Fantastic experience: Great private gym. Coop works personally with every client. No it’s not a public/membership gym, but that’s what make it unique. If you want an excellent full body workout tailored to you and your goals, go to Coop’s. If you want to use an elliptical and do your own thing, go to one of those chain gym places. This place is for someone who wants MORE!

Fantastic experience: I’ve never had a trainer as knowledgeable, and personal as Coop. It’s not just a workout, it’s like going to therapy. I’ve also had a tremendous weight loss/ muscle gain transformation! When you’re good to daddy, daddy’s good to you!

Fantastic experience: Coop is dedicated to each client and athlete. He wants them to meet their full potential and have fun while working out. If you have a fitness goal he will help you get there! This is a private gym. Personal training and classes only and that is one thing that makes this the best place to train.

Negative experience: I’m traveling through the Blanchard area. I requested to use this facility. Unfortunately they have the mindset that people are incapable of training without them. At least they replied to my FB message.
