Fantastic experience: we had an amazing time the guy working was awesome!!! We purchased a cage, plates, a bar, and bench. Sadly he told us he was going to close. it made us very sad but we wish them well.

Fantastic experience: Drove around town to a few places that Google suggested for home workout equipment and was kinda disappointed. During my search I met a woman that suggested I try out B-Fit Fitness Equipment off Grand. I thanked her and on I went. Off the top I was greeted with the utmost respect which to me is very important because we are dealing with the exchange of money for goods. I feel my hard earned money should go into the hands of someone that shows me respect just as I show respect to others. The owner carried a conversation with me, suggested equipment for my needs after I showed him pictures of what I was looking for, we laughed and joked for a few minutes. He left me with no doubt in my mind that I had made the right choice going to his business for my equipment needs. I also want to thank the young lady (Jenny) for suggesting that I try out B-Fit Fitness. 5 stars-no doubt

Negative experience: We bought a $3200 treadmill from Bfit for life and it lasted 3 years. Then I found a date on the treadmill as to when it was manufactured and it was already 2 years old when we purchased it. So obviously this business sells used equipment as. new. I will never ever step into that store again. Worst customer service I have ever encountered in my lifetime. I would suggest that no one purchase any equipment here.

Positive experience: The owner was very talkative or bored I'm not sure which but he did explain his equipment well

Negative experience: Extremely slow turnaround time and poor communication. What they claimed was wrong with the equipment was incorrect, and in hindsight I should have just contacted the manufacturer's support department. You're much better off avoiding B-Fit in favor of working with the manufacturer of your fitness equipment, since the manufacturer's tech support will actually know how to service your equipment. It appeared as though my equipment was just held in storage at B-Fit and they did absolutely no work at all. This business gives me the impression of the integrity level you'd find at a shady used car dealership, and I definitely would not recommend them.

Negative experience: This business took some of our fitness equipment to work on for a job that would take a couple of days at the maximum. We didn't receive our equipment until six weeks later. Our equipment was returned completely filthy with black grime and dust all over it, and with a big gash in the paint. It was returned in worse shape than how it was when they picked it up. We contacted the equipment manufacturer for a second opinion on what B Fit For Life stated was wrong with the equipment, and the manufacturer dismissed their statements as completely inaccurate and lacking in knowledge of their products. I would not recommend this business at all.

Negative experience: They will take the payment, but will not work diligently to get the job done. Terrible. Save your money and time and go through a company that will get the job done.

Negative experience: Had them come to service my treadmill, told them it was making a ticking noise. Once they got here, they told me they couldn’t fix the ticking sound because they don’t fix motors. Charged me $100 and left. If you can’t fix or replace a motor, be upfront. What is the point of a service call if you can’t fix the equipment.
