Fantastic experience: Love the facility and the people!

Negative experience: Too busy and too loud. I'm a senior , it's a college/youth place Just not for me

Negative experience: The BSC Aquatic & Wellness Center offers excellent facilities, particularly for fitness and lap swimming. However, my experience with the management, scheduling, and billing processes left much to be desired. During my membership, there was a miscommunication regarding pool availability, which made it difficult to utilize the facility as intended. When I attempted to address the issue via email in October, my message was either lost or mishandled, leading to delays and frustration. While the staff eventually acknowledged the missing email, there was no apology or meaningful effort to address the impact of this oversight. Additionally, the billing policies and the tone of communication from management felt rigid and dismissive, lacking the kind of customer service and accountability one might expect. These challenges don’t diminish the quality of the physical facility, but they are important factors for anyone considering a membership here. I would recommend the center for its amenities but advise potential members to carefully navigate scheduling, billing, and any communication with management.

Fantastic experience: Enjoyed a nice swim. The water was warm. There are float pads, noodles, and balls to utilize. 2 basketball hoops and an inflatable slide.

Negative experience: I just finished with an Aquatic class this morning, and the womens locker room was absolutely filthy. I'm not sure if they don't have someone checking those locker rooms on a regular basis, but this is not acceptable.

Negative experience: First time taking my kids to swim and There were swimming classes going on at the same time Which is fine there's enough room in the pool, Unfortunately you can tell by the facial expressions and the unkind and unfriendliness of the Lifeguards a few must have had a long day or have been going through something They seemed highly stressed out, The pool ended at 7:30 We were advised to exit the pool which we Did and 2 of my children followed behind me age 7 and 9 where last to exit , "they where exiting" not once did they Decide not to or fool around or do anything other than exit! Yet this lifeguard made it her "mission" to yell and scream at them repetitively obnoxiously to the point where my son who has autism with sensory issues was fearful and went into a an emotional state upon leaving in our van I kept calm and got my children quickly out if there , we will not be back I will not Subject my children to someone like that ever again..... I pray when or if u read this you find it in your heart to remember your true meaning of the job you serve in our community and for all children while working with kids and community in keeping everyone safe..... And to be kind!

Positive experience: Uncomfortable bleacher seating and hot temps in stands. Playland and epic nutrition were pluses. Short course state swimming pool is awkwardly positioned to the right of bleachers which provides negative viewing experiences.

Fantastic experience: My kids knocked my wedding ring off in the large pool and they actually found it! So thankful that they not only located the ring in the drain filter but then turned it in instead of stealing it or throwing it out. I appreciate you so much BSC!

Fantastic experience: My nephews absolutely loved our time there running around on the Wibit's and playing in the warm pool (feels like a bath, so soothing). Clean facility. Kind staff. The lifeguards had us all do a swim test which included treading water for 1 min, swimming down to the other end, and getting out of the pool without a ladder. "Did your tummy drop like on a rollercoaster when you went down the giant slide?! --Yep! -Mine too!"

Fantastic experience: A great place to take the family swimming escpecially during the winter. Wonderfull facities, well equiped gym, and the play room for the kids is almost irresistable. Positive experience: We've been here a couple times for swim meets, and it is a beautiful and clean facility for those events. Ample seating on the bleachers, and you can bring your own chair if you prefer to sit underneath the bleachers to remove yourself from the noise for a second. It does get loud when everyone is cheering on their swimmers. There is a wellness center/gym on site as well as a nutritional shake business. Overall a very nice facility.

Fantastic experience: Great place. Plenty of seating, clean bathrooms. Was there for a swim meet, 10 below zero outside. It was like Florida inside.

Negative experience: This is a nice facility, so don’t get me wrong. However, the staff is completely unprofessional. They do not care about the customer. The sign up for swimming lessons is a JOKE. It is a very flawed process and when you call to voice your concerns, all they say is it is like buying concert tickets and it is the luck of the draw. Basically your generic leave me alone answer just to get you off the phone. If there is such a demand for swim lessons then they should be more proactive in seeking out people who can teach them. The staff needs more professional training and their “website” for registration needs to be overhauled or a new vendor needs to be added for the registration. All in all facility good, staff extremely poor.

Fantastic experience: We went to the ND State boys swimming meet here and it's a very nice facility. They can do the diving events at the same time as swimming events and have a warm up pool for the other kids. I haven't personally swam there but enjoyed my visit. There's also a nice concession area that has a surprisingly good late.

Positive experience: Terrific swim meet hosts!!! However I would suggest the snack bar have gluten free items available for the public. Especially during two or three day events.... overall fabulous facility!

Fantastic experience: The aquatic center is always clean, the staff is always nice, and the water is nice and cool for lap swimming. It is set up as a 50m pool for the summer which is a nice change for workouts.

Positive experience: Quiet. Relatively new gym equipment...don't need to wait for equipment. Downside is shorter hours in the summer as it closes at 8:00 Monday through Thursday and earlier than that on Friday and Saturday. Closed on Sunday in the summer. But all of that comes with few people so you can't have it both ways. Great pools, too.

Negative experience: The facility is nice and clean but the admin is terrible my contract was up yet they keep charging after the 6 months. I never got any notice that they were going to keep charging me. Note they WILL continue to charge you, and they will NOT refund your money and they are EXTREMELY spendy. Don't go there for the pool and expect it to be nice. Every time I was there the swim team was there taking up all the pools and ruining my workout. So I stopped going but was still forced to pay for it.
