Fantastic experience: Definitely WOULD recommend! The coaching staff is AMAZING, they know how to help you be the best you. With other gyms, I never wanted to try things because I was scared of hurting myself/doing it the wrong way. With CrossFit Bloomsburg, I have coaches watching me and teaching me the correct forms. CrossFit Bloomsburg is for EVERYONE. Don't let "CrossFit" scare you. They will adjust the workouts to what you can handle and your fitness level. Once you work through that, you'll find you can push yourself more and more and do things you had no idea were possible. When you go to a class, it's like going to see your family. We talk before/after the workout, sometimes even hang out outside of the box. Members encourage and give each other the pushes necessary. It's a place for everyone, no matter what your starting fitness level is.

Fantastic experience: Love this place!! Welcoming and friendly atmosphere. The owners really take the time to make you feel comfortable and they actually take an interest in you as an athlete and as a person. The members are like a family. Highly recommend!!

Fantastic experience: Been going here since February and cant say enough. CrossFit and exercise in general became my addiction. From day one, everyone is supportive no matter what class you join. Met some great people along my journey. Very knowledgeable coaches who are always finding ways to learn and share that with members and anyone looking to drop in for a workout.

Fantastic experience: I moved into Bloomsburg from out of town and joined Crossfit Bloomsburg. I immediately felt like I was I had been going there for years, everyone is very accepting and encouraging. The coaches are knowledgeable and seem genuinely interested with making you stronger and more fit.

Fantastic experience: I've gone to a lot of boxes in my 4 years of CrossFit, but none have given me such drive to do better than CrossFit Bloomsburg. The vibe from the warehouse box puts you into that "get work done" mindset, and I love it. The owner Matt knows his stuff and is a great motivator, always pushing you to work hard to better yourself. Would absolutely recommend CF Bloomsburg to anyone, beginner or experienced, who is looking for a great place to train.
