Fantastic experience: The BEST Owner, BEST instructors & staff BEST classes & so many choices, BEST equipment & absolutely love our gym family.

Fantastic experience: I love the trainers for the classes I take regularly. They remember your name, push you to work hard, and always offer alternative moves to accommodate injury or need. The gym has plenty of equipment and all the staff are helpful and friendly. Been there for several years with no plans to change gyms.

Positive experience: Great gym. Great Trainers. Friendly place. The complaints I have is that the space is a little small. The flow is all wrong & the equipment is crowded. Most of the machines do not list the starting weights. The cable machines are missing numbers on the weight. Some of the padding is VERY worn. They have spin bikes on the floor but the monitors on those bikes are BROKE.

Fantastic experience: Ryan Keith is an outstanding personal trainer. He has an amazing understanding of each muscle group and which exercise benefits each; you will not find that level of information in any exercise book. I started as an 86-year-old man who had not exercised consistently for many years. I ended up, after only 4 months, with visibly better musculature and strength, along with greatly improved flexibility. In addition, the nagging perpetual pain in the small of my back, which I have experienced for about 10 years, is gone, and my posture has dramatically improved. All this has led to me even feeling more positive in everything I do.

Fantastic experience: Great place to get in a quick lift on vacation. They have most of what you need to get a good lift in. Not crowded and nice staff.

Positive experience: Need calibration in all equipment. And more actualisation on the equipment. But is really clean and the costumer service ir really good. Nice environment

Fantastic experience: I have been a member of Pulseology Fitness Club for about 5 years and believe it is the best gym I have ever joined. The club has great equipment and a friendly staff. The owner (Scott) is customer-oriented and a man of the highest integrity. The success of this club is predicated on Scott's vision. My experience of several years with one of the trainers - Ann Marie - has been therpeutic in many ways. She is an accomplished trainer with a holistic perspective on health. I have been helped significantly by working with her. This is a great fitness club with great people one in which I highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: This is the place to be. PULSEology is the best Gym in Bluffton, I have been coming here for the past 9 years and I can promise there’s nothing better than entering to this place and seeing the beautiful faces of the front desk ppl and trainers, Cassandra, Michelle, Chris, theresa, Jacob, Tyler, Scott, Dee, Matt, Ann Marie, Danielle and Tim. They all Make sure you feel like a family member (tbh they shows more love than closer family). Besides the beautiful of this family. The gym offers a fresh ambiance (always clean), the right lighting, view, temperature, heavyweight EQUIPMENT, 2 infrared sauna room, cardio equipment, smoothies, locker room, showers and multiple classes. You can also find the right clothing and supplements needed for you work out, massage therapist and many many many more than I can’t even post here. Do not hesitate! PULSEology is the place to be.

Positive experience: I have used this club primarily for the BootyBarre program for 7 years. I love the gym and the program. What has been frustrating and disappointing is the neglect of management toward the BootyBarre room facilities. The class instructors have trouble with the sound system not working, and no one comes to fix it. The temperature in the room is invariably too warm for the instructors and participants, and when we ask for the temperature to be lowered, we get excuses - the HVAC is broken, the controls are in the in-use massage room and can't be accessed during class - and when the temperature is lowered, it takes about 1/2 hour for us to actually feel the change. Several of us talked with Chris, one of the managers, about the problem. He had gone into the room and felt how hot it was himself. He said that changing out the controls or putting in overhead fans, as installed in all of the other exercise rooms in the facility, was too expensive. We asked about putting in more portable fans, as there is only one small fan at the back of the room. He agreed that would be affordable and would look into it. That was at least a month ago, and nothing has changed. We are currently opening exterior doors in order to get a breeze in the room, but summer is coming, and we are dreading what will happen then. As a fitness club, I believe that they have a responsibility to ALL of their exercisers to provide a comfortable and SAFE experience. They provide that for all rooms except the Yoga/BootyBarre room with large overhead fans. If that can't be done in the BootyBarre room, another idea would be to switch the order of Yoga and Barre classes, so the temperature could be cooler at the outset of the day in the room and warm up during the Barre class as we do our vigorous exercises. The Yoga students like the room warmer, so they could benefit from the Barre participants warming it up. I hope this post gets the attention of the management to fix the problems in the Yoga/BootyBarre room. Otherwise, I fear that someone, perhaps myself, will have a health crisis from exercising in an overly hot room. This is an update from 6/7/2023 in response to a request by Pulseology management. They have definitely been responsive to the above complaints: they adjust the temperature in the BootyBarre room upon request and sometimes even have it turned down before we enter the class; they seem to have resolved the problems with the sound system through hiring a professional to investigate and fix the problems; after several trials of fans from elsewhere in the club that blew air at floor-level rather than where we needed it around our trunks, I offered to bring in a fan that would satisfy our needs. To my surprise and delight, Dee, the program manager said that she would have her staff purchase a fan to our specifications, which they did. I also requested an extension cord to be able to move the fan to where it was needed; that seems to disappear regularly, but we do at least have a working, quiet, rotating fan on a stand that can plug into a wall outlet in time for our hot summer months. Thank you Pulseology Management! UPDATE for 2024: All bets are off for the temperature in the Booty Barre room. The thermostat is controlled by and for the needs of the massage therapist, whose location is adjacent to the Booty Barre room. Management will not allow the temperature to be lowered or even examined when massage is underway, resulting in overheating of 12-15 people in Spin and Booty Barre classes for the benefit of the massage client. Can't a portable heater be used in the small massage room instead of insisting that both rooms have the same temperature?? This makes no sense - the tyranny of the one over the many.

Fantastic experience: Love the place. I work late so having 24 hour access 7 days a week is a huge plus. A lot of great equipment, always get the best workouts here.

Michelle at the front desk was helpful and just the best ever. All the trainers and employees were very kind and always saying hello which makes you feel right at home. You’d be crazy not to be a member with all the amenities they offer and just how amazing everyone is!

Fantastic experience: My kids went to the Elite Training Center for camp over the summer and they loved it. Staff are approachable and plan great activities for the kids.

Fantastic experience: First time joining a gym/fitness club and it has been an amazing experience. The super friendly staff welcomed me in, showed me around the facility and answered all of my questions with no judgment! Scott and Chris made me feel right at home and got me paired up with a personal trainer (Connor) who has also been amazing! These guys are super knowledgeable and you can tell they love what they do! The facility is massive so no matter what you are looking to accomplish, you can at pulseology!

Fantastic experience: I started my fitness journey at Pulseology when I lived in Bluffton. It was a place where I could go, feel comfortable, and use any machine I wanted. It is a 24-hour facility, so it didn't matter what time I decided to work out. I pushed myself hard, lost weight, and built muscle. It was the first place I worked out where I never lost motivation. After moving and finding a new gym, I appreciate how good Pulseology was for me. It's not easy finding a gym that has all the equipment I need and isn't overcrowded. I will miss Pulseology, and I hope I continue my journey in my new town. If you're in the Bluffton area and you're looking for a gym that will actually help you transform your body, Pulseology is it. Worth every single penny.

Fantastic experience: 10/10 stars!! I absolutely love Pulseology, been going for years. Every single person in that gym is amazing. The front desk staff, management, everyone just makes you feel welcomed, and they are extremely competent and know what they’re doing. I recently had a massage from Sherry, and it’s by far the best massage I’ve gotten! Other gyms don’t compare. Chris is my fitness trainer and he’s pushed me beyond my previous limits and knows how to avoid injury. Every person, from the Owner to the desk staff are fantastic. I would give 20 stars if I could

Fantastic experience: My wife and have been going to Pulseology Fitness for about 6 months. It is a great gym with excellent trainers. Our trainer is Matt Ferraris. He does an amazing job improving our physical condition and health. We also work closely with Chris Knight, General Manager, and trainers Greg John and John Duberley. Everyone is knowledgeable, professional and friendly. The customers are very friendly also. It motivates us to keep coming back. We recommend Pulseology highly.

Fantastic experience: Great gym that has very new equipment and many extra classes if that's your thing. Gym is very clean, which you can't say about many gyms in the area. Only gripe I have is they only have 1 true squat rack, which of course people use for curls lol. Overall best gym in Bluffton.

Fantastic experience: pulseology is simply the best. Many classes, vast array of gym equipment and the best personal trainers i have ever worked with (Ann Marie & Matt). i have been going for nearly 2 years and it has made a substantial difference in my fitness level. The atmosphere is alive and makes you want to keep going back. The entire professional staff operates at a high standard and everyone is very pleasant and personable. U meet Michelle when you first walk in and that is the beginning of a great journey. Scott (owner) has established THE BEST health facility in bluffton and hilton head for teens to old people like me!

Fantastic experience: Great gym with a friendly helpful staff. They found a training schedule that worked within my budget and my trainer Greg is great. His energy keeps me going and I'm making great progress with his guidance! Their equipment is top of the line and no matter what your fitness goal is they've got what you need. They even have a 3D body scanner which makes keeping track of your progress more exciting.

Pulseology has the best smoothies in the world. Even better then Tropical Smoothie in my opinion. But the gym is definitely top of the list.

Fantastic experience: The Staff is friendly and helpful. I feel comfortable working out alone even as a woman and a new comer to lifting weights. Pulseology is well lit and the atmosphere is very welcoming. Matt has really taught me how to lift weights and feel better. It is also very family friendly.

Fantastic experience: Before joining, we checked out other gyms in the area to compare if they could help us meet our goals. PULSEology fit very well into our schedule and what we wanted to accomplish. It can seem intimidating from the outside looking in, but once you get in, everyone is friendly, even the other members. Bright lights, clean, music, new awesome treadmills. They care about their business and their members. We would recommend Matt as a trainer. He works on your schedule and takes his time with you to explain the why's and what's so that you can meet your goals in a healthy way.

Fantastic experience: I joined PUlSEology a few weeks ago and have been very happy there. I take classes regularly and the instructors are very good, very motivational and very friendly. The facility is kept clean and the staff make you feel very welcome. The orientation to the facility and equipment was very specific and tailored to my needs and desires. It's so easy to get to from Hilton Head Island. After being away from a gym for a year due to Covid, it's great that i found this place. Pete D.

Personal trainers are on their A game every day, they will help you reach your personal fitness goals and go even further than you thought you could! The front desk staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful, services offered include esthetics, aesthetics, massage, stretching, personal training, group classes ***SO MANY TO CHOOSE FROM*** AMAZING. Truly...you're welcome...you won't look back, except to make sure you got your fob to get into the door!!!

They offer a free fitness consultation when you sign up and they will show you how to use the machines and talk to you about how to reach your fitness goals. Definitely the best gym in the Bluffton and Hilton Head area!

Fantastic experience: I've been a member of many gyms over the years and I have to say - I'm impressed. They have everything you would need and then some. Plenty of cardio equipment, tons of weight machines, and an awesome free weight section. The staff seems really friendly too. The facility is 24 hours which gives me the ability to get a workout in before work at 6 am or if I need to come in at night I don't need to rush through my workout knowing the gym is going to close at a certain point

Fantastic experience: Love this gym! The staff are all very friendly and personable, the entire facility is very neat and clean (Covid clean too!), and they have a wide variety of different equipment! Unbelievably great pricing and the atmosphere is a whole vibe they also offer fitness classes which I haven’t tried yet but am super excited about!! I don’t have children but they provide childcare, so no excuses!! They also have 24 hour access so you can go on your time. 10 out of 10 recommend this gym to anyone looking to get back into it. Stop your search and choose pulseology!! Also, thanks to the GM Chris for signing me and my friend up and showing us around, you are awesome!

Fantastic experience: I have been using Pulseology for 7 years and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. I have met all my fitness goals there and it feels like a second home. I started taking my daughter there when she was 15; she is now rowing on a full D1 scholarship in a top program and set powerlifting records in South Carolina, Tennessee, and Kentucky at the age of 17 in the under 140 lb weight class! I definitely feel that the family atmosphere and excellent quality equipment at Pulseology gave her motivation to keep going for years: she still works out here with me when she’s home on break.

Negative experience: I’ve had many experiences here and the past few times I have lifted here have been negative. All patrons have had very poor gym etiquette and the overall atmosphere was uncomfortable. Unfortunately I will not be coming back.

Fantastic experience: I have been an instructor at this location for the past nine years. so many great memories and so many great members and so many great fundraisers and so many happy times gathering together. this gym is not just a gym to me. this place is home! it’s not a job to be employed here, it is something I wake up and look forward to every time I teach a class. especially now!!! many many of my friends in the same industry in other states are not able to attend fitness classes or go to the gym. we are able to have the life experience and be with people! being with people is nourishing for your soul! Exercising and doing things with other human beings in an environment that is as beautiful as our club can only make you feel better during these troubling times! coming to the gym makes me feel so happy to see your smiling faces! let’s not forget to mention that we happen to be the only Facility that I know of that has 50 live classes! I also believe that we have the very best instructors! and we also have true licensed instructors that continue their education yearly to keep up with the times. don’t be afraid to come to the gym and don’t be afraid to come back members!!! We’re doing everything we can to be safe! Then when you do come back you’re going to feel so much like a person because you’re doing a normal thing for yourself❤️❤️ it’s time to get back to PULSEology❤️❤️❤️ It’s time to get back to you

The GM, Chris, was especially friendly and outgoing. It was clear that he and the staff work hard to foster a comfortable and welcoming environment. If you’re a tourist in need of a place to workout while on vacation, or a local looking for a new gym, I highly recommend Pulseology.

Fantastic experience: Let me just say, I am impressed with this gym. I moved to Hilton Head Island about 4 months ago, and had a hard time finding a good gym that I wanted to go to on a regular basis. After touring other gyms in the area, I finally came across Pulseology. This gym is SPOTLESS, the equipment variety is EXCELLENT and the overall atmosphere is so upbeat and positive. Halfway through my first workout I walked up to the front desk and signed up for a full membership. I did have a slight billing issue my first month, but the manager Chris handled it for me in a matter of minutes after bringing it to his attention and resolved it immediately. The trainers are awesome and the management is hands on and super friendly. 5/5 This is how gyms should be ran.

I’m in the best shape of my life & I owe them all the credit. The level of care and attention to detail helped reach my goals and then surpass them! I love this place and I love this team!

Fantastic experience: Absolutely amazing. First, I want to start this with saying I’m not a new member and have been going to this gym before Pulseology bought it out and completely revamped it. It’s a night and day difference. It’s welcoming, aesthetically pleasing, and the equipment is always clean and working. The owners really listen to the wants of the members and takes recommendations seriously which is huge. Moms and dads out there, listen up❤️ I toured at every gym in bluffton and no one has the childcare like Pulseology. Terri is absolutely amazing and my son begs to go to the daycare everyday which as a parent helps with the guilt we feel making “me” time a priority. The daycare is set up so nicely and you can peek in at your kids whenever you want as there is a half door to keep them in while you can walk by and look in. They have so much for the kids to do and the staff is so kind and patient. They have a baby changing table in the bathroom and they DO alert you when your child goes #2 which I do appreciate because any mom knows diaper rash can be so painful when they sit without being changed right away. I can not say enough great things about the child care. Thank you pulseology for making it so that I can get healthy while my son makes friends and loves his daycare time. This gym is more then a gym, it’s like a family. During COVID the owners and staff at pulseology have out done themselves. I feel completely safe to go workout daily. Everyone has personal spray bottles and towels, located in different areas to keep clean and dirty separate. The staff constantly cleans and abides by all state regulations. If you’re looking for a new gym, please go ask for info and take a tour. It’s so worth it.

Fantastic experience: I love this club. My wife and I train there daily w the highly knowledgeable and committed John Duberley. John pushes us for constant improvement and our progress has been fantastic. Additionally I’ve started stretching three times weekly w Sherri Rees, and haven’t felt better. Sherri has helped to increase my flexibility which has translated to a longer, stronger golf swing. Her technique and knowledge are both ideal. I couldn’t be more pleased.
