Negative experience: Equipment is not maintained 1 treadmill works out of 4 this has been addressed to owner for the last year owner stated I am working on it … gym is also dirty I would not recommend the only plus is it’s open 24hrs

Fantastic experience: So I left planet fitness a few weeks ago for many reasons and came here. I'm loving it. Im not too knowledgeable on workouts and bodybuilding all I know is what I've seen and attempted to replicate. but the owner and the other members have been feeding me more correct information and advice then I've ever learned in the gym and they're all very nice about parting wisdom. For example my second day in there I was doing dumbbell presses and one of the other members approached and very helpfully adjusted my technique on it. That was 3 weeks ago and I was struggling to rep 45s and wasn't getting stronger. Today I was repping 60s and at the end was able to get 65 5 times using the advice given to me. The owner is very approachable and is in there working out on the floor as well. It's got a strangely motivating vibe to it as well. Whereas pplanet fitness is more just kinda part of your daily routine something about this places makes it feel like your doing something bigger than simply just going through the motions.

Fantastic experience: This is a hidden gem of a gym. I wish KOs was around when I still lived in Gastonia. The owner is awesome and the gym is absolutely fantastic. It’s a cozy, weightlifting gym that has great options for various classes. I like the option for 24/7 and the weight machines are amazing. Definitely coming back when I’m in town.

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love working out here. I have been coming to Sports Mill almost two years. In those two years I have lost over two hundred pounds. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. Clay and Kobe are always willing to offer pointers and advice so you can have the safest and most effective work out. Sports Mill offers various classes throughout the week at no additional charge. Sports Mill may not be the biggest gym but it is the best!!!

Fantastic experience: Clayton and Kobie are awesome! I love the personal touch! I feel like family here and not just a number! Keep up the good work guys! I also love the appointment tanning. If you're wondering if you should join, the answer is YES! Brenda also does great Zumba classes! Everyone always looks like they're having a blast!

Fantastic experience: If you are looking for a place to release your inner beast mode, look no further! Sport Mill Fitness is the place you need to be. They are open 24/7, have all the weights you will ever need and nothing you do not! The staff is knowledgeable and the only thing this place is missing is an all you can eat bacon stand with complementary shots of whiskey! Best Damn gym in North Carolina!
