropriate and I like how they are tailored to encourage development of cognitive and gross motor skills. Negative experience: I took my daughter to their classes for children under 2 for about 6 months. There are various issues with this center. Saturday morning teacher (Kate) was always sick. Parents, including myself, had to take the kiddos out several times because the teacher was coughing and sneezing all the time. Also, she was hysterically yelling and rushing from one activity to another without giving small children (under 2) enough time to engage in the activity. The teacher was not fair and would interact more with 2 families that she had known for a longer time and abandon the rest for most of the time. The place is also very old and cold and their heating system had issues for months during winter. They do not give any alone time to the kids, and every activity is designed so that parents need to be present. It could have been much better if sometimes they'd asked the parents to step back and give kids a chance to interact with each other.

Fantastic experience: We had our son’s 4th birthday party here. My son really loves my gym so we decided to have his party here. They were helpful during the preparation and the day of the party; not only they supported to serve the food and drinks but they fully attended the entire party, they entertained kids with so many activities!! All the kids had a blast!! It was above our expectations and can’t thank enough!

Fantastic experience: My 2 year old has been attending classes at My Gym Boston for about 9 months and absolutely LOVES it. He adores the staff and has the best time at the gym. I appreciate the planning and attention to detail that goes into each class... every class is different! Negative experience: We have had great experience with mygym until one of the instructors snatched a toy out of my son's hand and yelled at him. It already has been two years but we still remember the incident when the supervisors didn't do anything but only wanted to cover up her continuous mean treatment to some of the kids. Hope they don't have the instructor anymore...

Fantastic experience: One of the best children's programs in the Boston area! My children have all began their career there in their Little Bundles class ( 6 WEEKS of age!) and now continue to grow as they get older (Whiz Kid-5, MIte-3 and Waddler-16 months). We love how the program grows with your child beginning with the first classes as they give you skills like forward rolls and baby sit-ups (so stinkin cute!) and as they get older, the kids are able to take the skills that they have learned and have applied them in the program. They also work on independent play with the little ones, team work building with the older ones and it's all done in a non-competitive atmpsphere where the staff encourage and challenge each child based on their skill and comfort level. There is always an adorable puppet show and the staff make sure that they know each child and parent every class- and the music... the playlists each week are AWESOME! My husband and I always talk about how great the music is to listen to while we are there each week- we enjoy it just as much as the kids do! We have celebrated multiple parties with the gym over the past 5 years (From our kids turning one, to our upcoming daughter turning 4 at the end of this month!) and while the cost is up there, it is totally worth every penny! They make your child feel like #1, they play their favorite games, dances, songs, gymnastic skills and literally don't even make you lift a finger! We have brought our own food and cake but they also have a package that provides all that as well! We've been to other Boston-area parties and they stand by and do NOTHING with the kids other than occupy dead air for 1.5 hours. My Gym Boston runs marathons around your child and their guests during their special day- and the staff always amazes me by saying they still have one or two parties after ours- where do they find that energy?! We love how the program also has a gentle approach of encouraging our children to try out what they offer each week (the gym set up changes each week- I wish my own gym did that!!) but the staff (because they are seriously so personable!) know the comfort level of our children, when to challenge them and also when to bring them back to my husband or myself if they need a couple of minutes to get refocused. We love the structure of the program. Our children have learned how to sit and wait their turn, how to play fun childhood games (ring around the rosey, redlight/green light, freeze dance) how to make friends and play alongside other children. This didn't happen overnight- it took around a month for our oldest to become acclimated with the program and when it was time to explore vs when it is time to listen. This has been a huge help with transitioning her to preschool and now kindergarten. Looking forward to watching the program grow with our children and in our Boston community! We would recommend this to any new parent or nanny looking to find their way with a newborn, a parent or nanny or grandparent with a toddler looking to get them tired and a family with an elementary school child looking to keep light structure and activity in their child's schedule without overwhelming them too much!

Fantastic experience: We started taking our (now 20 month old) daughter here in September 2015 and LOVE it!! It's super clean (we took her to a different gymnastics place last year and it was so dirty so I made sure to look for this right away). We never get bored because they switch up the gym setup and curriculum every week, so its not only refreshing for our daughter but good for the parents. The teachers are AWESOME...so helpful and friendly. Our daughter was super shy about trying the gymnastics for the first few weeks and they were never pushy (they encouraged but didn't push her to do it). Now she seems so much more confident every time she goes and tries more and more every week. the most important thing is that my daughter loves it....All I can say is that alllll week I hear "my gym, my gym???"
