Negative experience: Like Planet Fitness, but worse, Michelle the manager was very nice, but there are at least four signs in the place that threaten to charge you extra for damaging or mishandling equipment. Additionally I got spoken to about "slamming" 135lbs deadlifts. I understand the rule, but the way the defined it was shocking and totally egregious. Very disappointing and not the comfortable, inclusive, welcoming place I was hoping for.

Fantastic experience: Angela is a wonderful trainer. She immediately understood what I needed with exercises to repair my shoulder. Angela is very focused and prepared. She is very personable and makes the sessions fun. Angela has great background and knowledge to help her clients.

Negative experience: Trainers don’t really know much, workers in general just look around to see who they can harass.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a member of Anytime Fitness in Fair Oaks Ranch for a while now, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience here. The gym itself is clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything I need for a great workout. One of the main reasons I keep coming back is Michele, who works at the front desk. She is incredibly polite, helpful, always goes above and beyond to make sure members feel welcome and she’s always happy and smiling! Her friendly demeanor and willingness to assist with any questions or concerns truly make the gym a wonderful environment. Fantastic experience: I have been a patron of Anytime Fitness over 10 years and have been to over 40 locations and the Anytime Fitness in Fair Oaks is by far the best and cleanest one I’ve been to. The manager Michelle, always ensures the place is clean, equipment is fixed and everyone is greeted with a smile! I can not say enough about this location or Michelle!! Keep up the amazing work!!

Fantastic experience: Perfect! What else is there to say? The owners of the Fair Oaks location take very good care of the facility and their clients. Equipment is hardly ever down, and if it is, it is fixed quickly. It's small enough so you get to know the regulars, but large enough that there is always something to do and you don't have to wait on equipment long if someone is using it. The manager Michelle is very friendly and is always eager to help you if you need it. She has the answer to just about any question you have, and if she doesn't, she will get it. The trainers are always pushing you to be your best and will go the extra mile for you because they care about your health as much, if not more, then you do. I love this gym!!!

Fantastic experience: Wonderful facility. Clean with lots of variety of equipment. But the real plus is the staff and owners. Beth & Josh are amazing people. They care about every member. Michelle in the office is accommodating, professional, as well as really sweet!, She welcomes me when I come in and always has a smile and a kind word to say. Since I joined I've toned up, lost weight and feel so much better. I've trained with several of the coaches and it has definitely helped me increase my strength and my stamina . A+ would highly recommend AF at Fair Oaks Ranch! So go get fit!

After joining their Monday Group Training classes, my strength improved so much that I added Wednesday's class with Christa! Christa's a fantastic trainer who makes every group session unique and fun. She incorporates cardio and strength training, tailoring the exercises to everyone's ability and fitness level. I love that she pays close attention to form, and her classes are enjoyable – I leave feeling energized!

Fantastic experience: Anytime Fitness in Fair Oaks Ranch is still a gem of a gym ! I’ve been a member for almost two years, and it’s been a consistently great experience. The staff is warm and friendly, creating an inviting atmosphere. The members vary from high school students preparing for the new school year, to busy parents, to seniors staying healthy, making for a diverse and welcoming community. A special shoutout to Christa for her fantastic Group Training sessions on Wednesdays! Managing a group with varying skill levels can be challenging, but Christa excels at tailoring workouts to suit everyone. She’s professional, caring, and clearly passionate about what she does. Christa’s attention to detail ensures we’re doing exercises correctly and keeps things challenging, so there’s never a dull moment. I love the camaraderie in her group sessions—it’s not just about the great workout, but also the fun and supportive community. I highly recommend the gym, the classes and their wonderful Trainers!

Fantastic experience: Great atmosphere, never too crowded, and very cost effective. Staff is super nice and helpful, especially Michelle. She always seems so cheery and upbeat, greets me everytime on my way in and says goodbye everytime I'm leaving. Keep it up y'all!

Fantastic experience: Quaint neighborhood gym with all the necessities. It is always clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. The real star is Michele - she goes above and beyond, constantly making herself available to anything the members need. I highly recommend it.

Positive experience: Nice gym.....a little small.

Negative experience: Will conveniently miss cancellation emails (even on a "month-to-month" membership) and force you to come into the studio (regardless of how inconvenient it is - move, etc.) to cancel. If you live in the area it's convenient enough but I got tired of paying for "facility improvement" fees a couple times/yr and still seeing the same equipment year after year (it looks like they've actually removed a couple pieces in the few months it had been since I showed up). It's 2024... Anytime has hundreds if not thousands of locations... let people fill out an online form to cancel. Stop charging "enhancement" fees w/o enhancing things.

Fantastic experience: I am 72 and my husband is 80. Christa has designed our training to help us get fit and stay energetic. We’re very pleased with the results.

I also love how the owernes are always updating the gym. It is worth the drive to go to this gym. Fantastic experience: I've been working with a personal trainer at this location for about a month and am very satisfied with the results of it so far. The equipment is clean, the staff is friendly but firm on their policies, and the location is not so busy that it feels like a Gold's Gym at 5 PM the day after new years. Definitely better than other locations I have been to.

Positive experience: Nice gym but gets crowded since there is only 1 of everything. I find i have to adapt workouts on the fly due to equipment being busy.

Positive experience: The current staff at the gym has worked hard and updated/replaced equipment. However, the other members need to conform to the rules in re-racking weights, picking up wipes and replacing equipment to the proper places.

Fantastic experience: Trainer Beth literally changed my life. I joined FOR Anytime Fitness more than a year ago and started personal training sessions with Beth. She is a very good trainer, keeps the workouts interesting, and has also helped me with nutrition and the results have been amazing - to date I have lost 59 pounds and look and feel better then I have in 20+ years! I highly recommend her and Josh.

Fantastic experience: Had a great work out today! The managers who run the Fair Oaks Location, Josh and Beth, are amazing! Josh trains my husband and I get my training from Beth! They are knowledgeable in what they do, and always making the best and creative work out sessions so I don’t get bored with working out! The gym is always clean and equipment in tip top shape! They truly care about their patrons and the condition of the gym! You definitely need to hit up the gym and get with Josh or Beth!

Negative experience: Beware when you go to cancel. Somehow somewhere between this location and “corporate” the ball was dropped on a $34 bill. No one would help and ended up costing me hundreds dealing with their “collection agency”.

Fantastic experience: Nice People, Clean Facility, Great Workout

Positive experience: It’s a decent little gym, to make it better and 5 star worthy in my opinion, management should look at rearranging the weight free weight area. Space is very limited and they have not laid out the equipment in a way that really works. A simple night of shutting down for a few hours to reorganize would open up floor and mirror space and would make the gym more accommodating for its growing membership. If they would like help with this process I would be more than happy to come in and help on my time off.

Negative experience: This place will start charging you years after you cancel your membership. Phone number doesn’t work so you can call and clear it up. Can’t contact anyone at corporate.

Positive experience: It's better than most Anytime Fitness I've been to in that it has a squat rack and bench press with free weights and a good dumbbell selection. It isn't overly packed all the time which is important because though they have a decent selection of equipment, it is very limited. The cardio equipment could use a good cleaning and several need repair. All in all, I like the place.

Negative experience: Dirty and small. But cheap monthly fees.

Fantastic experience: This is a very peaceful and small gym. It has the right amount of weights and machines. JP is the manger and he’s pretty nice and helpful.

Negative experience: Old and incomplete equipment, not sure how they allow it to be part of the Anytime Fitness franchise, dirt all over the place. I'm glad I can go to any gym around with my membership.

Fantastic experience: Usually not too busy. Clientele average age is over 60. Lots of cardio equipment. However no stair climber. Both machines and free weights avaliable. Bathrooms are always clean. Full service shower. Trx station, punching bag, Smith machines, squat racks. Ect.
