Fantastic experience: I have attended training sessions at Synergy for several years. The trainers and staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. They truly take my fitness into their hands and I always feel as though they have my best interest and well being as a priority. I highly recommend Synergy Vestal for anyone that may be new to a fitness journey and unsure of how to start. When I started it quickly became my favorite part of my day. I can still say that I look forward to each session even after over 6 years. I always feel supported, safe and confident when I try something new during my workout.

I have never felt so “at home” as I have at all of their locations. I have been to all 3 so I know. In the 14 months I have been working out there I’ve gone through a total transformation. Fantastic experience: Synergy is unlike any other gym I’ve joined. I’ve been a member for a year and a half already and I can’t imagine being apart of any other gym now. They actually care about their members and remember you when you walk in the door. The workouts are great and I’ve never felt stronger! What I didn’t anticipate is how working out there could have helped me face some of the hardest challenges I have had thus far in my life. I have been living my life in fear for a super long time. Fantastic experience: I participated in the 21 day rapid fat loss program and had a great experience. Joe and the other trainers really did care about our progress. I have a bad back and they tailored all the workouts around it. I definitely feel like I got the personal trainer experience for a fraction of the cost. I plan on continuing to go now that the 21 day program has ended and can recommend Synergy for anyone no matter goals and skill level.

Fantastic experience: You can’t afford not to do this! I’ve been a Synergy member for about 3 years and do most of my workouts at Vestal now because it’s closer to my home. Synergy’s growth is proof that Joe Hashey has the knowledge and skills to turn his passion for physical health and well-being into a thriving business that benefits everyone it touches - not just the members, but also local sports teams. For Joe it’s obviously the main thing, not just “living off the fat of the land.” And his choice of staff reflects high standards of technical excellence and interpersonal skills. Average folks of all ages and abilities are as welcome as hard-core lifters, and athletes and the trainers are good at tailoring workouts to each individual and introducing creative variations to keep things interesting. I was hospitalized for 3 weeks recently with a sudden, severe illness but the medical staff who treated me agreed that the few years with Synergy set me up for earlier discharge and quicker recovery.

Fantastic experience: Joining Synergy Vestal has been the best thing I have done for myself and my family in many years. I would give them 10stars out of 5. Joe and his staff are amazing trainers and I look forward to going every week. In a short time I have gained back my strength I lost after an injury from 4 years ago and now I look forward to seeing how much stronger I can get. I have lost weight and inches but those are just icing on the cake. It doesn't matter what fitness level you are at, Joe and his team are the best there is to help you reach your goals. The locations are great and if you are thinking of giving them a try, do it. Your only regret will be that you didn't join sooner.

Fantastic experience: My son began going to Synergy five years ago. Throughout that time he has gained so much strength and knowledge. Now as he is in his senior year, planning on playing collegiate football, we know that the Synergy team has had a huge part in helping him to prepare for this moment in his life. The gym atmosphere is so family oriented and it is never a place where you feel judged by others. I also joined during a fit mom challenge, loved going for my workouts, and made several new friends. The trainers were also a great help with my daughter as she was preparing for her varsity sports test.

Fantastic experience: You join a gym, you go for a few weeks and you either get frustrated because you don't know what you're doing, you injure yourself, or you just simply lose the motivation because you're not seeing results. After spinning my wheels working out on my own, I took a friends advice and gave Synergy a shot - 5 weeks later, I'm in better shape than I've been in a long time, and I'm continuing to improve weekly - results I can see and feel. Joe Hashey's guidance, patience and sense of humor make working out at Synergy a fantastic experience. The scheduler app and calendar make it easy to map out your workout times so that you can make your gym time a priority in your life. "Stronger than I was yesterday!"

Fantastic experience: I joined Synergy under a Fit Moms promotion right around my baby's first birthday. I was ready to start feeling like a human again and needed some help. It seemed like this might be a good place for exercise as well as personal support - Bingo! There were lots of sleep-deprived, mysterious-stain shirted, soft-around-the-middle women there. And friendly! So very, very friendly and supportive. I took full advantage of the unlimited visits during the promo and have been an active 2 days/week member for the past 7 months. While my body is absolutely not the same as it was pre-baby (because that's not how anatomy & physiology work), I AM absolutely stronger in every sense of the word; my muscles, my heart, my energy level. I can hold a wiggly toddler in one arm, 5 bags of groceries on the other, AND squat down to pick up the sippy cup I just dropped. Easy peasy!! I often wonder just how I would manage to do all the things physically required in my current life if I hadn't decided to make this investment in myself. (The fact that I *actually* thought the phrase "investment in myself" is a testament to the impact of Synergy beyond their four walls, as the logo says.) And it is an investment, of time and money, but it's valuable. We dropped the fancy cable package to help with the cost and I use language like, "I will be exercising on Thursday at 4:30." If that means someone else has to miss something, than that's okay. I am important too! Thanks for that, Team Synergy. :-)

Fantastic experience: My sister for year had been asking me to come and join her at Synergy and for years I told I was to busy. Wish I had listened to her advice three years ago because now I have been attending Synergy for just over a year and I can't even begin to thank all the trainers for the amazing transformation in my health and life.
