Fantastic experience: Great place!!!

Fantastic experience: Theeeee Best! I love this place. It’s all about fitness, family and health. You have a group of professional trainers that welcome you, train you, make you feel comfortable and like you can do anything no matter what weight you are. I actually drive a pretty good distance to go to GH. It’s like a hospital and therapy office lol. Something on my mind I’ll go and sweat it over and come out with a new mindset. They have a kids room that’s totally safe and free of harmful things. They have a men and women shower area, a sauna, all the machines work and are state of the art. Most of all IT IS CLEAN.

Fantastic experience: Grindhouse isn’t just a gym. It’s my safe space. I’ve always been athletic but got out of working out when I graduated HS. Then about 10+ years later, I discovered this gym and not only have I fallen in love with working out, I have a new family to lean on when life gets rough. The family environment they’ve created literally helped me through a recent depression because I looked forward to getting to the gym each day. The trainers are top tier (especially mine) They don’t just take your money and leave you to figure it out like other gyms. They truly coach & guide you and listen to you so that you understand why you need to do certain exercises. I was out the other day and overheard someone telling another person that people who go to Grindhouse GET RESULTS and it’s so true. Whether you’re working one-on-one with a trainer or doing the group classes, the results are going to happen. #TrustTheProcess #FamilyOn3

Fantastic experience: Grindhouse is the place to be! It is a clean, family, and faith environment! Everyone welcomes you with open arms! It’s not intimidating like most gyms and they offer a variety of services such as open gym and yoga! Joining Grindhouse was one of the best decisions I have made for myself!.

Fantastic experience: More than a gym, it’s a family!

Fantastic experience: This is the first time in my 39 years of living that I’ve worked out consistently. The gym is full of people that will push you. The trainers are very knowledgeable and they aren’t overbearing. I don’t know how they did it, but they got me waking up at 5 am everyday looking forward to working out.

Fantastic experience: Coach Shaq is the best. He really takes out the time with my son. I love his techniques. My son is easily bored but Coach tends to switch it up each time. I love the encouragement he uses during training. He came HIGHLY recommended and I am pleased. Keep ROCKING it out Coach Shaq!
