Fantastic experience: Kat is an incredible Fascial Stretch Therapist and a Certified Personal Trainer. Her knowledge in personal training is reflected in her Stretch Therapy treatments. I truly enjoyed my stretch/cupping session with Kat. She also provided me with some helpful exercises to do at home.

Fantastic experience: Kat was awesome and I felt wonderful after our stretching session. In addition, they offer group fitness, High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), Tabata, and yoga. It's a great place and not too crowded!
