Fantastic experience: This is by far one of the coolest wellness centers I’ve ever been a member of. The services offered and cleanliness of the facility is truly unmatched! I truly valued being able to come to a gym that has so much to offer!

Negative experience: We quit. Found out that the employees are spreading rumors about other members and causing drama. This is not acceptable professional behavior and it's being condoned by the management. The rumors of this place are true and it's just not our family who have cancelled service recently.

Negative experience: I had a friend quit this place. Literally, one of the female trainers was saying he hits on all of the trainer girls. He laughed when he found out because there is not #1 attractive trainer and they are all old and dated. This place gossips and gossips and should be sued.

Fantastic experience: Positive: Communication , Professionalism , Quality What a beautiful facility! Imagine a Club, Fitness Facility, Spa, Co-working space, and FREE Childcare while you work upstairs in the Serenity Lounge + Workspace or workout in 1 of 6 studios or on the Floor/Loft. That’s Opti-Life! Not even to mention the community and events Opti-Life offers Members. I love this place!

Fantastic experience: Nice well lit, hopping. Their smoothie bar is great, prices are what you'd expect about 7 bucks a smoothie. They have a great meeting room upstairs that they use for a networking group each thursday 11:30 am to 1pm for business owners.

Negative experience: First I would like to say Johnathan was amazing and very friendly. The facility is clean, bright and modern. I got a great deal on my introduction price. During Covid I intentionally stayed a active member because I knew they would take a financial hit. I could have froze my account or pulled out then. I stayed loyal. Then we get the in their own words “sterile” announcement that they will be raising their prices and removing the ability to suspend or freeze accounts. For me it was about a 20 dollar a month increase. Later they apologized for their abrupt language and planned a town hall meeting for members to chat. I called last week to discuss the new memberships rates and options. I was met with a rude attitude from a membership representative. She spoke fast and to the point. Unbothered by my questions and said she would deactivate my membership immediately. I asked for a email confirmation of cancellation which, I did not receive.

Fantastic experience: Very nice facility. Great staff and instructors. Good variety of group classes and times. Value is good especially for couples. Just needs a pool and it'd be about perfect.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely fabulous gym ,by far it's one of the nicest most friendliest,most humble ,down to earth gym environment and its members and employees I've ever experienced in my life, if there is a gym I recommend anyone to go to it would be OPTI. They are family oriented they provide excellent child care they provide all kinds of classes and they actually care I'm only facing one problem every time I call to speak to the manager none of the managers ever pick up the phone or return phone calls ,that's why I canceled my membership ,very poor management ,poor communication SKILLS, but other than that, everything about the gym and its employees and its members absolutely spectacular. I do wish that the management team would work on their communication skills and work on actually returning members calls or at least answer the phone they never ever answer the phone. Biggest thing it’s not an intimidating environment as everyone is so friendly and helpful. We decided to try it just because of the amazing child care facilities at first. But now we just absolutely love going to gym and taking all the classes they have to offer.

Fantastic experience: This place is amazing! I treated myself to a spa day at the Rejuvenation Spa with a massage and facial. The reception staff was so friendly and welcoming, the massage therapist was AMAZING, and the esthetician was so knowledgeable. Plus the products they use are organic and SO clean! LOVED IT!

Fantastic experience: Opti-life is more than just a gym. So many great exercise classes to choose from and advanced equipment. In addition to the exercise options they have nutrition classes and a spa that does cupping. Love the Himalayan sauna in the beautiful locker rooms. Country club atmosphere rather than a smelly meat market. And fruit infused ice water.

Everyone is pumped to be there and do something good for themselves. My favorites include: wide variety of classes and class times, the infrared sauna, and friendly, non judgmental members and staff. Plus the educational classes are such a great bonus.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to this OptiLife gym for at least 2 months and would recommend it to anyone. First and foremost, they have the most pleasant and accommodating staff available. Their gym is equipped with the latest technology, a pilates and yoga room. And of course, there are classes available for their members. Did I mention they have 2 sauna (a infrared and a Himalayan salt) rooms? I do appreciate Tien and Zach for taking their time out to provide me with a tour around their gym and providing useful information on how to use their equipment. Overall, it is a great place for all your health and fitness needs!

Fantastic experience: Awesome new fitness and health center! You need to go for a visit to really appreciate. They have state of the art technogym equipment and weights. The best and most variety of classes out of all the gym's in wichita, a rejuvenation spa with massage chairs and aquamassage beds, a himalayan salt sauna in each locker room, infrared sauna there. They offer opti-life U which has classes on health, nutrition and wellness. Plus the staff is really friendly! best gym membership i ever got anywhere.

Fantastic experience: Opti Life employees become your friends and are invested in you and your journey. They also attend classes and workout beside you. Many are leading tribes that get you connected with others that have same interest. I love how everyone will greet you when you arrive. Opti Life offers beyond just a workout facility. They have Opti U educational and nutrition classes, Pilates reformer, Aerial Yoga, and full service spa to name a few of my favorites.

Fantastic experience: I love this place! I have been coming here since January and it is my go-to place for self-care! My activities range from Sat morning education classes (love these!), Wide variety of group classes, Yoga (outside and in!), Sunday morning bootcamp, foam rolling, personal training with Shannon L (awesome experience!), walking on treadmill while watching Netflix :), stairmaster, infrared sauna, hydrobed, roller massage table. They honestly have something for everyone! I have met some amazing people here and have learned and established awesome lifelong habits. The staff are so friendly, welcoming, and amazing teachers/coaches! They make my workout times count! My kids really enjoy the daycare. I really love the fact that you have amazing opportunities to balance challenging workouts with variety of yoga classes (they can be challenging in the best way, too!), salt sauna, infrared sauna, foam rolling classes, hydrobed massage, massage chairs, and rolling table in the spa. *Heavenly!* My mom has experienced a facial and massage in the spa and really enjoyed them too!

Positive experience: Matt is extremely passionate about his business and the health and well being of his clients He truly knows how to achieve maximum results thru his custom workout plans and his approach to functional fitness. I’m a female over 50, with strength and balance issues from recent hip and foot surgeries. I’ve tried many personal trainers in the past, and Matt’s knowledge and training technique surpasses all. In over 6 weeks, I’ve gained substantial muscle and my balance is greatly improved. I recommend Matt to everyone.

Positive experience: Opti-Life is a very well configured and modern facility. Friendly staff, cutting edge excersize tech and lots of opportunities to get involved in classes, talks & events. I would like to see them add at least one additional squat cage. Also, the area around the facility could be better landscaped, (more trees, etc.), though that will likely happen over time. Overall its a great addition to the area.
