Negative experience: Clean gym friendly staff but goodness they desperately need all new equipment it's such a big gym with so little workouts you can do by comparison to other gyms like fuel or granite

Fantastic experience: Stopped in for a day pass today and we were not disappointed. The equipment here is absolutely phenomenal. Lots of rare stuff including an entire Flex package in amazing condition - some of the most rare and sought after equipment ever made. It was very fun to check out some of these machines in person. If you enjoy REAL weightlifting gyms - this is an excellent spot for you. Staff was very friendly. Culture here seems great. Gym was very clean as well. Thanks for the day pass! -BG

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a member at this gym for over a few years now and it’s definitely one of the best gyms I’ve ever been to. I enjoy the fact that they have an age limit of who can join so I don’t have to worry about children running around, screaming, or hanging all over the equipment. It’s quiet and never packed. It’s clean every time I go in and I love the fact that the owner is always bringing in fresh new equipment to ensure the gym is updated. Oh, and it’s 24 hours! I’m glad I found this hidden gym and never plan on leaving.

Negative experience: The owner is Absolutely rude, my wife and I attended plaza until a day ago. The owner did not want my wife signed up from the start. She canceled my wife’s membership for no reason. We went to go sign up again because the owner claimed she couldn’t find a membership for my wife (as plaza was still taking money from my wife’s bank account )We had our three children with us including a baby. The owner argued and yelled toward my wife being very very unprofessional. She scared my children and she can’t be an adult. I myself voluntarily cancelled my membership after that. You don’t treat people that way.
Your wife came in to get a new card, I couldn't find her membership and told her that I would look after my next appointment. An hour and 10 minutes later I text her to let her know that I found that she had 2 accounts and that just to let me know when she wanted to come and get her card. She never text back. Four days later I get a notice from the bank saying she reversed two months of her payments. I text her to let her know that I was cancelling her membership do to the reversal of payment and to let me know if I was wrong about it. After many texts trying to explain why I cancelled her membership to her I just quit texting her. Then you brought her in to sign up and I told her that she needed to pay the money back, you agreed and she did not understand. I tried to explain it to her with no avail, and that's when I asked her to leave. In no way your kids ever had a reason to be scared by me, I wasn't the one yelling. I do have the right to refuse service to anyone, and I am not going to be yelled at in my own business.
This review was after you sent me a text saying "Apologies for any miscommunication or disrespect...." Usually I wouldn't even respond to this, but this is so far off.
Fantastic experience: My friend and I worked out at this a couple times great energy there, Very clean and very excellent quality equipment.

Fantastic experience: I joined little over a month ago, and I love this place. It's almost never crowded, and they have all the equipment you need. Anytime I go it's never crowded, and the price is very fair. I only wish there was a tanning bed, and the hot tub is out of order indefinitely.

Negative experience: Very Very disappointed experience. Apparently the owner of this gym does not like High School boys. Very discriminatory against teenager boys. From the moment we walked in there the owner was very rude towards us. Very flippant, her customer service was appalling. I do not recommend this place. Just because you have had a bad experience with other boys, does not mean every teen is like that. And why do you let females workout past ten?!? You might want to go to customer service class. You had a chip on your shoulder the night we walked on there. You didn’t want him joining the night we went in there.
Hi Heidi, I am sorry you took it that way, to me I has direct with him and to the point of what the rules where and the experience I have had in the past, I felt like I told him what was expected of him, which he just turned 16 and it is a huge responsibility for him to be working out in a gym with out a parent, I felt like I sat him up for success. Then three days later he went totally against them. I absolutely have nothing against teenage boys, I raised two of them myself. Your son would still be a member here if he would of followed the time rules which was out of the gym by 10pm, that night he signed in at 10:13pm and he left at 11:41pm. I am here to protect my business and keep everyone safe.
Negative experience: It is a very nice facility and plenty of machines, however, the staff is beyond rude. I am a high schooler and the owner was rude to me from the start because of past high school kids. I understand the skepticism but I was told to not be in past 10pm because I would cause problems. One night I was in not long last 10 unintentionally and I was kicked out immediately. No warning or anything. Beyond rude about the whole thing and I have screenshots of texts
Hi Broady. I sat down clear cut rules on how you needed to comply being you are only 16, I told you the rules so that you could succeed and keep your membership. I signed you up, 0n 1/23, with your mother present to hear all of the rules and on 1/28 you signed in at 10:13pm and left the facility at 11:41pm. You knew that your membership would be cancelled if you were in past 10pm, this is for your safety as well as liability of my business. I think you might have rude and rules confused.

Fantastic experience: Open 24 hrs to members. Always clean. No matter if it's 1AM or noon...I've never seen it "too busy"...plenty of equipment to get your own workout done and not getting in other people's way. Only in Billings part time anymore but definitely found a new home for my gym.

Negative experience: Took a month to get a cancelation form Cancelled membership and still got charged for the next month.

I apologize for the confusion, it is a 30 day notice as noted on the cancellation form, and you just turned in your cancellation form on March 2nd so your membership is still accessible until April 2nd. Positive experience: Great gym. I really enjoyed this gym and i hate that i had to go. It truly deserves a good review. Pam i wish you would’ve talked to me, or my parents before permanently banning me from the gym for reasons that definitely didn’t deserve that consequence. I was banned for “running in and out of the gym at 11pm” when i went out one time to cool off and came back in to go into the steam shower. I was also told to “try not to be in the gym past 10” i will admit. it didn’t seem strict when i was told this. It’s a 24 hour a gym, and that’s why i joined the gym. i work afterschool until about 8-9 most days and i wasn’t able to be out of the gym before 10 most the time. i always went in to workout and left right when i was done. never got a warning for being in there past 10 so i figured i was fine to be in there past 10 sometimes, and i only did so because it was the only time that worked with my work schedule. I want to give it less than a 4 star review because it’s ridiculous in my opinion that i was banned without warning for something so small. But the gym deserves a very good review other than that. I would say it’s the best gym in Billings.

Fantastic experience: Was at Plaza over 20 years ago before having kids. Now I'm back and it's still the awesome atmosphere that I was used to back then. with the option of after hours and clean and updated equipment, It's even better now than it was then. Fantastic experience: Amazing gym. Love the sauna and steam room. Only would suggest a water bottle filler. Hard to fill up shaker cups with current fountains

Fantastic experience: The staff are all super friendly! I felt comfortable being there at all hours of the day or night. Love how they have separate rooms for cardio and weights. Never had to wait for a machine or equipment.

Fantastic experience: I was in Billings on business for a few days and needed a good gym while I was here. From what I saw online this seemed like the gym with the best equipment. My decision to go here was based solely on the equipment, but I was pleasantly surprised when I showed up. Not only did it have great equipment, but great friendly people who made the extra effort to make me feel beyond welcome. Every square inch of the gym was absolutely spotless. When they told me they had been there 28 years I was surprised. Judging by the condition of the gym and the equipment, it looked like they opened yesterday. Just a great overall experience. I will be back several times over the next year or so and will definitely be at Plaza Fitness at 5am everyday I'm there.

Fantastic experience: This is the best gym in billings by far. While they do not have a basketball court (most gyms don't) and their location is a bit away from my home(my problem not theirs), their staff, equipment and atmosphere is second to none! I'll always be coming back to this gym when I'm in town!

Fantastic experience: Great gym, fully loaded free weight room. Seperate mirrored room with projector for such things as p90x. Great cardio room as well! All around solid gym with a a community vibe.

Fantastic experience: I can't say enough amazing things about this gym, the employees, and the fellow members! Having been a strong advocate of home gym training for some time now, it was hard for me to want to workout at a member driven establishment. Worried I'd encounter all the things that stigmatized gyms for me, I've been humbled and now appreciate this place more than words can express! Pam, the owner, Michelle, the office assistant, and all others, have been so welcoming and made this place like a second home! I can't wait to get up and go lift knowing that a similar mindset is instilled for everyone who walks through the door. Fantastic experience: Was just in for a day, great equipment and very clean facility.
Fantastic experience: I have been with this gym for two years, and for some reason, I have never written a review here. I can truly say that in the last 2 years, Plaza has become a second home for me and has transformed me into a better, leaner, stronger, healthier me. Plaza is an amazing 24-hour gym, so you can go in on YOUR TIME, not someone else's. Yes, there is a start-up fee and a 1 year contract, but if you are serious about bettering your life, then that shouldn't be a problem for you. The gym is clean, has great up to date equipment, and, best of all, amazing people/staff. If you want to make a change in your life without waiting in line to use a machine, this is the gym for you! I am 100% behind it!!!

Fantastic experience: first class gym.. pam the owner is fantastic. i travel for a living and only wanted to do month to month . she was very accomodating.. very clean gym... easy access 24 hrs...
Positive experience: Plaza Fitness has great people working. I have only been there once and am planning on getting a membership because it is 24 hours and so close to my house. The only downfall is cardio gets boring because there are no TVs. They have all the necessary equipment, but it's pretty old. If your looking for a gym with fancy equipment this is not the place for you. But they have what you'll need, it's very large, and not a lot of people so you can workout in peace (which is my favorite part)! I'm looking forward to starting up my membership there.
