Fantastic experience: Clean, Nate was amazing! A variety of equipment available with ready teaching if you are unfamiliar. I would say they can cater to any skill level, from raw beginner to more advanced.

Fantastic experience: I have been a member of Synergy for almost 2 years. I am someone who enjoys going to the gym and strength training, but in the past I would always hit a point in my progress where I would plateau and struggle to see any further changes. This would be frustrating and I would lose interest. When I joined Synergy I'd been out of the gym for about 10 years, I had done some programs at home, but nothing that I stuck with consistently. Working with the Synergy trainers had me seeing greater results in a much shorter period of time than I ever had working out on my own. Synergy members are some of the most encouraging and kind people I've met, we love to cheer each other on and celebrate each others accomplishments. The trainers are all fantastic and will take the time to make sure you are doing an exercise correctly and will work around any injuries you may have. I would definitely recommend Synergy to anyone looking to get healthier and stronger, no matter your starting point.

Fantastic experience: I am always cautious and hesitant when selecting a gym (especially as the out of place fat guy) the staff is very welcoming and I instantly felt comfortable. The other members are supportive of one another and likable. The workout is extremely effective with one on one attention / guidance and the hour-ish long sessions fly by. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
