Fantastic experience: This place is amazing!! In only 45 min, you get a full-body workout! The workouts vary so your body is always being challenged. I have brought friends with me and they always end up joining too! Thanks to the awesome 6am crew and our trainer Richard for "killer" Wed and Friday mornings. And thanks Jim for making our Sunday mornings extraordinary!
