Fantastic experience: I am a new member! I am doing Evofit classes and absolutely love it. I am currently overweight and out of shape but committed to bettering myself. As someone who is over weight, I know the feeling of not knowing where to start or being intimidated by other people in the gym. I can tell you that the kindness and patience from not only the trainers but the other members as well has been incredible. And the workouts are done for you and they are different every single day! Classes are hard but I have already seen progress. My first week I couldn’t run half a mile and I could barely do a sit up. I ran a half a mile today, 6 weeks later, with no problem and can do sit ups much better. I have never in my life looked forward to going to the gym until now. I can’t wait to see the progress I make in 6 months! UPDATE: 22 months in. I have lost over 30lbs, made incredible friends and I still have more weight to lose but I’m doing the right way and the hard way. My body composition has completely changed. I’m learning all about my nutrition and what MY body needs. Couldn’t have done it without my coaches. Kiki, Donnie, Herbert, Marcella & Sue are THE best. The community is top tier. I’m so grateful to be apart of this gym!

Fantastic experience: I have just begun my fourth week at iconic fitness. I have been working out for many years but never at a CrossFit gym. However the people and the atmosphere at the gym have made it easy to get there at 5 am. Positive vibes, encouraging words from the coach’s and the participants to help you through the workouts. Great place to train.

The coaches & members at this gym have a great culture and motivational vibe that is contagious (even at 5am!). Coach Donnie’s attention to detail & willingness to help me work around my injuries it’s all I needed. If you are looking for a place to work on yourself while empowering others to be 1% better each day, this is it!

Fantastic experience: I can’t recommend Kiana’s EVO Fit class enough! She’s an incredible coach who brings the perfect mix of energy, knowledge, and motivation to every session. The class is challenging but accessible for all fitness levels, and you leave feeling stronger every time. Beyond Kiana, the entire coaching staff is top-notch—professional, supportive, and truly invested in helping everyone reach their fitness goals. Fantastic experience: I absolutely adore this place! Working out can be a bit intimidating at first, but the coaches at Ionic are incredibly caring and friendly. They take the time to ensure you're performing each exercise correctly before moving on to weights. After just 3 classes, I've already gained so much knowledge and I can't wait to continue attending. Fantastic experience: Ionic has been my home away from home for over 5 years. When I tell you that you will never find a group of more supportive members and coaches, I mean it. From the owner, to the coaches, to the members that work out everyday you will always walk into a gym full of smiles. (And who’s smiling working out) It is truly a testament to how amazing this gym is. Aside from that, facilities are always clean, coaches are always professional, knowledgeable and helpful and you are guaranteed to always get an amazing workout. If you’re in the Bonita area you are missing out by not dropping into Ionic.

Fantastic experience: After working out at regular gyms consistently for about a year, it felt like I had hit a wall, and I wasn't motivated to go workout anymore. So, I decided to try CrossFit, which I've wanted to do for a few years. I just never got around to going because it honestly intimidated me. But after going to Ionic Fitness and trying out CrossFit and their EvoFit program, which is their own interval-based strength and conditioning program, I was immediately hooked! The coaches guide you through every workout, answer each question, and, most importantly, are all so kind! Ionic Fitness is recommended to anyone looking to get active and looking for a fantastic, energetic atmosphere. Fantastic experience: Amazing coaches, great people and awesome workouts! I have been a member at the gym for about a year and a half. I recently had my first child and worked out here throughout my pregnancy. The coaches were SO helpful in making sure I was comfortable with the workout and provided modifications as needed. They are so knowledgeable and I truly thank them for helping me have a smooth pregnancy, delivery and recovery!

Fantastic experience: This gym is great! I joined 6 months ago and with the help of knowledgeable trainers, small classes and a super owner I am getting stronger and dropped a clothes size. I have not worked out in years and at 58 the coaches give me the confidence to push myself every week.

Fantastic experience: I have done two drop ins so far and have to say that the coaching and vibe at this gym is top notch- the workouts are challenging but scaling is offered smartly- and I would say the two drop in workouts I have done have been the best workouts of the year so far. Would definitely recommend as a primary gym or for out of town people to drop in :)

Negative experience: Do not go!!!!! Unfair business practice!!!! Undisclosed fine print on app that his staff will help you sign up for and then he holds accountable!!!!! Even tho it’s a small check box on a tiny screen. Do not go unless you read the fine print. After being a loyal costumer for 2 years I wished to exist CrossFit. Due to a move. I was unaware since I did not set up my account thst the contract auto renewed. But because a box was checked by the person helping me set up the account this terrible business owner after i contacted him told me I had to pay even tho it was only a few days after auto renewal and I never was in the gym. I explained my error and asked if we could part ways and even offered to compensate he told me that he had to hold me accountable and demanded a 500$ cancelation fee. Even tho he acknowledged the over site and said had I emailed him then it wouldn’t have auto renewed. I asked where is this stated he showed me a check box thst I didn’t check since I had assistance setting up the app. This owner is unreasonable. Do not go he will “hold you accountable” and set up a situation for an auto renewal with out telling you it’s coming for every dime he can. I have been going to gyms for over 20 years and never did I ever had such a horrible departure experience. I was threntened with going to small claims court if I didn’t give him the 500 dollars to cancel. Again do not go. Be warned. He don’t care if you move have a medical issue he will take you to court for his 500$fee and will auto renew a contract. He does not care about his costumers.

Fantastic experience: My wife and I bought a 1-week guest pass while in town for Spring Break. And we're so glad we did. The owner Donnie and all the coaches were outgoing, friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable...and yes, in great shape themselves! And the members there were also a welcoming and kind bunch. I was amazed at how many of them quickly learned my name and offered encouragement to me throughout our workouts together. I've been a fan of CrossFit for a long time, having done the workouts at various times on my own at home. But this was my first time being an a CrossFit gym/box. It can be intimidating to step into a place like this (because let's face it, CrossFit is intense and physically demanding), but any apprehension I had was quickly relieved by the warm smiles from Donnie, the coaches, and all the regulars at Ionic. Ionic members are a wide range of ages and levels of fitness. If you have a nagging injury or a movement that is difficult to master, the coaches will offer you a modified movement to use in your workout. For me, there were a handful of movements during the one week that were above my pay grade, and Donnie and the other coaches were quick to offer me ideas for alternate exercises. And they also coached me up on practicing the difficult movements (snatches, double-unders, etc.). I loved the app they use (Wodify) for registering for classes, reviewing what movements will be involved in the workout, and also tracking my results (and the leaderboard for each workout segment). All in all, I cannot speak highly enough about this gym!

Fantastic experience: I have an extensive history of fitness at different levels from school athletics to intramural sports and long distance running as an adult to extensive military training until I broke my back on a Combat Deployment. At first, this injury limited my mobility and resulted in me gaining weight and losing my hard earned fitness level. Nearly a decade later, my injury has long ago healed but I’ve never pushed myself back into my previous health or level of fitness. Needless to say I was worried about being able to participate let alone think that I could flourish in this gym based on the intensity of the programs, and partly my own insecurities. However…I was so pleasantly surprised to see how amazing this gym Family is. From Donnie (the owner) to some of the extremely well trained and supportive coaches I’ve worked with, Lauren and Kiana (to name only a few). I have been a month long member and have noticed an incredible amount of improvement in my mood, strength, and overall fitness. It is a fun, kind, supportive, and very hard working environment. I’ll be a member with Ionic Fitness as long as I’m living here.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been doing Orangetheory and F45 for years, hit a wall, and needed something different. So, I decided to try CrossFit for the first time. Ionic is an awesome first CrossFit experience! I’ve been attending 4-5x a week for about a month, and Donnie and everyone there make me feel welcome (especially not knowing a single person in Bonita whatsoever) and are incredibly encouraging. The additional Evofit program is a huge bonus and helped me to transition to CrossFit-style workouts and I now do a blend of the two. I’m only in Bonita for a few months this summer and I’ll be sad to leave when the summer is over. But, when I make trips back to Bonita to visit family here, I will absolutely be dropping in! Other CrossFits I visit in the future have big shoes to fill!

Fantastic experience: I would recommend Ionic to anyone in the Naples, Bonita, Ester0 and Ft Myers area. The owner, Donnie runs a tremendous gym. I am an "older" person. Donnie makes you feel welcome, always introduces everyone to everyone, extremely friendly and not at all intimidating. He has an incredible staff, again, being a little older, I feel welcome, workouts are modified yet I still get pushed into that 15% of a challenging workout with good results. I recommend if your moving here or just here for a week, it's the place to work out.

Fantastic experience: I cannot say enough great things about Ionic Fitness. I had just moved to FL from MN and started working remotely for a month after I had decided to join Ionic. I realized that I missed seeing people everyday and didn’t know anyone yet in a new area. The coaches are extremely motivating, knowledgeable and are always willing to help when you have questions. Being an athlete my entire life I realized I didn’t really know how to workout because it was always planned out when I got to practice. The workouts are always planned, and I love the variety. It feels like I am a part of a team again and I realized how much I missed being a part of a team. I finally feel like I am home.

I shopped through what felt like every Crossfit Gym from Fort Myers to Naples and finally found Ionic Crossfit and head coach/owner Donnie Keller. He helped change all aspects of my overall health. Work-outs are will planned out in advance, coaching is excellent - very encouraging to an old man like me! Classes at convenient times as well; highly recommend you give this gym a try.

Fantastic experience: I visited the Bonita Springs area over the holiday and decided to drop into Ionic Fitness. I'm so glad that I did! This is a great gym. I like to take the early morning classes and have had a few different experiences while traveling. Im happy to say this one was a good one. I arrived a few minutes early to get in a little extra stretching for the 6am class and the the gym was already open with regular athletes already there. Donnie welcomed me immediately along with the athletes in the class. The programming was challenging with great instruction. I will return whenever Im in the area again. Everyone is very supportive no matter your skill level. It’s changed both my attitude and my strength - I highly recommend Ionic.

Perfect for beginners or elite athletes, the coaches are super helpful when it comes to technique and barbell movements. They know how to scale a workout to be perfect for you, but they also know how to challenge you that extra little bit. I've been doing crossfit for 4 years now and I still learn something new every time I workout with these folks. If you're on the fence about trying it out, just do it. You won't regret it. Super clean space. Plenty of equipment to fit your needs. Everyone smiling and laughing together while you workout. It really doesn't get much better.

Fantastic experience: This place is much more than just a gym. I've been a member for 2 months now and have improved my fitness more in the last 2 months than the entire prior year at a regular gym. They offer crossfit and evofit classes multiple times a day. Classes are doable for all fitness levels and the coaches are so helpful. Anyone can come in and get a great workout! They also run a promotion of 10 days for $10, which is a major deal. Their monthly pricing after that is also affordable. If you are on the fence, I suggest you come in and give it a try!

Fantastic experience: Several weeks ago when I decided to join the Boot Camp program it was a certain amount of trepidation. The concern has been allayed by a very supportive staff, who with their positive attitudes, provide the right amount of push to assist you with meeting your goals. The Boot Camp program constantly changes keeping the workouts interesting and challenging. This is an excellent program that will change your life.

Fantastic experience: Love the variability! I joined Ionic because I wanted the option to switch between CrossFit and the boot camp classes with my membership. All the coaches have been great and are consistently giving feedback and ensuring you have proper form. The workouts and varied and I’ve never done anything close to the same thing twice. And something I’ve never experienced from other gyms, Donnie (the owner) consistently checks in to see how you you are and asks for feedback, which I really appreciate.

Fantastic experience: I have been a member at Ionic Crossfit for over 4 years. I’ve done drop ins throughout the area with other crossfit gyms and group workout classes such as Pure Barre, Orange Theory and F45. I find Ionic Crossfit to be far superior with all regards to promoting a healthy lifestyle over everything else I’ve seen. The coaches and members make this place. All of the coaches give 100% everyday and truly care about the member’s best interest. I’m always amazed at how well the coaches know your schedule along with your goals, weaknesses, strengths and overall lifestyle. The workouts programmed never get old and are always challenging and fun producing great results. The fellow members are always staying positive and willing to help with anything inside or outside the gym. I won’t be going anywhere else, as this is the best workout, gym, coaching and membership in the area.

Fantastic experience: I have been a member at Ionic for almost two years now. Before starting at Ionic I have tried out other gyms (CrossFit, big box gyms and bootcamps) and I will say that Ionic has been amazing compared to the other places. After having two babies I had extra pounds that wouldn’t go away and for the first time in years I have seen results, not only dropping body fat (through their nutrition program) but setting PR’s that I never thought I would reach. Donnie and all the coaches truly care about everyone and are committed to seeing you grow by holding you accountable and continually offering tips and suggestions to improve yourself. Fantastic experience: I love this gym! Ionic Crossfit has been my gym for over three years. That says a lot from someone who never committed to any gym in the past until now. The coaches are great with motivation, technique, and accountability. Don't be surprised to get a text from a coach because you missed a few classes.

Fantastic experience: I can’t say enough good things about Ionic… they are the total package! I have been coming for a little over a year now and I am so thankful to be part of this gym family. When I need accountability, the coaches make me commit to showing up and will follow up if I don’t. When I need support, the coaches are there to offer tips, answer questions, and/or listen. When I need a challenge, the coaches are there to push me, but all within my capabilities (which they know because they are paying attention to my progress). When I need a laugh, my Ionic friends are ready to do a silly dance or crack a joke. If you are ready to feel stronger mentally and physically, just show up to see what Ionic is all about.

Fantastic experience: Ionic has made all the difference in the world in my fitness journey. I’ve PRed all of my lifts in less than 6 months of joining, dropped 3% body fat and have improved my gymnastic skills! Donnie’s expertise in programming, weight training and nutrition is top notch.

Fantastic experience: CrossFit offers Effective Programming, Community Encouragement & a path to broad-range of ability in the Fitness realm. I visited Ionic as a drop-in from out of town & experienced: -Great Coaching! I had SIGNIFICANT progress on a movement I have struggled with for a long-time. That doesn't happen very often! -Accepting Community. Had a number of people come up & say high. This is clearly a "nice culture" thing which is great -Helpful! They helped my wife alter movements due to some issues she is having. We noticed very specific 1v1 attention to everybody, especially newcomers. Plus, they offer great deal on weekly drop-in rate. SUPER HELPFUL. We travel to this area every year & certainly will visit Ionic again.

Knowing everyone is at different levels its judgment free zone and it's group of people who cheer when you hit your goals! That's most crossfit gyms I've been to. Ionic crossfit is all of this and more. We are family who want to see the person next to us do what they never thought they could. Donnie and Andy are exceptional coaches with so much knowledge so people won't get hurt. Having coaches that question why you missed a class knowing you have goals makes you more motivated to go to the gym even when you'd rather stay in bed. Ionic crossfit truly does have a strong bond and is very welcoming to all new comers.

The coaches, Donnie, Andy, and Chris are some of the most passionate, inspiring, admirable and genuine people that I have been so lucky to stumble upon. Fantastic experience: Best box around! I have been to a few and have to say that Ionic is the best. They made me feel like family the first day I went. Never regretted it. I have been going here for almost 2 years now. Everyone is just as excited as I am about my achievements. I have made a lot of progress and can see the difference. Stop in you won't be sorry you did, only sorry that you didn't do it sooner.

Fantastic experience: This is a great gym with great people from coaches to students. It's a lot of fun. Donnie does a great job in working with everyone and tailors workouts to accommodate everyone needs. I started going two days a week and within a month I was going 5 days. Great job guys. Keep up the good work.

Fantastic experience: Awesome gym, everyone is so nice and helpful. Great for all fitness levels. I went into it not feeling very confident in my abilities and the coaches have really helped to motivate me and help me grow! Would recommend ionic crossfit to everyone!

Fantastic experience: Amazing place, amazing people! This was my first time to try crossfit and I was really worried because of my old car accident injuries but they took the time to teach me everything and to how to modify any moves that aggravated my knees. I highly recommend to all no matter what your fitness level!

Fantastic experience: At first, I was nervous to go into the box to workout because I had not been conditioning myself properly. After my first workout, I was so tired and sore that I knew I needed to come back to prove I could get my body back in shape. Coach Danny and coach Andy took the time to teach me proper technique and educated me on how to be as safe as possible while lifting. The atmosphere is infectious and the people are even better, pushing you to push yourself through every workout. They even have kids classes! I would highly recommend this for everyone that wants to get back in shape and live a healthier, more active life.
