If your just trying to learn the sport and not compete, they don't pressure you into doing something your don't want. They also observe everyone strengths and weaknesses, then work one on one with you. Overall an amazing gym. Wether your an aspiring boxer, kickboxer, or Muay Thai fighter. Their standup training is second to none in the Bloomington normal area. If your looking for grappling, coach Micheal with team one is an INCREDIBLE coach. Wether you are looking to better your self physically, or have aspirations to take things to the next level, this gym will take you into their family and treat you like a member of their family. Would recommend to anyone with dedication on bettering themselves.

Fantastic experience: Muay Thai with Brent is the best workout of my life. I have never enjoyed working out this much in the past but I actually look forward to going here! Easygoing atmosphere, everyone is very welcoming of beginners. Definitely give it a try with their free class, I was hooked after that!
