Fantastic experience: AWESOME GYM!!!! BEST ON THE COAST!!!! NEVER NEVER PACKED!!!! AMAZING!!!! ATMOSPHERE IS ONE OF KIND...... BRANDON AND RONNIE... GREAT GUYS...CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ALWAYS TOP NOTCH..... I have been a member at iron works for one month to try it out... If u are serious about your health and working out this is where you need to be.. I went from one month membership to A year paid membership.. The way my body has transformed in 3 months is AMAZING.... And there meal preps are GREAT.. THANK YOU IRON

Negative experience: I joined this gym years ago and had a negative experience.. The bald headed guy is a condescending malignant narcissistic bully who obviously can’t take criticism.. If you wanna pay monthly dues and be talked down to this is the gym for you!

Fantastic experience: Real weights, great hours, reasonable price, and never super busy. If you’re serious about fitness, this is a sanctuary. Take advantage.

Fantastic experience: Quiet gym. I hate fully packed gyms like PF so this gym being barely full in the middle of the day when I go is absolutely perfect. Machines are a 10/10. I've always wanted to use machines that are plate loaded and the ones here are the best quality. I've never had so much fun in a gym. Shout out to Doug (I hope I got your name right), excellent owner for keeping this place in incredible shape! If you like plate loaded machines, a great vibe, and a nice open atmosphere to do your workout in peace I highly recommend this place. It's only been my first day and I'm already wishing I didn't waste the last 3 months at PF when I could've come here.

Fantastic experience: Was in town on tour with DWTS The owner assisted and was very friendly . Gym is top notch , the gym goers was cool everyone left you alone and got to work My go to coastal gym now

Negative experience: Got a one week pass to check it out. I'm glad I did not get a membership. If you like barbells, this is not the place for you. there are only two squat racks and one deadlift platform. So anyone doing rows, ohp, squats, deadlifts, or any other barbell movement is competing for three spots. And there are not enough plates anywhere. If you want to do anything above 405, you're gonna have to steal plates from all over the gym. I was told that if I wasn't on the deadlift platform, I had to use massive bumper plates, had to set the weights down gently, and had to do it in front of a squat rack. If all you wanna do is pump work on machines, this is probably a decent gym if your into barbell strength training, this is worse than a commercial gym. I will not be going back.

Fantastic experience: I was in for the weekend and came across iron works. I loved this place. It's a true hard-core gym with plenty of equipment upstairs and down. Friendly staff. Great music as well. I will definitely be back when I return to the area.

Fantastic experience: Lots of different machines and cardio options. Pretty much all of the best/most popular machines imo. Large number of free weight options - ergonomic weights that don't have super wide rubber ends preventing full range of motion. Clean and open atmosphere. Nice staff. Never too crowded. Open late enough for most purposes. Great price. Ive been to many many gyms and this is one of the best. I also like that coffee and meals are sold. I'm not sure if there's demand for it, but adding vegan/vegetarian meal options would've been amazing.

Fantastic experience: Great gym, friendly staff, plenty of equipment, clean facilities, pre-workout and protein drinks available to purchase. Never have to wait for any equipment.

Positive experience: I’m an out of towner competitive athlete. The hours of operation worked for me. Easy to find and drop in fee at the time of writing this was $10. Equipment was well spaced out and clean. As a 5’3” 130 lbs I found some of the machines were designed for taller people example the abduction machine. They did not have half size dbs. As in 7.5, 12.5, 17 etc dbs. Would be helpful for the ladies. If you want to superset with cables you have to do alot of walking back and forth. As in doing leg curls and walk downstairs to get your dbs and do walking lunges. The setup could be better. There is an odor coming from the hall of the restrooms and towards the cage rack area. After working out you get use to it. I did find it to be a little hot in the middle of the day when outside temp was 80s. Personally for me the gym doesn’t offer enough variety for me to get a membership if i lived in the area but since membership is cheaper I would make it work. If you are a competitor they do have a posing room in the bathroom. I do like the inexpensive meal prep service they offered and the employee was very helpful .

Negative experience: Gym is okayish, but they are very dishonest overall, I never signed up for a plan (I was under pay as you go and paying the higher amount for a month) I added my card to the file to pay for drinks and they are charging me monthly without my consent even after cancelling direct with the owner, don't deal with this broke company and instead to go CLUB24 which has way better equipment, newer and is very close to this one

Fantastic experience: Love it!! I'm a 44 year old "power builder" and this place has The absolute best collection of equipment and free weights that I've seen in a decade. Clean, well laid out, kind helpful staff. They should change the name to iron paradise.

Fantastic experience: Visiting because for the NPC bodybuilding competition stopped here to work out and fell in love with the place the only thing that was sad what they were out of shirts and tank tops because I guess they had sold out but the gym is amazing if you ever have a chance to stop by and work out and fitness is your kind of thing you definitely should give it a shot

Fantastic experience: Nice gym but the music be super loud like a disco or something. Even with my headphones in I can still hear the music. Overall great place, I love it there, Everyone is friendly and professional. This might be a personal preference I need to get over however It would be nice if they could turn the music down a bit.

Fantastic experience: Reminds me of the gym I grew up in. Lots of iron, great selection of hammer strength. Friendly people who are serious about their workouts. I was in town, paid to workout there and got a great workout. Will define revisiting whenever I’m in town!

Fantastic experience: Great people here. Especially Shea and Sean! They will change your life in the best way possible. It’s intimidating walking in at first because there’s a lot of muscle in there, but everyone is so kind and accepting. Please check them out if you’re thinking of a gym, personal training or nutrition.

Fantastic experience: Used this gym for about 2 months. There's a huge weight room, a few squat racks/benches and a deadlift platform. Stays pretty busy but there's always parking space. Military get some discounts as well for long term or temporary memberships. They also maintain a fridge with prepped meals for a cheap price. Didn't have any issues at all cancelling my membership upon leaving the local area

Fantastic experience: I just started here in February and I enjoy going to the gym it's only 5 minutes from my house which I was looking to get to a gym that was closer for me. Everyone there is very nice it's very clean and I go around lunch time and it's usually pretty quiet if you don't like crowds. I would recommend this gym

Positive experience: Overall, a great gym. Equipment is kind of old, but it is taken care of. The gym is very clean, although they have a personal trainer who runs around the gym with multiple people throughout the days and they NEVER clean their equipment. My only issue with this gym is “Axis” the personal training “family” They walk around this gym and are rude to everyone who isn’t one of them, they take up all the space and is very rude about it! This happens to a lot of people in this gym, everyone notices it. Axis people use a lot of equipment at once during busy hours (for things the equipment isn’t used for... like doing dips on a bench when they can use the boxes) The Axis “Family” is pushing people away from this gym slowly but surely. Also, the front desk goes through a lot of staff, and they are all very questionable and super useless! They currently have someone who is apart of Axis and doesn’t even speak or look at people when they come in unless they are apart of that family. I hope the owner finds someone good very soon. I will not return to this gym solely because of the attitudes of the people in there and the way they flaunt it in your face.

Negative experience: I just signed up for this gym today, and it seems like they have great equipment. However, I’m giving this place a one star review for the absolutely horrifying customer service I received from a girl named Tara behind the front desk. Immediately upon entering the gym and inquiring about a membership, I was shocked at how rude and unwelcoming she was. I have never experienced such rude and inappropriate behavior from customer service in my life. When I finally asked for her name, she would not give it to me at first which brings me to believe when she finally did give me her name she might have given me a false one. I hope to reach out to an owner or a manager to elevate this.

Fantastic experience: I manage a large new gym in Northern California and needed a place to work out for a few days in the Biloxi/Gulfport area. Today I found this gym that offerred a $20 one week pass. I was very pleased with my choice. I was greeted at the front desk by the owner who was very welcoming and cordial and hands-on throughout my entire experience there. This locally-owned gym offerred a lot of the same top-of-the-line equipment that I am used to. During mid-afternoon I was able to use whatever I wanted without waiting. Anyone in this area who is passionate about weight lifting will be very satisfied with this gym. I'm not used to seeing 200lb dumbells, which was cool to see (I'm not there yet). In addition, the cleanliness and upkeep of this gym shows that the owner takes a lot of pride in his business. I dont know what the membership plans are like, but based on the reasonable day and week prices, I'm sure it is a great bang for your buck. ***I'd like to note that I rarely write online reviews but i think this place deserved it

Positive experience: Place never has paper towels, or hand soap. Gym doesn't have a water fountain, but has bottles of water for sell. On the positive side gym plays music very loud and an awesome vibe, & great equipment.
