Fantastic experience: Our Health Club is a GREAT family health club and Spa facility. Friendly atmosphere, great amenities, top notch equipment! They have bent over backwards to meet the needs of all the members and they listen to requests and do their best to accommodate needs. Also, what a fantastic staff! They keep the facility in great shape and are always ready to assist!

Negative experience: Barbie and John the managers there lied to my wife. Not only that they were not wearing their masks and enforcing social distances. Putting their elderly clients at risk. Will never nor will my friends and family ever frequent their establishment again.

Negative experience: The lower leg wax results were nice. The young lady who provided the service was nice. However they were unwilling to take a gift card from Spafinder although they are listed as a spa that accepts them on the spa finder website. The receptionist was adamant that they didn't have a gift card swipe or a device that accepts gift cards. Its 2019, how do you run a spa and can't accept gift cards? I would think you'd run it the same you would, a Mastercard or a Visa. They weren't courteous at all for the inconvenience. If you have a Spa finder gift card or any card in general, please take your business elsewhere. She claim the manager wasn't available and she didn't try hard enough to resolve the issue either. Oh and let's not forget, after I spent money i didn't intend to, the printer was out of toner so I couldn't get a receipt either. Again, its 2019, do better.

Negative experience: Disappointed with this business. Bought a $75 gift certificate for my girl friend but we ended up moving shortly after I bought it. Full-time college students on top of being parents makes it difficult to find time to take for yourself. Management said that they don’t do refunds but they would extend the certificate for a few months, living 4 and a half hours away...still going to school full time, still parents full time, and now I have a full time job as well...so yeah so much time to drive 4.5 hours to use a $75 gift certificate at some spa. No thanks, we would spend twice that much in gas just for the trip, hotel, food, etc. Your welcome for our $75 donation to your business.
