Fantastic experience: This is the best gym I have ever joined. It provides a unique workout concept with unlimited variations and challenge levels using weight machines that are preprogrammed specific to you - no setting pins, seat heights, etc. Just scan your wristband and the machine sets up to your preprogrammed specs. Doesn’t get much better than that….but yet it does…eFit also has treadmills and all the equipment you could want which is always in working order, small group classes that are fantastic, super friendly staff, trainers and members. And the place is so clean, you could almost eat off the floors.

Fantastic experience: I have been a member for 4 of the 5 years that eFitClub has been operating, and I love this gym! It is unique, clean, and not crowded. eFitClub is the only gym that has kept me coming back.

Fantastic experience: I joined this gym in March of 2023, and it was easily the best decision I ever made. If you want a gym that isn’t crowded, has great members, and of course the absolute best trainers, look no further than joining this gym. Jay goes over the top to fulfill any gym needs you’d think of. The place is impeccably clean, always. Thanks again to Efit club creating by far the best gym atmosphere imaginable.

Fantastic experience: Going to the gym for me has always been like getting a root canal. Not fun, too busy, too crowded and a petri dish for germs….until I found E-Fit Gym located at the Belfair Shopping Mall. It has been a wonderful and a new experience for over a year now and got my husband to join in too. Jay, the owner, welcomes everyone by their first name and interact in a brief conversation unless he’s out in the other room giving private lessons. He also keeps an exceptionally clean house. The e-fit gym/program is personally set electronically to cater to you based on your height, weight and goals. The program gets reviewed every month but only if you wish to do so. Going there is like having a personal trainer and your own gym at an affordable price. Glad I joined and would highly recommend this gym with a new approach in exercising.

Fantastic experience: Efit gym is the best gym I have ever been to. It has state of the art equipment. The circuit is all computerized, where you can only do the exercises in proper form with the correct number of repetitions and weight. It monitors your progress and advances you when necessary. I have never seen anything like it before. The place is clean and well-kept with showers if you need one. Most importantly, the staff is excellent. Jay is always there to assist you or answer any questions you might have. The trainers, especially Vera, are the best in the business. There is no one like Vera, so knowledgeable, sharp and efficient. She has an exercise for whatever is bothering you. I am so happy I found this gym and highly recommend it to everyone.

Fantastic experience: EFIT is exactly what I was looking for. Gym is always clean, the machines make workouts easy and progress with your fitness. The crew are always friendly and helpful. I have done some personal training with Jay and very happy with the results. Thank you Jay.

Fantastic experience: EfitClub is my happy place! It is a fantastic facility with top equipment and a great environment. Excellent service with friendly and experimented owner and staff. It is a super clean and comfortable gym for everyone, from beginners to athletes, to train at. I usually go there 4 or 5 times per week, and in just six months, I lost about 18 lbs and reclaimed my body by gaining strength & energy. I definitely recommend EfitClub to all my family and friends. When I started, I loved the Egym smart machines concept, which was totally new to me. It keeps you engaged and helps you achieve your goals, and these machines aren’t intimidating; they are easy to use. It is a very safe and effective way to complete resistance programs. EfitClub is a local business that has at heart the well-being of its community! Please do yourself a favor, call them and schedule a tour; you won’t be disappointed! Your health is your wealth! Fantastic experience: Nothing but positive things to say about eFitClub in Bluffton. The equipment is state of the art, simple to use, and allows you to have an efficient and safe workout. I’ve been in many gyms and none of them compare to the cleanest of eFitClub, by a long shot. Staff members are super friendly, very knowledgeable, and always willing to help you achieve your fitness goals no matter your fitness level. My community has a nice gym but I prefer eFitClub and I know several others from my community who also prefer eFitClub over our community gym, we agree it’s worth the membership. Jay, thank you for helping me improve my health! eFitClub is an excellent gym and I highly recommend it to others.

Fantastic experience: There’s no question EFitClub is the absolute best fitness club in Bluffton. This is a five star facility with state-of-art exercise equipment. Yes you can go to other larger facilities but you will not receive the quality of customer care that is provided at EFitClub. Less is more at EFitClub and they offer a whole lot more. Fantastic experience: I joined as a member in the summer of 2021 and I just renewed my membership for this summer. This gym is impeccably clean, modernized, and has a great variety of equipment. The range of personalized programs for every machine is fabulous and you can keep track of your progress if you’re into that sort of thing. I love going and it has definitely rewired my brain to think of gyms in a more positive way!

Fantastic experience: The previous comments about cleanliness, facility overall, equipment, staff and ownership, don't think I can add much to that. However, I will note that I live in a golf community where my POA fees provide access to an on site gym with a full array of cardio and weight training equipment. Yet I chose to drive 20 minutes each way, pay for the privilege, and don't think twice about it. I think that pretty well sums things up.

Fantastic experience: The eFit Club is more user friendly thank any gym I have been to. The machines are easy to use. This is the cleanest gym ever. Jay, the owner is great. He takes a personal approach with every member and lives here in Bluffton. Shelley makes sure to personally greet everyone. There are plenty of classes to take part in or just come in and work out on your own. This is a great gym for just yourself or the whole family. I highly recommend eFit Club!!

Fantastic experience: I was a member at Burn Boot Camp for a few years prior to knee surgery. My recovery has been slow due to a setback and I realized that I would no longer be able to do many of the exercises there that I loved to do - yet. So I got a trial at eFit and was sold! They have so much to offer; TRX, boxing, pilates, ellipticals, free weights, and more. They have multiple classes daily that are limited to only so many members so the trainers can monitor our form. It's almost personal training. It's been a slow road but I am back doing almost everything I used to do at Burn. And as much as I loved it there, I'm going to stick with all my new friends at eFit for the long haul. If you are looking for a great place to work out that is not overcrowded and offers a good variety, you need to look into eFit.

Fantastic experience: I love everything at eFit club. If I have 40 minutes, I know I can get a quick and effective workout in. If I get bored with my routine, I asked Shelley, Jay or Vera for new workouts. Loved Pilates on Monday mornings ,sport stretch gets my sore body rejuvenated. When I tore my Achilles’ tendon, I was back at eFit two weeks after surgery. The trainers designed a series of exercises for me to do, sitting down. Saved my sanity during my recuperating period, I stayed fit and never put on a lb.

Fantastic experience: I love E-fit. The equipment is top of the line and always makes working out fun. It is easy to get bored with a workout routine, but E-fit keeps it interesting with through their combination of small group personal training, E-gym, strength equipment, and cardio programs. The trainers and staff also care about your fitness success and do a great job of tailoring the training to everyone, whether you are a beginner getting started or an expert looking to mix up your routine. Highly recommend joining!

Fantastic experience: Awesome gym and immaculately clean, I joined Efit for two weeks whilst on business and as a very keen 52 year old fitness enthusiast training pretty much every day, I was really impressed with the sophisticated yet easy to use Efit machines, Jay the owner did the biometric tests and demonstrated the equipment and away I went, what a great guy, always on hand to help and offer advise on all things......Great gym for all levels and highly advise you give it a try.....

Fantastic experience: I love it here! I was having trouble getting back into shape after I gained the freshman 15 (more like freshman 20...) and even though I had tried Planet Fitness and Couch to 5k, I was still struggling. The trainers Jay, Kristen, and Shelley are all so positive and informative, I actually look forward to class time. The resistance machines have an augmented reality interface that works with a chip on your wristband, classes are capped at 4 participants, and they have all the equipment you need in a small, clean, and supervised space. I recommend this place to anyone who wants a modern and engaged gym community.

Fantastic experience: eFitClub is a boutique style of gym. It's small, but it has everything you need to get in shape and stay healthy. All the staff is phenomenal! It's so nice to walk in and have people smile and greet you personally. Their equipment is all top-notch and they are super clean! So important in these times.

Fantastic experience: I attended the open house a few months ago. This place is AMAZING! The equipment is all state of the art and the staff was extremely knowledgeable. Lots of different programs and options to choose from. There is something for everyone at eFitClub. The Lowcountry is lucky to have such a wonderful facility!

Fantastic experience: eFitClub is a BEAUTIFUL facility. All the equipment is new, the workouts are fun and the gym is clean. The classes are well managed and catered to the clients needs. But, the best part is the staff; they are so welcoming, upbeat, and non-judgemental! They seem eager to help with anything I need. Walking in the Club door is a breath of fresh air. It’s truly a top of the line, fitness experience!

Fantastic experience: I love eFit Club!! I joined for the New Year New Me program and have continued my membership since. Before joining, I never really knew what to do at a gym besides the treadmill and the elliptical; I was kind of intimidated to go and hardly exercised. Since joining eFit, I’ve learned so much from the trainers and have been working out almost daily because I enjoy it so much more now.This gym is really such a unique concept too - it has a combination of equipment like the Sprint8 and eGym, where your workouts are not only personalized to you and your strengths, but they’re also tracked on an app so you can see your progression. The workouts can be as short as 20 minutes if you don’t have a full hour to work out. And I also love the small group classes!! They feel so personalized, with you, maybe four others and the trainer. But, above all, the trainers and staff are what really set this place apart. They’re all so friendly, welcoming and willing to help you change and grow. They know you on a first name basis. They remember your goals, they keep you motivated and encourage you to achieve them. If you’re looking for a gym that’s really going to make a difference in You - eFit is the place. I can’t wait for this crisis to end so we can get back to the gym!!!

Fantastic experience: I love eFitClub! Jay runs a great gym! It may be the cleanest gym I've ever belonged to! It's state of the art too! The small class sizes are awesome and there's something for everyone! MX4 & Bag Boxing are a couple of my favorites. Also Pilates, Pure Flow (Yoga) are great. You can book right from an app. Super easy! Terrific trainers too! Shelly, Kristen and Kristen squared! Highly recommend!
