Positive experience: I gave it four stars cuz I don't understand how a place for family especially children is closed at 5:00 on Saturday and not open on Sunday to go swimming and all the other little things that the kids can do like the trampoline and the kids zone makes no sense to me as much as I like it there

Fantastic experience: Was great! I just hated that one guy In the trampoline and dodgeball place The staffs friend Was so mean. He needs to be officaly ban. But rock climbing was Great!!!

Fantastic experience: The choices of machine or free weights coupled with steam and dry saunas make this an EXCELLENT facility. The staff listened to me closely..... I needed access while visiting family and they set me up perfectly on a monthly pass that expires to save me from expensive daily options.

Negative experience: Instructor for their upcoming martial arts program doesn’t pay attention to students, too busy showing pictures and videos on his phone of his “glory days” or showing pictures of marijuana for his “grow” instead of teaching. Purposely bad mouthed the other gym he was at to students and parents and almost killed the kids class in the process. Unprofessional and unreliable

Negative experience: They are frauds.. stealing money from local businesses by copying and pasting others hard work and ideas. DO NOT put any money into their new Martial Arts program. Fun fact, the lead instructor at the RecPlex was fired from another local gym for less then appropriate behavior.

Very friendly associates and very clean business❤️ they have Rock climbing, Basketball, Racketball, Volleyball, a PS5 to play on, Air Hockey, a pool table, Multiple workout areas and they have Rollerblading/Rollerskating from time to time! And is $6 per person

Negative experience: This place was alot of fun and really pretty, lots of stuff to do! Took my son and sister here today to give it a try. They really enjoyed the pool other than the life guards picking and choosing what kids get to have water stuff on or not. Its a great place and exercise is fun. They have a strict rule about floaties,thats not posted until u are inside the pool area so keep that in mind. I wish if they requred that you used the provided life jackets, that they are not broken with sharp edges on the buckles. Only one other thing very much so bothered me and this is only because this situation felt very out of place and just a personal issue, We had to leave early because a mother brought her infant in the pool area for what i believed to be swimming lessons. However this was a infant child who could not speak, only cry and did just that the whole time and i watched a instructor repeatedly put this infant under the water while it screamed. After the 3rd time i rounded my family up and said lets go, i was holding back tears. Im not one to judge what age children learn to swim. However in my personal opinion, if its not okay for me to put a 3 year old under the water, when they are screaming not to, then why is it okay for an infant? It was just disturbing and i was surprised there was not a more private area or classes for that. Besides that situation, i really appreciated the front staff being so informative and the place was very clean, locker rooms were well kept.

Negative experience: Do you guys pay your staff? I really hope not. We were there for a craft show and I literally watched 3 staff do nothing for 6 hours. Then I went to the common area and that staff does nothing lol. I watched these kids play on their phones and socialize the entire time. I'm aware they are funded by parks & recs which is tax funded & grant funded. What a waste of money! Then I was looking at the prices for activity participation & wow! Maybe if you spent less money on useless staff the citizens wouldn't have to pay so much.

Negative experience: The two guys in the pool area were as rude as can be. Every time my son took one step out of turn (he’s 3) they would yell at him. We couldn’t go in the hot tub, couldn’t go in the deep end, couldn’t go down the slide, the big mushroom wasn’t even on! All we could do was sit in the shallow end, which how is that fun for a toddler? No wonder why it’s a recplex now because they only cater to adults who want the gym instead of kids who want to have fun like the ymca did. Really a total let down, we miss the ymca

Fantastic experience: Great place! It has a big rock wall, two racket ball rooms, a trampoline room, pool table , air hockey, a basketball court, a swimming pool, and some workout equipment. The price to enter is very cheap! Only 6$ for an adult. The staff are friendly and helpful. Totally recommend coming here!

Fantastic experience: A great atmosphere for the entire family! Staff are available to help when needed and where needed, but not overbearing. It doesn't matter if you are an active person or a layed back person. There's something here for you to enjoy.

Fantastic experience: Great place to work out great environment and very friendly customer service I highly recommend this company is better than YMCA and the rules are great and I had absolutely no problem with a customer service in the family plan is only fifty bucks a month that is a really good deal this most definitely beats the YMCA I'll get this place 6 Stars I'm also impressed with the building and they're great customer service I'm so glad that I become a membership with the Rex place they should put more vending machines than in the building for more snacks and drinks and there should be less strict rules on children if you're a 16 year old or 17 you should be allowed to work should be allowed to work out with your sibling or your brother or sister but keep an eye on your siblings

Fantastic experience: Enjoyed the hot tub and family pool. After swimmong/soaking played Pickle Ball since Wednesday is Beginners night. People teaching the game were extremely patient and so nice. Will return on Wednesday evenings to learn more.

Negative experience: Make children cry, have a slide just for looks unless your a cop or cops child! Lifeguards are to immature to run it, turn on slide and let kids go three times and then shut it off

Negative experience: Okay place for adults not for kids especially if they are swimming the little kid lifeguards are what I would call a joke but not all of them I hate to give bad reviews but the lifeguard we see on an occasion is terrible

Negative experience: My kids both have taken the swim test! They don't turn the slide on when asked, they don't seem to care about children enjoying their visit! Sad that the ymca is gone and this place has taken over!

Fantastic experience: Swimming pools are amazing. Theres a climbing wall, lots of weights, tons of cardio, several fitness classes and a walking trail. The lifeguards are helpful. The also have a Ruby nutrition with teas and shakes. Oh there are basketball courts, baseball fields, childcare and more I am forgetting.

Positive experience: This place has great amenities and features, the pool is beautiful and the gym is awesome but the staff at the front desk other than Alonzo are terrible. I have a sibling who has been coming there for over 2 years and today she was denied access because of .15 cents! Me and my mother were made to turn around and drive all the way back to the facility just for another coworker to tell us they decided to tell let her in. Now I’m late to my appointment, there was just an incident yesterday with the guy at the front desk and my sister decided to just leave instead of dealing with his poor antics. I’m so glad we’re moving tomorrow so we no longer have to deal with this anymore. Shoutout to Alonzo though! We need more people like him willing to work with the people who live in the same city as him and share the community.

Positive experience: My kids love it. However some of the new class coaches have harassed me over something I and several people saw during the look down and it continues to happen. More specifically the boxing coach. This morning he yelled at me, "this is my gym ok... so don't go crazy" as my wife and I were walking to the lockers upstairs. Other than that the equipment is pretty good and most of the staff seem to really enjoy their jobs.
