Fantastic experience: Owner was extremely nice and flexible. I was visiting from Texas and needed a gym for 2 days. Talked on the phone and he met me up there to open for me. Even had a good conversation. Great old school feeling gym.

Fantastic experience: Owner is very nice and respectful to his members. The gym is clean and a very nice place to workout anytime of the day. A really good place to workout while I am home from college during the summer.

Fantastic experience: the owner is hella chill and easy to talk to. it's open 24hrs, so it's clear that the relationship between him and his clients are built on a lot of trust. the gym isn't the biggest in the business, but the area is big enough to workout comfortably without feeling like you'll ever have to wait for a machine. very clean and minimalistic-looking. highly recommended, coming from a 20yo uni student!

Fantastic experience: Definitely recommend this gym, especially for anyone interested particularly in strength training. Big selection of machines and free weights. I was a member here for 5 months while working in the area, didnt wait once on any piece of equipment even during the busy hours

Fantastic experience: I love this gym! It has a nice low key family feel with great people. I always get a great workout. I asked for an ankle strap for the cable machine and a week later it was there. The locker rooms are modest but clean. 24 hour access is a great add on. The owner Jeff is helpful and knowledgeable on how to get the body and workout you desire.

Negative experience: Gym owner is creepy but the clients have a great small town familiarity about them.
