Fantastic experience: I have been going for little over two years I try to go several times a week. I have dropped three pants sizes. I physically and mentally feel good when I am done. I like how it’s smaller and not such a big place. It’s 24hrs so you come and go to your schedule. Plus it is secure so not just anyone can enter the facility. The exercise/heat/and infared you get more workout in less time. The staff/owners are pretty amazing also.

The studio is so clean and doesn't smell like a sweaty gym...which is surprising since the sweat literally pours off of your body in the infrared saunas. The staff and members of Hotworx are so friendly and non-judgmental. The welcoming environment offered here definitely motivates me to work out harder! I'm so thankful for Hotworx and the positivity surrounding this place!!

Fantastic experience: HOTWORX is the place to go when you need a quick hard-hitting workout. They have 8 isometric 40 minutes workouts and 3 15-minutes high intensity workouts. There really is no reason to say you don’t have time to workout. The staff at the Bismarck location are super friendly and motivating.

Fantastic experience: Hotworx has been great! Being open 24 hours is great because you can go whenever. The HIIT sessions being only 15 mins is great, depending how much time I have I can do a 15 min HIIT or a 30 min ISO. It is great having options.

Fantastic experience: I was super skeptical about the sauna workout because I absolutely hate being overheated! But I read about the benefits and user reviews and thought I’d give it a try and I’m hooked. The infrared heat is nothing like the traditional saunas I’ve tried in the past, don’t get me wrong it’s hot but a tolerable, feel good hot. The benefits I’ve experienced are reduced back pain, energy, better sleep and my skin and complexion have improved. I recommend at least trying it before writing it off because it will surprise you!

Fantastic experience: I saw the HOTWORX sign and wanted to check it out. I signed up right away then honestly contemplated canceling before it even opened because I started to think about working out in the heat, all the sweat, etc. I told myself to give it a try and I’m so glad I did, it has been sooo amazing! I started with just a 15 min class and was instantly hooked. I feel so good afterwards, also starting to see some results and it’s got me very excited and eager for more! If your hesitant, just give it one try and my guess is you’ll be hooked too. I look forward to my workouts and now make sure it’s planned into my day.
