Fantastic experience: The atmosphere is great. The workout sessions go by so fast because you’re focused on continuous direction by the trainers. 45 minutes just feels like five minutes and then you’re done! They make sure that you were doing all the movements correctly and that you’re comfortable with them. Love it there!

Fantastic experience: The IronTribe experience has completely changed my life. At 62 years old I am more fit than I have ever been! Anyone who sees a before picture can't believe it's me. Plus I have tons of energy I didn't have before. The coaches are always great at making sure you are using proper technique and pushing you to places you never thought you could go! Fantastic experience: Peggy is awesome! Jonathan is pretty good too. If you like HIIT workouts and want to get strong quickly, Iron tribe is the way to do it. I also like that they write down the results of your workouts so you can see yourself improving.

The HIIT and power workouts in the 6-week challenge are a great kickstart to better fitness habits. Lots of mutual support from other participants at all fitness levels. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: As my 6 week challenge comes to an end. Let me reflect on this. It has been a GREAT ride. All the coaches at Iron Tribe on 280 are amazing. They push you to be better and they are there to encourage you on your tough days. A couple take aways are this. If you have a question about ANYTHING, ask the coaches, they are there to watch you succeed!!! They will tell it like it is and what you need to do to stay on track. They are AWESOME at this. The second take away is this, STICK,STICK,STICK to the meal plan. It is there for you to succeed!!! It’s all laid out and the online community is GREAT, if you have question for them ask about recipes, nutrition items that come up while shopping etc… The online community is another AWESOME way to stay in touch and stay accountable. THANK YOU TO THE COACHES AND ATHELETES AT IRON TRIBE 280!!! IT HAS BEEN AN AWESOME EXPERIENCE!! Philip
