Fantastic experience: I've been training here for 10 plus years and it has been amazing to have access to such a fantastic facility. You can get it done up in here. The trainers available are amazing. If you are looking to compete on an amateur and professional level then this is a great start. I love the machines and free weights here!

Fantastic experience: USA Gym INC I have had the pleasure of visiting some exceptional old school gyms, and this one is certainly among the coolest. The building houses an astonishing amount of equipment, including a considerable number of homemade pieces. A significant proportion of the equipment is from the 80s and boasts a delightfully weathered appearance. As an expert in his field, Chuck, the owner, ensures that this gym offers a superior environment for individuals dedicated to achieving their fitness objectives.

Fantastic experience: I am personally training to become an IFBB pro, this would not be possible without the amazing training facility and second to none staff located at USA Gym. For the last 3 years I have had the pleasure to call USA Gym my home and go-to training facility. I travel around the world for work so I have trained at gyms of all shapes and sizes, with that, I mean this when I say I truly miss USA Gym when I can not train there. I will always highly recommend USA gym for anyone who is on the same path that I am or if you are looking to get/stay in shape. There is no better place to do it on the planet!

Fantastic experience: This is my home away from home. I started training here back in 1992. Chuck Sanow (the owner) is awesome became my mentor, friend and father figure. This is one of the last true hardcore body building gyms out there. You don't realize what hardcire is and how much more you can actually push until spending some time training here. If you are serious about your progress no matter your start point this is the place to get the ball rolling!!!

Everything you could possibly need can be found here, my only regret is that I live 3 states away, but it more than did the job while I was in town. This will be my home away from home from here on out. I’d rate this place higher if I could. If you’re serious about lifting, this is where you want to be.

Fantastic experience: Where the legends lift, and where other gym goers would swear the weights are heavier. Plenty of weight and plenty of squat racks. Even a smith machine for the beginner lifter.

Positive experience: Great gym if you really want to lift and don't want to be in a commercial gym. Mostly frequented by bodybuilders and some powerlifters. If your serious about getting fit and moving weight, this is the place to come. Most of the equipment is old. Won't find anything shiny and new. All equipment has been used thoroughly. The gym has a lot of machines. Not a lot of space for deadlifting and I expected more squat racks. However the gym isn't packed like a commercial place so you don't have to wait per say for a rack or machine. Overall, A1 place
