Fantastic experience: I've been training with James a few months now, and things are going really well. I can honestly I'm truly seeing results that I have been wanting for years but couldn't find on my own.He is very knowledgeable in all of the areas that I am not such as Nutrition. Every session is challenging but worth it. He creates plans that he know I can achieve with alittle bit of hard work.I can feel myself getting stronger every workout. James is a really great personal trainer.

He has done a great job of getting me on the right track with nutrition and has tailored specific workouts to help meet my goals. Always excellent feedback every time we meet.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been to many gyms, none are like 24e in Birmingham. Coleman was a tremendous help. Gave a great tour and was extremely knowledgeable. It is evident he cares for his members. If you are hesitant in finding a gym-home, reach out to Coleman. You won’t regret it.

Fantastic experience: I had an amazing first experience visiting the downtown location of 24e! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming and high-energy. A big shoutout to Assistant Manager Coleman Byars—he gave me an awesome tour of the facility and his enthusiasm really stood out. You can tell he’s passionate about what he does and genuinely wants members to feel comfortable and excited about their fitness journey. The gym itself is super clean, well-equipped, and has everything you need for a solid workout. Definitely a 5-star experience—I’ll be back for sure!

Fantastic experience: I visited this gym for a day from out of town, and I was really impressed with the experience. The facility is clean, well-organized, and stocked with a great selection of high-quality equipment for both strength training and cardio. Everything was in excellent condition, making my workout smooth and enjoyable. One of the best things about this gym is that it wasn’t crowded at all. I had no trouble accessing the equipment I needed, and there was plenty of space to move around comfortably. The atmosphere was welcoming and motivating, making it a great place to get a solid workout in. If you’re looking for a well-maintained, spacious gym with top-tier equipment and no hassle, I highly recommend giving it a try!

Fantastic experience: I have been coming here since they opened downtown several years ago, and I love the late night folks that come. Everyone knows each other, equipment always clean and up to par, and Wayne just had the entire gym painted and upgraded. With 4 other locations it would've been easy to let things slip but I love my gym! A forever member!

Fantastic experience: Overall 5 stars, this gym offers pretty much everything you need for a quick workout. I prefer the Pelham location, as it’s closer to me and has more amenities, but the Downtown location was convenient for the day I went. The staff at the front desk that day were less than helpful, but in the end I found what I needed. But overall this location gets 5 stars due to the cleanliness, and condition of the equipment.

Fantastic experience: If you live in downtown BHM finding a good size gym is hard. If you want a steam room then a public gym is completely out of the question. Cue in 24e Downtown. They are convenient so I can work out before, during, or after work. They supply classes if I want to go the extra mile, percussive therapy if I need recovery help, and they have a steam room! For the price, the location, amenities, and the fact the have parking (unlike UAB ) this has been my gym the last few years. The staff are great too. Friendly, helpful, and above par.

Fantastic experience: I have been to a lot of gyms and this is by far the best one I’ve ever been to. It’s spacious, clean, and well maintained. The staff is friendly and responsive to any questions or concerns. The class options are great. If any equipment was ever not working, it was very quickly fixed. I worked out here for 3 years while in school and only stopped due to moving out of state. I have yet to find another gym as good as this one.

Fantastic experience: Great atmosphere! They have many different machines, the staff is incredibly nice and helpful, and the locker rooms are very clean. They also offer too-notch personal training. I’ve been training with Josiah Shibley for over a year now. He’s great at being encouraging and non-judgmental. He ensures that my technique is always correct to avoid injuries. He is extremely reliable and punctual.

Only 24 hr club style gym in and around downtown and greater Birmingham area with full gym equipment in addition to private personal training, group classes, private lockers and steam room/showers in locker rooms. Complimentary towel service and personal laundry with 24 hr turn around are seriously the best. Price is very reasonable. Highly recommend!

This is an amazing gym, so they reached out to me and assisted me with everything. It is indeed a 24h gym! Not only will you get a good gym, but responsive and understanding staff! Would recommend

Fantastic experience: I started going to this gym because of the proximity to my job, however have stayed because of the quality of equipment, friendliness of the staff, and cleanliness of the facilities. Gyms can often be an intimidating place, especially for women, but I have never had that experience here. The trainers, including Chris and Josiah and the staff including Diamond, Kam, and Emily have always been very helpful and have created a welcoming environment. Great gym, with even better people.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to the downtown location for about a year now and have absolutely loved it! Starting at a new gym is always a little nerve racking but everyone was really kind and helpful. Any time I have questions, there’s always a trainer nearby who is willing to help. I also really appreciate how clean the locker rooms and machines are. I regularly see them wiping down machines and sweeping/vacuuming. It seems like everyone who goes here takes working out very seriously and, as a woman, I’ve never had any problems with creepy dudes being inappropriate. Highly recommend joining!

Positive experience: After visiting the Pelham location yesterday, I was looking forward to visiting this location. Unfortunately, it’s a let down compared to Pelham. They advertise steam and sauna on their website, but only have a steam room. They do offer towel service, but I don’t feel that’s worth twice the price of the Pelham location (which has a lot more equipment btw). The staff are nice and friendly, as are the members.

Fantastic experience: Great gym in downtown Birmingham; the staff are welcoming and personable, the gym is supper aesthetic if you’re into that :)) , they offer great workout classes, you can even rent your own locker- which is super convenient ofc, the locker room, shower, & steam room are always clean, everything about 24e is great. The GM, Doug, is the nicest guy! He’s always making sure you’re doing well and feeling safe at the gym. He will even help you unload your supper heavy weights:) signing up for the membership is definitely a must!!
