Negative experience: Tried calling on 3 different days during business hours with no answer. Went by twice with no staff available both times. The first time the business was completely locked up with no lights on during business hours, and the second time members had to let me in and after 15 minutes the worker still hadn't come out from the back to speak to me.

Negative experience: Glad I called before I signed up. Their website says they offer group classes, they don't, stopped during COVID and just never resumed. It's been 2 years but they just never restarted. There are other reviews about not having a pool and the owner replied with a sacrastic unprofeasional response...this is a small town, if you don't like it, go to a bigger city with a pool. There aren't any gyms with pools in this entire county. It's a 45-60 minute drive to the closest gym in Slidell. Wouldn't it be nice if the attitude was less defensive and maybe filled a niche that the community would pay for, I'd pay for it. I never spend my money at businesses where the owner responds to negative feedback with petty, defensive or trashing the original review. That's extremely unprofessional and probably reflects exactly how they treat their paying customers.

Positive experience: Gets crowded sometimes. Buy there's plenty to do until it thins out and you can get on the iron.

Fantastic experience: Not a whole lot of options for gyms here in Bogalusa, but the staff is very friendly and the gym itself isn't very busy, so I'm a big fan of this workout space.

Negative experience: DIDNT like BOGALUSA LA PERIODT BUT I LOVE GYMS WITH POOLS SAUNAS AND FROM WAT I SEE THEY DONT HAVE NEITHER

Fantastic experience: Great place to work out. Has everything you need in a gym. Never too crowded, always clean. I got a membership here because they have heavy punching bags in the back, the workout I wanted.

Fantastic experience: I always worried about joining a gym. Snap showed me that was a mistake! I really enjoy it here. Very chill, plenty of equipment for everyone and a good staff. Haven't tried the classes yet, but if the excitement before them is any indicator, they must be awesome! Highly recommended especially if you've been in the fence about joining a gym.

Fantastic experience: AWESOME PLACE, AWESOME PEOPLE, Just plain awesome. We go at least 3 days a week and in the last year I've lost 50 pounds. FEELING REALLY GOOD!!!!!!
