Fantastic experience: It's small but has recently expanded. They have enough equipment to handle any type of work out you do. It's never crowded, and the owners are very nice and approachable.

Fantastic experience: Great place! Lincoln Nutrition just next door then daycare after that It's a good set up especially for Moms who wanted a time for themselves in the gym. It is open 24/7 so you can choose the time you want at any day.

Negative experience: Worst management I ever experienced. The owner Don is money hungry and greedy( his license plate says 401kman that explainsenough). I gave verbal cancellation of membership and he agreed to it but continued to charge my chard for 18 months then would not refund me my money even though I did not step foot in his gym. Poor business management and even worse character with no integrity whatsoever.

Fantastic experience: I love having the fitness center close by which is very important to me. Being the fitness center is open 24 hours I am able to have access to the machines at anytime; which, works great with my ever changing work schedule.
